Cosy little arcade, not the biggest! But had a good selection of mainstream arcade games. Not the biggest selection of prizes to choose from. Some of the machines were broken too, so didn’t get the chance to have a go on all of them! Has an old school bowling alley, which was quite pricey…

Not a bad place if you fancy hitting up the arcades, shooting some pool, bowling or just catching a few drinks, enough to keep you entertained for a few hours. We took the little ones here for some bowling and arcades and they seemed to enjoy it. One note, don't play for the rewards via tickets, diminishing returns... All in all, was a nice experience.

Perfect for kids aged 1-10, there is so much to do.

Can't go wrong with slot machines! Give the kids a tenner each and they love it! The bowling alley is also amazing! Book online for exclusive discounts and be sure to bring cash! The Bar is decent enough. Probably better in the evenings. Staff are also great. Always smiling and happy to help.

I have been a repeat visitor for many years. Every experience has been extremely positive. Kyle in particular has been a driving force into my latest trips. Very friendly, approachable and extremely professional. It was a pleasure to be served by him, and the other incredible staff around him. Will definitely be remaining as a repeat customer.

Members of staff are so unfriendly and not helpful. They did not meet my customer needs by not giving me the full details of what I was purchasing. I was given a voucher to use and I was not able to use it during the Holidays, which I was not told either.

The bowling alleys are seriously run down and overpriced! (Pic attached). They should do mid week unlimited bowling for 90 mins or 2 hrs to encourage people in but I'm not paying the prices they ask. 2 stars because at least p The pool/ table tennis area is ok.

I booked a game for 7 juniors online for 1 pm on Friday. My daughter n four school friends had a lovely time together playing a game of bowling at the venue. Two other friends couldn't join us, and I was given a voucher for 2 Junior's, which is valid for 3 months. Prices for juniors are reasonable, and the customer service was okay. We will visit again.

I was lucky enough to be working just outside of this crazy madcap wonder of a kid’s haven of a place. It was so much fun and the kids there in absolute bliss! Birthday parties, bowling parties music lights constant action the place is FAB. My personal experience there was managing The Snowman and Snow Dog. Funscape was nice enough to allow us an area to rest between appearances and they couldn’t of been more helpful or obliging to our needs. Thank you to the staff. It wasn’t in your job description to help us yesterday but you did so much. You’re a great group of people. Warmest regards. Extra stars for going beyond in the name of loving kids!

Good arcade. Might need a few more and different games to call itself an arcade but when you add in the bowling and sports bar it's pretty good overall. Plus there's tons of other food places and shops in the area too

The arcade has a small selection of games. A lot of them not working or has small defects which does affect the quality of gameplay. A major issue noted was whilst playing the Just dance game, where the machine just completely turned off. Was very frustrating. A very average arcade

Located upstairs in Romford shopping Center Is a little piece of fun. Funscape is full of activities for all ages but for me(3) it’s perfect All the games you see me playing are the most interactive and the whole family can get involved. We spent about £15 in here which lasted about 50mins in play time and after collecting my tickets, I get to pick a prize. It’s best to get in there before 4pm when the school kids get in 😕. The staff where nice a few of them looked zoned out but the ones in the pick are a credit to the company, Anna at the front desk was very welcoming. Would have liked some other choice of gift apart from sweet’s. Everything is here for you to lose yourself for a few hours and you can have fun in here for free, and just enjoy your surroundings. Woman at the till was very rude and racist. Didn't want to serve us and kept serving other who came after us. I asked her to change skittles with other candies but she refused. Not going there ever again.

