The hotel is not open to the general public. It's been used for asylum seeking families sheltered by Home office

AC in room, but turned off so that guests can’t use it. Presume to save money. Pathetic. Wanted to charge me Β£15 quid for parking, though it is free on the street at night. TV in room is wonky. Shower leaks water out onto the floor. Shower head does not stay in place very well, so not a great angle of water. Stayed a couple of times before, but this is the last time. Even if the room is given free, no thanks.

Appalling experience. Avoid! I stayed at the Wyndham Hounslow about one year ago and I am still shocked by the experience. Besides being a filthy and unkempt room, the shower continuously flooded the bathroom. Since this was a room intended for disabled guests - I pointed out the evident danger to guests possibly slipping. I don't think that the front desk could have been less concerned and nothing was done. In fact, the staff could not have been more arrogant and unhelpful. Tons of better hotels nearby. Give this one a pass.

This hotel has deleted my previous review and replaced with a fake 5/5 review so trying again. Stayed here for 10 day quarantine - it’s awful. As others have said room is not properly cleaned from previous guest. I had dead flies on windowsill, crumbs on carpet, food on lamp, walls and plug sockets. Shower was dirty and mouldy in the grouting. The outdoor space was possibly the worst part - next to the food bins which were leaking and rats running around. I called the food standards agency because the rats were next to the open food kitchen. The whole place is just run down and the fact they are charging Β£120 per night as part of quarantine is outrageous. Do the right thing and take yourself off the list of government approved hotels.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. When we first came in, it looked like a normal hotel, with a spacious room as advertised. The first red flag was the couch, with a single unidentified strain. This was easily ignorable, as we only wanted a place to sleep - this is where the real problem began. We stayed for 2 nights and both of them had music loudly being played in a night club right under the hotel, without any kind of advertising. This should be explicit on their website but it's not. To make it worse, om the second night, the fire alarm went off for 5 minutes at 2:44 walking up everyone, and then the loud heavy bass music from the club made sure no one slept until 4 am. The hotel room would actually shake with the vibration. Would not recommend if your plan is going to bed before 4 am every night. Not wifi, or anything you'll not get

Had the hotel booked as we were going into London for a concert. However, the hotel cancelled presumably as they now know they can increase the price with it being around the time of the Queen's funeral. Stay classy Ramada.

Location is certainly the winner here, being just a couple minutes walk from the tube station, and close to shops and restaurants if you need. I stayed a single night as an alternative to my usual airport stopover and will certainly be returning as I had no complaints at all for the price. The room was modern and clean, and a spacious size. There were electric sockets next to both sides of the bed, the TV was decent enough for a single night and there was minimal noise from outside or adjacent rooms, despite the central busy location. At the right price point this is one of my new favourites in the area!

Haven't been back to this hotel since covid hit. Great location and has parking. Easy to get to and once parked up the tube station is just down the road. Unfortunately that's where the good bits end. The rooms are very tired now. Dirty, old, air conditioning didn't work. Electrics didn't work and no TV picture. Bathroom had more silicon sealer on it than b&q. Staff are down to the bare bones but we're very helpful. No cooked breakfast anymore despite what it says on the website, a very poor continental breakfast only, no dinner available or bar drinks. No refund for this despite nothing on website as I booked directly. Unfortunately the restaurant part was very unclean and ants were spotted on the tables and food surfaces. Hotel needs to be updated drastically now as the competition is offering better, the only reason I picked it this time was the location and parking. Please ramada a partial refund and a better room would have been great. Consider staying carefully, location versus ants?

Good hotel somehow close to city center (40 min) which is the average travel time anywhere in London anyway. Well located close to station, restaurants and other facilities. The staff is very helpful. Beautiful room.

One star for overall good and helpful staff but because of need I had to leave the night before my acctual end of booking and there was this "gentleman" at night in black suit telling he's colleague twice to check payment, I can understand this if they give you the room key and say pay at check out, but since they don't even let you stay at the lounge without payment how dare he's asking about the payment at checkout, that too a night before my account checkout time. Rubbish service and for one person even other staff hardwork goes in vain. That person should go learn about hospitality and have some common sense.

Stayed for 2 nights here, but was force to vacate on my third due to government taking over? Imagine get the notice at 8.30pm and expected to leave by 11am the next day. Of course able to go nearby hotel but how come the hotel dont know this going to happen? Should have inform way earlier and again doesn’t make sense hotel don’t know this in advance. Ridiculous and super inconvenient since am traveling with luggage etc. to pack back since all unpacked?

Please don't stay in any Ramada hotels if you're quarantining for 10 days. Specially in Ramada by Wyndham hounslow. Get your hotel changed immediately. Service is zero. Food is rubbish. You'll regret living here. Please get better hotel for 1750.

