Cozy environment but a terrible WiFi, there are series of food companies close by, so you don't have to go far to get your favourite meal. Serene and quiet area for proper relaxation

Not sure how this is a 3-star hotel? Super basic room … so basic there is no place to charge your phone next to the bed. Not even a 2nd lock for safety. Curtains look like a toddler installed them. Only one pillow per bed. Room did seem clean, though. Beds not comfortable but ok for a night.

For an overnight stay, this hotel was fine. Lovely friendly reception staff, very helpful when we checked in very late at night. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed. There was bit of a funky smell n the hallways but luckily not in the bedroom.

The room itself was okay. The sofa bed was probably part of the original furniture and was showing its age. The kids did not have a good sleep. There was a horrible smell just outside the entrance however that can't be held against the hotel. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Was fine for a 1 night stay so that we could get to the airport early, wouldn't want to spend anymore te than that though.

Booked for two nights. Very reasonably priced. Located close to everywhere we were visiting. We ended up adding a extra night stay onto our trip which only cost a extra 50 pounds. Rooms were basic but a good size and clean. Only complaint is there was no fridge for my little ones milk and rooms a bit dull but apart from that perfect for what we needed it for. Right next to mcdonalds and costa which was brilliant to get breakfast in the morning or snacks in the evening. We had a brilliant time and if we are ever in the area again we will book this again. Thank you very much brilliant

We understood that we had booked a budget friendly hotel so our expectations were not high from the start. However, upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely lady on reception changing our perceptions. We went to our room which even from the outside it had a smell. Once we opened the door we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. I understand it was a pet friendly hotel but to not be given the option of choosing a non pet friendly room was annoying. We were travelling with our two children who were nauseated by it. In an attempt to air out the room we opened our window, which on the outside seemed to have gathered a lake of stagnant water. Now the room smelling of wet dog and fermenting egg. We decided to leave and attend the function we had traveled 4.5 hours to be at. We came back to the room to find it smelt even worse leading to us leaving at 12am to drive all the way back to manchester. Would never stay in a days inn again.

This experience wasn't too bad; It's cheap, and it feels like it, which is what you should expect. The negatives: β€’ The parking is definitely not ideal for people who have more expensive cars, since it is just the car park for the services near the hotel. The car park is very open and not very close to the hotel. β€’ The corridors smelled dirty, somewhat like a bathroom, which is not pleasant. β€’ The window to our room would not shut fully. Despite being locked, as soon as you let go of the handle, it opened a bit again, letting in lots of cold air. The radiator was off when we arrived late at night, so we turned it on, and the room was warm within around 1 hour. The positives: β€’ Very friendly staff, which makes a big difference. β€’ The fact that this hotel is right next to the services is convenient for food, drink, and general purchasing purposes. In summary, I recommend this place if you need a place to stay for judt one night. It's certainly not perfect but is what you get for the price. And, as mentioned above, the staff make a positive difference.

Perfect location for me on the M25, but it's the staff which really makes this place worth staying at. Excellent service.

Great price clean rooms could do with tiny bit of updating but apart from that great value for money

Good position to go to Gatwick Airport the next day. Easy and free parking, service area for petrol and eating. Good value for money.

Whilst the lady on reception was lovely and welcoming, the room unfortunately was not satisfactory even for a budget hotel. Even with lights on, the room was dingy and we could barely see. The window was open and there were many dead flies on the window sills, and we also found a hair on the bedding. The bathroom also smelled stale and faintly of urine, which made us feel like the room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. Ideal location being only 20 minutes away from Gatwick airport and nice staff, but the cleaning needs to be improved greatly and the rooms are definitely due an update.

We were refused a room despite booking, due to the fact we brought a dog. They had no dog friendly hotels rooms left. However they was no way of adding a dog to booking!! They also could not guarantee that we would not be charged a cancellation fee!! Avoid bringing a dog. Not a dog friendly hotel chain. Bad hotel!!

Warm hotel, not the easiest to find. When you're in, it's lovely πŸ˜€. Staff are kind, room was clean, warm and big. Free parking for guests. Costa, McDonalds and Leon across the road and lovely little villages within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful hills with a view around. Lovely area for a weekend away.

After the flight was cancelled I found a last minute solution here in this Inn. Even if arriving late at night, the receptionist was really friendly and nice. She helped me with the luggage and showed me my room. The room was clean and well furnished. I stayed only for one night, but anyway I had a good staying.

What great value for money. After a long drive from the Netherlands was greeted by a friendly, bubbly, reception girl. Room has everything you need, tea and coffee making. Beds comfortable room spotlessly clean.

The rooms are a little dated, but absolutely fine. It felt clean and the bedding was lovely and soft. The staff on reception were fantastic. It was a pleasant stay.

This is a basic motorway hotel. The hotel has had some minor renovations since it was built and the room was clean, but the interiors start to look a bit tired and there were some minor unresolved maintenance issues. Fine for a quick emergency stop when on the road but not more.

Basically a trucker motel by the M25. The rooms and the hallways smelled funny. The staff was awesome though, very helpful and friendly.

Room smelt mouldy.Bath had black bits in it. Mould in the tile gaps and on the sealed areas of the bath.Door was unlocked when I got to the room and once the door was closed it wouldn't have taken a lot to open door with a good push/pull as door lock was I'll fitting

The room was so nasty, carpet clearly hasn't been vacuumed in months, the about of dust that gathered is Unacceptable. The bath was not cleaned, there was hair and dirt around the inside of the bath.

Clean & tidy basic rooms. Given room next to the entrance and was woken up by what sounded like someone sanding or drilling most of the night. No one around to complain, reception still closed at 10am when we left.

Went for a pit stop for 2 nights, 1st night was a bit of getting used to but the 2nd was very pleasant experience, definitely useful for big groups and events such as weddings. They are a bit strict with noise levels, so keep your kids quiet if planning to come here. Reception staff are generous and the room was only Β£129.

Fairly basic room but was only Β£59. Only one of four lights worked but didn't cause a problem. Beds very comfortable and excellent shower. Even though it was based at an M25 service station, not noisy and had a good nights sleep.
