I had the highway ham sandwich. Delicious. Multi grain bread, mustard, Swiss cheese, smoked ham, sprouts, pickle, lettuce and red onion. Did I say delicious. The pastry selection was excellent. Service was very good.

Vermont Country Deli is a hidden gem! Their sandwiches are simply divine, bursting with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The warm, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit a delight. A must-visit for anyone in Vermont!

Absolute must stop, or even drive to destination. World Famous Mac and Cheese is worth the drive! Cookies are incredible and the pastries are amazing! Many great food choices and fresh made to order sandwiches. So, so good!!

I love this deli! I have been here a few times because it's conveniently located just off the highway. Their macaroni and cheese is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. I always get the beet salad and devour it quickly, it's incredible. Their prepared food is always so good and I enjoy eating here because of all the options. Their bakery items are delicious too!

Every time I pass exit 2, I MUST stop at the deli! If you haven't tried the maple pulled pork (or the Mac n cheese for that matter), they will change your life.

Excellent food. Nice people. A great collection of local goodies if you're visiting Vermont. Right off the highway. Pro tip: Vermonters will stop to let you out into traffic. Take your time pulling out onto that busy road we don't mind waiting for ya.