The rooms are really run down, not very clean, shower was broken, bathroom felt dirty, walls & windows are thin, there was a weird mouldy smell in our room too, good points are it is close to Hounslow central tube station and staff are friendly!

The hotel looks really good, the staff were helpful and work through any issues. The room was nice though the mattress wasn't great. Also I wasn't able to get the shower hotter than Luke warm. The breakfast was good cooked breakfast made to order so it was nice and hot. The continental selection was good, though the replenishment and taking away the rubbish / clearing tables need to be done. The staff are pleasant and look after the guests, just a little time clearing / replenishment would make a difference. Will have to see if there are any changes if I visit again.

Overall good experience of stay at the hotel. The breakfast menu can be updated, especially vegetarian options are limited. The breakfast served is continental but there were no croissants, cut fruits etc.

Awful hotel. We booked a room for three and they advertised it as having three twin beds, they were all singles. My father and I are both six feet plus, so fitting on the beds was a chore, leading to us not having a a single nice sleep over our week long stay (the VERY uncomfortable mattresses also didn't help at all). This outright false advertising, along with the LACK OF AIR-CONDITIONING IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER, led to this poor review. Would not recommend.

This wretched organisation shut the hotel hours before my family and I were due to check in. We were left stranded at Heathrow after arriving from Australia, as it was the queens funeral. No hotels available. Truly the worst company to deal with. Am absolute disgrace. Have taken zero responsibility for what happened.

Staff is fine. But AC didn't work, and they continue to act like they can't fix it or change any rooms. Others in my group had no hot water. It's a roll of the dice, either you have a functioning room, or you have a 102 degree day with no AC or a cold day with no heat. Maintenance issues abound.

I stayed at hotel from 15 to 18 June. The service was very pathetic. Staff was very greedy and asking money for everything. Even they asked money to keep luggage for few hours after checkout. Earlier they informed that parking is free for one hour but one staff was so greedy the he even asked money for 1 hr parking. Also air condition in room was not working and even on complain they were not responding.

Good hotel. Staff and services are not the best of the trade but better than many airport hotels. Just near the Hounslow central tube station which is very helpful to reach Heathrow. Some good food takeaways nearby which will help you to avoid expensive hotel menu. Early check in and late check outs are very frowned upon from my experience even if you're ready to pay. It's just a lodge not a hospitality business in my opinion

A good sized room, clean and well laid-out. The hotel is clean and safe. Excellent transport links to Heathrow and London Central

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the train and bus and shopping and food was in walking distance. I would definitely stay again for cost and convenience.

Was expecting a bit more from this hotel. We paid for breakfast that's wasn't served due to covid but it was included in the price that we payed.I stayed in this hotels on las week of February 2022 when it seemed that all restrictions were lifted (not in this hotel obviously)Receptionist informed that he can bring some tost or cereals to my room if needed. Shower was OK, the only issue was that long first minute until hot water will finally kick in. I had some issue with remote as it didn't work at all I asked staff for help with this. They replaced remote with other one that worked but only one evening after that it didn't worked as previous one.Fairly comfy bed but I didn't had great rest due to various noises from outside like traffic light beeping every couple minutes and aeroplanes flying very low and close to the hotel (maybe new double glazed windows could be solution here)Hotel is located very close(6 mins walk)to various shops with great access to Lidl, Asda, Superdrug, Pandora, big Polish shop, McDonald's etc. So I wasn't starving at all! Friendly and helpful staff-very approachable.

Good location as your walking distance from tube station and High Street. Breakfast is very average so you rather go into town if you have time. Rooms are OK for the money. Customer Service is really bad and staff overbooked the rooms asking 4 families Including myself to either pay for executive room or find alternative hotel.

Room ok but a bit shabby, TV not working, kettle not working and secondary double glazing hanging off wall. reported to reception and got very offhand response, seems it was my fault that I didn't check everything thoroughly when checking in, poorly handled, not even an apology, will not be back

It’s even worse than poor! It’s terrible! Even less than one would be more than it deserves. Anyone having to stay here for quarantine then good luck. Make the rules up as they go. You can talk to 100 staff and still no resolution. CMT will never be any better either. They have no management structure and everything will be please call in the morning. Room smelt of cigs and mould in the shower. Even after moving rooms was no better. Waste of time! Anyone wants to know the full story then please do not hesitate to contact me!

Spacious and clean room. Stayed here for the quarantine. Food quality is great and portion is rather big. Clean bathroom and great hand shower. Decent staff. Sadly no refrigerator.

Great hotel. Lovely rooms and spotlessly clean. 2 mins walk to the tube and ideally based for the airport or trips to central London
