Unfortunately
I
had
a
bad
experience.
I
can
clearly
see
the
shop
is
well
stocked
with
quality
supplies.
I
have
no
doubt
about
that.
I
went
in
one
day
after
a
conversation
with
a
friend
who
had
joined
a
shooting
range
in
Surrey
and
I
decided
I
wanted
to
do
the
same
thing.
So
I
went
in
to
Emmett
and
Stone
to
enquire
about
getting
started.
I
know
nothing
about
any
of
it,
so
I
was
hoping
to
get
information
about
the
guns
they
sell,
as
well
as
the
range
they
have,
their
membership
and
how
it
all
works.
I
waited
for
10
minutes
while
the
lady
was
serving
someone,
which
is
okay
in
itself,
but
just
before
she
was
about
to
be
free,
someone
else
came
over
and
asked
if
I
needed
anything.
I
explained
the
above,
and
he
said
one
of
the
other
members
of
staff
was
going
to
the
range
and
to
follow
him
when
he
does.
I
followed,
and
when
I
arrived,
he
started
to
explain
the
rules
of
the
range,
talking
about
when
the
bell
is
rung
etc.
I
politely
stopped
him
and
explained
that
I
was
a
total
beginner
and
was
hoping
to
learn
everything
from
the
beginning,
but
he
kind
of
just
told
me
which
lanes
were
for
rifles
and
which
were
for
pistols.
He
told
me
to
go
back
into
the
shop
if
I
wanted
more
information.
I
went
back
in,
but
ti
was
just
stood
loitering
for
another
5
minutes.
After
this,
I
gave
up.
Not
at
all
what
I
expected
and
very
disappointing.
It's
a
shame
as
it's
so
local
to
me,
but
I
felt
dismissed
and
as
though
I
were
an
inconvenience.
Maybe
they
were
just
having
an
off
day,
because
the
reviews
here
are
very
good,
but
this
was
my
genuine
experience
and
it's
kind
of
spoiled
it
for
me.
