Literally the rudest station in England!!! Coffee lady rude, station woman or the cleaner I couldn’t make out needs manners lessons. You don’t patronise passengers and don’t swear at them! Serious management attention needed here

What an incredible experience as I stepped back in time to visit Bletchley Park. One could almost hear Turing and Co busy with crucial war time work as I walked around the Bombe Hut. Mansion House incredible as well. I highly recommend this on your to do list.

Lady behind the counter today morning at 8:30am was rude and unfriendly. Train system is in a mess with such employees. Hostile, unhelpful staff never makes it for a pleasant customer experience. This lady shouldn't have bothered to turn up for work on an early Sunday morning if her intention was to snap at customers. Overpaid, arrogant and entitled! Not all customers are familiar with train information. Some probably use it only once in 2-3 years.

Totally mediocre station made worse by a broken vending machine selling out of date food

For a station with an iconic name this was a disappointment. The coffee shop is little more than a newsagent's and the toilets are inconveniently located; this wouldn't be such an issue if the town itself had proper facilities instead of row after row of takeaways.

Nice station. Has 6 platforms, although only 4 are in regular use with 1 and 2 being gated off due to fast trains using them.

Really nice train station. came off and its right opposite the computer museum and bletchley park.

Only 1 tickets machine is available, the other one is out of service almost all the time. Long queue, need to go 20 min earlier to collect the expensive ticket 👎🏻

Good clean station with accessible entrances and plenty of parking. Onsite toilets were clean, but I did go at 9am on a Sunday. Otherwise regular trains. Lost a star due to feeling like a timewarp back to the 1970s...it's very industrial looking and not very welcoming....needs a refresh in terms of design, lighting and colours, albeit everything was clean.

It's getting better!!! It's much cleaner than it used to be, the signage is a lot better and parking is a LOT easier. It's still old infrastructure so I guess only so much can be done, but as I said, it's getting better!!!

Very good station and good links to the rest of the country

This station has 6 platforms Train operators are Southern and West Midlands trains I was using this station on a Sunday afternoon - no waiting room as such. Toilets were open if needed as well as the ticket office, shop/cafe closed Ticket barriers open Lifts and stairs to all platforms

Very clean toilet. I was amazed by how clean the toilet was. The counter in the train station was closed early when we were there. It was convenient to take train to go to Bletchley Park.

Good enough interchange station with lifts connecting all platforms, a ticket office and car park and located in a good location, close by to the historically significant Bletchley Park, walking distance away. The station has ticket barriers and trains on the Bedford shuttle are hourly whereas most other services run every half hour or so.

alright station with a little shop and waiting rooms, great gateway to the marston vale line, WMR is one of the better london TOC

Well situated for commuting both into London, Milton Keynes and up to Birmingham with several fast trains servicing the station each hour. Staff are very helpful with both the station building and platforms always very clean.

Too many people went euston station get train ticket that was wait for Avanit West Coast not come up time train. that Some of people went ask staff what going on about train it is not train some go wrong wait for other train but they say unavailable we'll some thing wrong. But staff must let know every one pay train ticket because they people was anger like they staff really must let the people know if train some think wrong . Yes too many go get the train was west Midlands train was very bad day rain was all day

Clean, tidy station. Buffet was closed due to COVID. No waiting room on the Milton Keynes platform. Booking Office and barrier staff friendly too.
