    I love this urgent care. I actually moved closer to another, but still come here. It is always super clean and smells nice. The lobby is huge, so I never feel like I am next to someone sick. There is never a wait. They have a really cute kids room with fun decorations and cartoons for my kids. The staff is always super friendly. Edgar took care of me last time, and had me in and out in no time. Thanks for the great service from reception to doctors.

    Thank you so much for your great care. Front desk lady was pleasant. Edgar was polite and professional. The doctor was on time. Mariana made sure I left with no questions. Thank you for your excellent care. I will return if I am sick.

    Haven’t visited here in person yet, but arranged to do a telehealth visit for the first time with them due to not feeling well enough to drive a few days ago, and it was surprisingly easy. I appreciated that the website lists out what to expect too as it was my first time doing a visit that way. I scheduled online for the next available appointment and was soon contacted by a nurse to go through “paperwork” and pay the copay. Then after a few minutes I received a call from the doctor, who was then able to go over my symptoms with me and send a prescription over to my pharmacy for me. All of it took less than an hour and I didn’t have to go anywhere! Such a relief! Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. Although I don’t hope to need an urgent care anytime soon, I’ll for sure be returning here because they are so on top of everything and great at what they do.

    I was seen promptly within my appointment time. All staff was kind, professional and caring. I was greeted coming in and acknowledged going out. Also, so many docs are against antibiotics these days, I was grateful for the Z pack, as I could hardly swallow and my inner ear was hurting so bad. I had great improvement within 24 hours.

    I end up at urgent cares much more than I’d like but AFC always makes it an easy, smooth process. This was my first time at this location and Naomi was super nice and helpful! I left feeling very satisfied with my visit

    Urgent care helps me when it’s urgent my last 3 visits have been either resolved by the time I left or the staff and medical team come together to direct me to the next steps. I love my location by King Soopers on Monaco and Leetsdale. Thanks team for keeping me healthy and safe I owe you the world! Dee

    This is my second time going to AFC on Leetsdale and both times were a great experience. The first time I did a walk-in and I was still seen fairly quickly! The front desk attendant was kind and made the process super easy. The second time I made an online appointment which was a bit faster bc I got seen by a doctor right away and didn't have to wait behind 2 people who walked in. I had Dr. Edgar both times I came in and he was SOOO helpful, informative, and kind. After finding out urgent care wasn't able to do all the necessary steps for my pain in my chest, he made sure that the emergency room took care of me. He told me all the tests I should advocate for and called me later in the day to check how the emergency room visit went. The second time he remembered me and was kind to follow up on my previous visit with chest pain. All in all, I couldn't recommend a better place to visit if you need urgent care, they are professional, clean, supportive, and kind!

    Very attentive workers in this office. Everything went quickly and professionally. Edgar is very attentive, knows how to listen and understand the patient, caring and compassionate doctor. Communication with such doctor gives confidence. We followed her recommendations. Thank you very much Edgar!

    Experience was ok. The front desk was not very friendly upon entering. The entire lobby appeared to be empty. We were told that there would be a 45 to an hour wait. In the meantime, we were able to schedule an appointment online within 15 minutes. Then they change their tune and checked in. Then Edgar came in to take vitals. He seemed very rushed and abrupt. However, when he came back to take my x-rays, he was very nice. Dr. Hollie was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable, though she clearly was not going to spend any extra time answering questions. She seemed to want to be in and out very quickly. No When leaving, I was handed a report and a CD with images from xray. I took them immediately to orthopedics the next day, and they found zero images on the CD that had been given to me. They said it was not uncommon for them to get CDs from AFC with no images. The doctors office also complained on the format as very few places use CDs anymore Wondered why didn’t get more modern technology. So it wasn’t OK experience, however, was very disappointed that they sent me out with nothing. They were also supposed to give me referral doctors which I got none of. Dr. Hollie said she only knew one doctor at Swedish Hospital which is not all convenient to the Cherry Creek area, especially since you told me that I couldn’t drive. Overall, it could’ve been a better experience. I certainly did not feel like they went out of their way to make sure I had everything that I needed, and they allowed me to leave without some critical information.

    They treated my son like family, the service is super quick, the staff is amazing caring and courteous. This is the second time I take my son there 4years apart and they still are awesome & 10/10. Thank you so much AFC and stay awesome!
