5
star
experience
for
anyone
who
has
used
a
cex
before
and
understands
how
the
companies
policy
works.
This
review
represents
the
experience
with
this
store
only.
I
have
used
a
number
of
cex
stores
over
the
years,
far
from
regularly.
This
was
usually
due
to
me
always
walking
out
with
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth
due
to
rude,
inattentive
and
unhelpful
staff.
So
what
made
me
give
this
review?
1.
Staff
are
incredibly
friendly
and
helpful,
their
is
a
genuine
desire
to
help
in
any
way,
shape
or
form.
This
is
very
rare
to
other
cex
stores
I
have
been
to
where
instead
the
music
is
blasting
so
loud
you
can't
hear
your
own
thoughts
and
you
spend
a
ridiculous
amount
of
time
waiting
to
be
served.
Wait
times
obviously
from
day
to
day
but
one
thing
about
the
staff
at
this
store
is
that
they
are
genuinely
proactive
towards
providing
customer
care.
Why?
I
was
in
a
position
recently
to
upgrade
my
decade
old
PC
I
built
when
young.
Primarily
due
to
work
but
also
for
lesiure.
With
the
rising
cost
of
living
and
the
impact
that
electronic
waste
has
on
the
environment,
I
wanted
to
more
rescourceful
with
old
pieces
of
technology
I
have
gathered
over
the
years.
Usually,
cex
isn't
my
first
choice
for
this,
purely
due
to
the
negative
customer
experiences
a
lot
of
people,
including
myself
have
faced.
However,
I
decided
to
give
this
store
a
try
as
it
was
right
next
to
my
university
which
I
would
be
commuting
to
everyday,
so
it
would
be
convenient
for
me
to
just
bring
things
along
when
I
wanted
to
trade
them
in
over
the
month
-
I
wasn't
in
a
rush.
Upon
first
entering
the
store,
I
was
pleased
to
see
the
store
had
a
calm
atonosphere,
the
music
wasn't
too
loud
and
the
place
was
very
clean.
I
walked
up
to
the
counter
and
was
seen
immediately,
as
thankfully
this
store
has
a
good
number
of
people
behind
the
desk.
I
was
seen
by
Raihan
(hope
this
is
spelt
correctly)
who
I
would
like
to
give
a
special
thank
you
to
for
my
making
my
experience
super
easy
and
convenient
throughout
the
month.
He
was
very
friendly
and
I
explained
that
I
was
looking
to
trade
some
items
in
for
a
new
gaming
pc.
He
gave
good
advice
on
things
to
look
for
and
tips
on
buying
from
cex
which
showed
he
really
valued
customer
satisfaction
-
something
all
staff
members
at
this
store
had.
Over
the
course
of
the
month,
I
was
able
to
bring
in
old
pieces
of
tech
such
as
games
consoles
I
don't
play
anymore
and
old
games.
I
would
leave
the
items
with
them
and
always
recieve
an
update
with
regards
to
how
the
item
fared
in
testing
via
a
phone
call
-
something
other
stores
say
they
will
do
and
do
not
actually
do
-
usually
forcing
you
to
pop
back
in
store
for
an
update.
Ofcourse,
some
items
do
not
pass
testing
-
and
that
is
understandable
-
it's
company
policy,
however,
this
store
in
particular
does
try
to
help
where
possible.
For
example,
when
trading
in
my
old
Xbox
360,
I
was
told
it
couldn't
be
taken
in
as
the
controller
I
provided
wasn't
up
to
scratch.
However,
instead
of
just
failing
the
item
right
out
and
me
having
to
carry
it
1
hour
back
on
the
train
home,
the
store
were
happy
to
keep
the
item
and
simply
asked
my
to
bring
in
another
controller.
Which
I
was
able
to
do
the
next
day
-
again
this
may
seem
obvious
-
but
this
is
far
from
common
with
other
stores
that
would
have
told
you
the
item
"failed"
and
then
walked
away
from
the
counter
leaving
you
scratching
your
head
in
the
store.
The
overall
experience
was
a
breath
of
fresh
air
as
it
seemed
like
it
was
the
first
store
that
actually
allowed
you
to
"recycle
your
old
tech"
like
the
company
claims.
Eventually,
I
was
able
to
cut
the
price
of
a
new
PC
down
while
also
helping
to
recycle
old
tech
and
find
them
a
new
home.
Something
the
company
claims
to
do
but
something
I
have
never
seen
until
now.
Would
definitely
recommend
this
store
in
particular
to
anyone
looking
at
using
Cex.
Thanks
again
to
everyone
at
the
store.