Terrible experience for me and friends. incorrect information and prices were given.No info on concessions and what to bring.Manager didn’t book a slot in on the system as promised. Stressed us out and K the Manager on day shift refused us entry for bowling not having evidence of disability. The staff are unable to deal with customers as one two have no customer service skills and are rude.Well I cannot believe the massive arcade and Bowling was terrible managed.Can someone offer them training on customer support or care as there doesn’t seem to be any.Thank you

Recently visited namco for a bowling day. 5 adults and 4 children. Everything was going fine until a.... "Karen" or in other words, a person who feels entitled to the entire universe, stood in our lane and breathed down our spines. She then complains to staff about her having booked this lane for this time. The staff had informed her that a game could go on for as long as the previous bowlers like to and that she would have to wait. I didn't appreciate her being in our lane, even after the staff member had informed her of the small print (not small print) If I'm being completely honest I think they should put something in place for people waiting so they are not messing with someone else's game. Granted I did decide to bowl slower but over all I enjoyed myself. Was there longer than intended anyways

Great afternoon with the kids (ages ranging from 2-9) we all had a blast! Bowling and arcades were great! Kids loved the 2p slots! Best thing about the place however was the friendly and helpful staff... Big shout out to Lloyd! You're a credit to the place x

We always have a good time here. We attended a kids birthday party and was thoroughly impressed! I will definitely be booking a party with them in the future.

Glad they finally revamped the bowling lanes, it is so much nicer to bowl here now. This place is nothing special, but it is always good value for money, the staff are helpful and friendly, and it's a guaranteed winner with the kids every time, especially with the arcade right beside the lanes... Hmm, come to think of it, the 2p machine have probably taken more of our time and money than the bowling alley!

Nice atmosphere, quite a few fun games but there really could be more! Comparing to other arcades in London, it's a nicer space but not as many games. But then again, it has a whole bowling alley so that makes up for what lacks in the arcade experience! They also have a whole pool section which is great as other similar places tend to only have a few pool tables and you will never get a chance, they had 6 pool tables here! They have one lonely DDR machine at the far end of the arcade and a big space next to it, they should put some other dance mat games there like Pump It Up! Another pro is they have an early bird's option for bowling which is only £5pp per hour! Lots of potential in this place for sure

We had a great time here. We have been coming to this place for years since the kids were little. Fun for everyone.... yes, including us adults. From the typical arcade machines to bowling. There is even a bar area. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Good place for young right through to old. Only criticism I have is when my daughters bf booked up online it stated that 16 year olds and under have to be accompanied by an adult. I went along but there were plenty of groups of children playing clearly under 16 but definitely no adult supervising. As much as I had fun watching I'm sure daughter and bf would rather I wasn't there 😂

Me and the Fam visited for the bowling alley. There was an issue which was resolved by the helpful staff. All good, we enjoyed ourselves.

We booked a game of bowling for 7 of us, 6 children and 1 child. Booked late night bowl for two games and a drink. Got there and they claimed we only paid for bowling and not the deal. They refused do refund. Would avoid at all costs here and go to Hollywood bowl. Rude incompetent staff, offering vouchers. They claim to offer no refunds which is stated on their website but be wary when booking a deal that you will not get the deal when you arrive. Never had a problem with Hollywood bowl, strikes / other bowling places so I would recommend them if you want no issues when arriving.

Good little arcade in romford. Not as big as the one that was on Westminster Bridge and the tickets were a bit of a disappointment, didnt stop us having fun though. You have the choice of bowling and there is a bar for soft drinks or something a bit stronger. The toilets were the cleanest public toilets I have ever been in. 5 stars for their toilets! Haha

Not many good priced deals anymore, very expensive and lanes often have issues. Shame they got rid of table tennis. Lovely staff though

The lane kept shutting down and had to wait up to 10 minutes each time just for it to be fixed! I’m not the one to write reviews, but my two autistic younger brothers were becoming extremely impatient. A place that they used to love coming to, they never want to come back to again. Extremely disappointed.

My sons were invited to a party by their friend they had a game of bowling and party food along with party games staff there were amazing one staff member Berry took lead to help the children with the bowling and party games she knew what she was doing very confident all staff made sure all the children had plenty to drink what a fab day my boys loved it so much we’re planning to make it a monthly thing thanks
