So helpful and informative. Booked myself and children in for eye tests after being previously unimpressed at an independent opticians. Son was having first eye test and things couldn't have been explained clearer. smallish but well varied selection of frames and glasses ready to collect in under a week. Will absolutely return!

I have just had my third visit and examination at vision express, and just like before i cannot fault my experience. I was seen by two examiners and both were so polite, helpful and most of all made me 100% at ease & relaxed. I was constantly spoken to and had various things explained fully, my examination resulted in a prescription change, i was was given good advice and guidance in selecting new frames. Overall i cannot fault my branch of vision express and i have no intention of going elsewhere, very very happy, and i will be returning many times going forward.

The tests were carried out very well and safely. My wife was being tested when she had trouble speaking. The staff spoke to me and phoned an ambulance, they set us up in a comfortable room. They provided water and later on as we waited 2 hours for the ambulance. The staff where angels and would not take payment, but i left money under her phone they provided a wheelchair to get to the ambulance. All the staff where amazing and we will return to finish our tests later. My wife is recuperating in Basildon hospital. Thank you again Brian Wilson.

Risha, the optometrist, was excellent and all the members of staff at Vision Express were wonderful. They all had empathy and sympathy and were knowledgeable in their work. Vision Express Lakeside staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I was seen straight away, the tests were thorough and everything was explained to me. My only criticism is the cost of my new glasses which was nearly £400 including delivery (£3.50).

The eye test was conducted professionally and guidance given with sincerity, the second stage in picking which frame and lenses was also easy. The staff at Tesco lakeside are very helpful and passionate about getting the right choice for the customer. Would highly recommend a visit
