I bought a set of rubber weight plates. The smell was absolutely horrible and to this day (despite selling them off weeks ago) I can still smell them in my flat. All the advice I got from the company was absolutely worthless and to top it off, if I wanted to return the product (which I originally did) I had to be charged a 25-35% "restocking fee". I'm sorry but in this day and age anything other than a full refund is unacceptable and restocking is the cost of doing business and selling poor products. As I mentioned I ended up just selling the weight plates off and take on the cost myself, which is incredibly poor. They did give me a 10% refund, but honestly did not make much of a difference bearing in mind what I had to go through.

I found this store doing a random search for certain equipment i needed for my PT studio. I called this morning to make sure it was opened to public without appointment, i was straight away informed by a really friendly member of staff that i could pop in any time and i was encouraged to visit the site. After driving all the way from South London, i got in with my business partner and someone greeted us straight away. We had a browse and when we needed help, there were 2 members of staff attending us. We were patiently explained everything we asked, we were advised with professionalism and given amazing deals to help us meet our needs. I have to say that the level of customer service received was amazing, I walked into that store not knowing what to expect, to possibly buy a leg press machine and came out with much more equipment, without spending an arm and a leg but more importantly fully reassured about my purchase. I am looking forward to receiving now my new shiny equipment and get back to the store next month for more!!! A massive well done to Chuck and John, real credit to the business!

Great store with a big variety of equipment! Excellent and knowledgeable staff that can help with any inquiries! This has been my go-to store since the home training "era" of 2020 started and in that time they have done an excellent job of diversifying the equipment they have in store. From the small home gym to the dream garage gym. If you are in search of good stuff for a great price? I highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed.

This company is a absolute disgrace! First they give me a faulty product. Then when i want to process a return they cannot do it over the phone and asked me to email over the defected part video but I already had and they say they hadn’t received anything. They can’t forward a a simple returns form email while I’m on the phone to them I have to hang up first and still they delayed by another day. Finally when it comes to picking the product up they have not turned up twice! I’ve taken time off work to be home. No call or email by delivery driver that they won’t be coming. As I write the item is still with me. The have no urgency on the phone when I speak to them. In all my years of being a consumer I have never been treated this way. I urge everyone to not shop with this company and go elsewhere. I will be reporting them to trading standards and the correct authorities about this.

They sold us a defective product. We reported it within the return window. Support team has made zero progress towards resolution and zero proactive attempts to reach out for the past six weeks. To the business: happy to revise my review if there’s ever progress

This place is really nice, whereas some of these places can be a bit sweaty and dirty, this place is clean fresh and smells of new kit. Jonti was really friendly and couldn't have been more generous and nice. This is definitely my first choice for buying fitness equipment. The prices are also good and the equipment perfectly good.

Anybody who is serious about achieving their fitness goals should definitely visit the Powerhouse Fitness store in Willesden and ask for John's help. I have just completed my home gym set up and could not be happier with the tailored choices that John recommended along with the professional level of service that I received. The store has an incredibly wide range of equipment for you to view/ test before you buy plus all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The aftersale care is immense and John continually provided me with regular updates on the delivery and installation process which certainly put my mind at ease throughout. Even when I amended my order several times in order to request various upgrades they accommodated these without hesitation until I was 100% happy/ satisfied with the final set up. As such, I have definitely made the right decision in choosing Powerhouse Fitness and the in-store team were kind enough to visit my home to make sure that everything was installed to the highest standards possible. Both Jonty and Chuck who work with John at the Willesden store should also receive special recognition as they too have really looked after all my needs as well as assisting in resolving any of my oversights. I cannot thank you all enough for your hard work and dedication in helping me achieve my dream home studio. You are all absolute legends and I have no hesitation in recommending you all, your products and your company to anyone who is interested in setting up a home gym. Customer service is non existant if you have to return an item or have a problem with the equipment . Would most definitely avoid on large orders.

I can't recommend Powerhouse enough! I had the pleasure of Shay helping me with my (many) enquiries into buying a wall-mounted cable machine. He was so helpful and also supported me in buying the right attachments and flooring for my garage gym. Not great customer service - we went and were hoping for someone to assist us and give advice based on our requirements (after all, this is why you shop in store rather than Amazon…) - instead the employee there has his headphones in and was eating a McDonalds delivery he had ordered. Tried Fitness Superstore North London where we had a much better experience

The selection is great and good value. Shay was so helpful and extremely patient with us whilst we took our time selecting our machine.

Went on the website and found a whole list of things I wanted but thought I'd check out the store to see it in real life, I'm really glad I did. Ended up with only one thing from a list of 10 that suited my needs, John suggested a completely different approach and I now have an order in I'm really excited about.
