DON’T GO HERE. The receptionist was extremely rude, she said we didn’t have an appointment which meant we had to show her the confirmation. After that bad experience we went to sit down and waited 40 minutes!!!! While waiting we see the doctor running late and running into the doctors, then we see him go and grab a coffee and walk back to the room!!! After waiting we finally got in only to have a less than 2 minute appointment! Terrible service would never recommend to anyone. Wasted 40 minutes just to see the doctor not caring at all not to mention the terrible and rude receptionist. The wait for an appointment was very long and on the day we went there was barely anyone there. Horrible experience!!!!

Very helpful and friendly service. Receptionist when answering the phone go beyond helpful to fit you in for a doctor appointment. Very nice and helpful staff. Doctors very helpful and listens to what you have to say about your symptoms. Then getting the right treatment for you. We are so lucky to have this friendly doctors, service. Kingsbridge Medical Practice has always provided a good service to me. It could be improved by changing the Telephone messaging system when making appointments, it’s quite a long process to speak to someone. The Staff have always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have need to speak to them. The Doctors that I have dealt with have always been professional, caring, polite and willing to listen. All in all it is a great practice which even through the trials and tribulations of dealing with Covid-19, they dealt with all of my issues/queries with care and compassion.

Amazed! at the vaccination day, I was fully expecting that there would be queue’s, but it was well planned, and could not have been improved. Also Staff were very welcoming and polite. Well done to all.

Attended this surgery for two years and running. I and my family was well looked after. Went early for my Recent flu +Covid jabs, attended promptly, no delays, no waiting. By far the most outstanding Surgery, I have ever been. Reception Staff are friendly, Special mention of ANP Julie, Michelle and Emma for their efficiency. Doctors are the cream de la cream of the NHS and having them all in one surgery is a blessing to the community. Thank you Drs Helliwell, Egopija, Lou and Abenna(sorry if I didn’t get the name right).

Very quick effortless smooth conveyor belt of patients that probably reached their target of 930 people inside their timetable. My concern was that if anyone had an allergic reaction they would have left the building.

I find all the staff at kingsbridge very friendly. This includes receptionists, ladies on the phone, medical and nursing staff. I feel heard and supported by doctors and nurses at surgery. Whenever I need medical advice I'm able to get an appointment or on the rare occasion I'm redirected to another place to see a doctor.

Outstanding from receptionists helping over the phone or at reception desk. Doctors and Practice Nurses are friendly, knowledgeable and follow up on my health. The Patient Access App is also great for booking appointments and repeat prescriptions if you are looking to save yourself some time.

I practically walked straight in. It was organized with military precision. All the staff were extremely professional. I was even offered a chocolate! I have not been with this practice very long due to a house move but if the rest of the services are comparable to the COVID/flu clinic I will consider myself very lucky

I was really impressed with how well this vaccination clinic was organised and run, the staff were very friendly and professional it was amazing how quickly I passed through the system, I think it took about 7 to 10 minutes from start to finish. Well done to all the staff involved, a credit to the NHS.

My husband and myself had our Covid vaccine yesterday morning, at Kingsbridge medical practice. It was very well organised and professional. We had no wait we saw a medical professional who quickly did both Covid and flu vaccines. We have both been fine since. Well done.

The service provided by the surgery was excellent. There was no waiting and the doctor was very professional in providing all information that I needed to know. To be honest I have always been given excellent service be it for any reasons I have been in to see the doctors or at the reception. Well done 👏 👍

I went for my 4th covid jab Saturday afternoon with my Husband. We went straight in, met by Friendly, efficient reception staff. Then in to the Doctor who was also Friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time at all. It was very well organised.

The service was very efficient, lots of helpful ppl supervising and speeding the process along, an overall atmosphere of rush rush rush, which may have contributed to my experience of the actual injections given by the nurse. I had no chance to sit down, as soon as I’d rolled my sleeves up I quickly received the most painful jabs that I’d ever had! My arms are now very bruised!

I attended with my husband for a COVID booster and flu jab on 15 October. I have to say we were so impressed with the organisation of this clinic, every member of staff, nurses, and doctors knew exactly what they were doing and we were vaccinated very quickly. So a big thank to you all. I can’t believe I am saying this because normally I am very nervous about vaccinations but I was put at ease straight away. Thank you again. Jill Bowers

The practice was very well organised. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I was seen too very quickly. Dr Mellon gave me the injection . It was nice to see him again, he as always was helpful and polite.

Excellent. I had both injections,one in each arm. Very efficient and professional. I was dealt with on time and with the minimum of fuss. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly. I’m a bit sore the morning after but I expected that.

Yes I expected that the flu & COVID vaccines were administered well. This does not however mitigate the care this surgery provides generally. In fact my previous comments have expressed that this surgery seems to provide good services when it comes to jabs. I just wish it provided good services overall. The patients seem to be bombarded with feedback texts as a means of quality justification. It is well known that on average patients will feedback positively to surgeries, this does not reflect the true level of services. If this was conducted as a face to face evaluation there would be a more representative and accurate reflection 9n the services provided by this surgery.

Having arrived for my face to face appointment I found that the appointment was recorded as a phone appointment , I missed the appointment as I wasn't home in time .I called the practice the next day as I felt the fault was not mine , I felt that I was listened to , and the matter was quickly resolved .

The patient experience in my view is first class in these difficult times. Receptionists, Practice Nurses and GP’s are polite, professional and eager to assist an ever growing number of patients.

Good booking in system. Just a few years of a keypad (with hand-gel to hand😊) and I'm booked ill-in. Only a short wait to see my nurse, whose name I knew in advance thanks to the email I received will in advance of my appointment.

Very disappointed with the service levels of the practice. Having a sensible dialogue with the practice team is practically impossible. Receptionists and medical secretaries are even trying to prescribe medications. Annual reviews for patients in long term conditions registers are only offered for practice to get qof points as it would give financial advantages to the practice, sadly not in the interest of patient care. Practice sendsc patients to hospital appointments, without vital information causing appointments to be useless. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this practice to anyone.

Had a really excellent experience with this practice today. I was able to get an appointment and went in before my allotted time. The doctor was very friendly and efficient and I was actually given a minor procedure there and then. Superb service.

Great doctors always helpful get you in to an appointment if needed, if non available redirected to a sister service or extended access appointment. Always had a doctor call me from a task or a receptionist if it was important and required an appointment or information and advice! Top notch! Couldn't ask for a better doctors surgery!
