Great service, never waiting to long. I'm a coffee lover, there Carmel Macchiato is pretty good, a bit on the sweeter end. Bagels are always amazing! They have the best bagels in town! If you want to try something different, this one here is a pretty tasty breakfast bagel "Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich" It's a Chile Bagel with chorizo sausage, avocado, cheddar cheese, cage-free eggs and Jalapeño Salsa Shmear. You won't regret it 🙂.

There was no one there looked Rundown the coffee was so strong from sitting there all morning that it was nasty but the food was great and the service was good as well. I will probably go back to getting my Einstein's from the one next to my house

Tried to order 6 bagels with shmears online. Could only order pre-selected varieties with this option. 2 of which were chocolate chip bagels. Decided to go to store and pick out my own. Ordered a large coffee, which ended up being lukewarm, and far from being hot coffee.

Dont put everything bagel in same package as blueberry and cinnamon. I called to share my concerns..was told "you should have requested seperate bags". Never thought a bagel place would not know better. Bagels are good, service is terrible. Not trained!!!!!!!

First of all, why do I have to tip in advance before I get my food? It doesn’t make anyone happy and it makes you feel like it’s required. Can’t we tip afterwards like the rest of the world? Bagels or small so you really need to sandwiches to get full I would avoid the place

We tried to order online this morning for pickup, but the system kept kicking out order back. It happens, no biggie. Went down to order and service was pretty quick, especially considering it was a busy weekday morning. I had the All-Nighter with hasbrowns they were both OK. But the blueberry muffin was fantastic!! Great coffee drinks too!

My order was correct and clean. Also bagels were the perfect hardness to softeners ratio. For me anyways

I come here entirely too often, but this crew makes me feel so special. I'm 6 month pregnant and get the same order every time I'm here. They make sure my order is ready before I even pay, over half the time. I really appreciate you guys!!

Nowhere to sit, which is dumb but fine - however, there is no way to know this information before walking all the way over there. Doesn't say anything on the corporate website, and Google still lists this location as offering "dine in". The food was fine, but I'm frustrated that I'm just supposed to magically know they don't have tables before I go.

I came into today as I usually do for my morning coffee before work. But today I am appalled at the behavior of one of the staff members an older man was screaming at his coworker. It was very uncalled for and aggressive he was aggressive and threatening. No one seemed to intervene and not only the fellow customers but employees aswell were disturbers by this mans actions. I love the coffee but won’t be coming back to a place that can NOT treat their hardworking employees with the respect they deserve. I encourage others to save their time and go to ANYWHERE else

We love their bagels! And their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious, and quite large...we often share one! Great coffee, too, and friendly staff!

I love stopping by for a bagel here! When I can't get a magic latte from Plant Magic Cafe, then this is next on the list!

pretty decent for a chain place for bagels ! staff was friendly and quick with service. Asiago bagels were supreme

Disappointing experience this am. Employees were clearly irritated with one another and passing the buck to on another to do this which ultimately made the wait a lot longer than it should have been for only two customers in the store. There was an upper management meeting going on in the lobby and the manager was oblivious to the stress and lack of team work his team was demonstrating. To top it all off it get home and there is a major lack of cream cheese on my bagel. Not even just thinking, spots with none at all. Very disappointing first experience compared to all the other locations I have frequented.

Oh my god, the green chile bagel is INSANELY good. I’m kind of a bread snob, but Einstein delivers. The staff at this location are also all so kind and efficient too! Take a stop if you haven’t

Great service!! The simplest things like letting me eat my bagel and coffee on one of your counters is what you call 100% customer service which made me a satisfied customer!!! Great attitude especially at 7 in the morning!

Morning staff are awesome. They're proficient and friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs. They make the mornings easier with their speedy and professional staff.

This is a great place with great food...pretty quick too! Your out as fast as your in...would definitely reccommend. I gave it four stars but that was a mistake. This is definitely a 5 star establishment

All tables & seating has been removed. Bagels are very chewy in comparison to less corporate Rosenbergs & Leroy’s bagel shops. Breakfast offerings are your standard fast food quality

Terrible customer service. Ordered three bagels, asked for them sliced with plain cream cheese. They handed me my order with out cream cheese, I asked if they already put it on and was told no, then tried grabbing my order out of my hands! So I paid for a tube of cream cheese, also not given to me, had to ask for it again. Looking at my receipt they gave me the wrong bagels, not the kind I asked for and they charged me for a tube of cream cheese and then had me buy another one. What a joke. Beware, check your orders their probably wrong too.

I just got off the phone with the general manager Mark who was absolutely amazing. I was trying to orchestrate a special item for my daughter who goes to college there and Mark was beyond helpful and kind. Thank you!!!!!
