The lakes are beautiful but the fishing grounds are too close to each other. I chose one of the lakes with the possibility of fishing 24 hours, even if I only stayed until 4 pm. Big mistake . Here some fishermen come well prepared to "relax". I was sick that those who were 3 places away smoked "happiness". Next time I'll try one of the lakes near the store. It is worth coming, but choose carefully the lake and the place where you will fish. Is clean. Have toilets and parking space. If you left something at home you can go to their store. They have everything for successful fishing.🐟

Only been the once going to make this my only night fishing lake for 2022 my common pb is 19lb my mirror is 21lb, I went for 24hours on the 15th of march with my brother had a nice wake up at 730am caught a very nice mirror of 17lbs on big Hayes lake. The tackle shop are always happy to help u out aswell

Given that it was an open day for carp people, the help given by mark to find trout fishing and a decent pub was exemplary. To cap the day, my fishing buddy had a 40cm brownie on his new ultralight bfs glass rod. The only reason I dropped a star was the response I had on the phone when completing the purchase of the same rod the next Monday. Spending £200+ on a rod is quite a significant event on my fixed income. The telephone manner of the person completing the sale, left a lot to be desired! I suspect no interest in fishing or retail. Will not put me off dealing with them again!

Brilliant friendly staff with a great sense of humour. Amazing shop, has absolutely everything. The lakes, well I won't spoil the surprise, all il say is it's a beautiful peaceful place that I will be frequenting again and again.

My first time here. Fantastic fishing on Wadmill Lake. Stayed for 48 hours. I definitely will be going back. On site café and tackle shop. Also toilets and showers. What's not to like.

Lovely helpful staff. I took my kid there to buy fishing equipment and they really took the time to understand what he needed and then put it altogether for him and showed him how to use it. I was very grateful as I don't have a clue about fishing.

I had an amazing day's fishing at Todber today. My first ever visit. 17 carp between 4lbs and 7 1/2lbs and 1 roach, great sport on a light float rod. The pegs are nicely spaced and well maintained. Hens and ducks constantly trying to nick my bait! I will be back.

It's one of my favourite fisheries. There are plenty of lakes to choose from. You can book a session through the website, or you can call the shop for booking. Before you go down to the lake, you have to go to the shop to sign in. I think in this way they know who's down at the lakes. They have a big shop on site where you will find whatever you are looking for. They are selling carp tackle, match fishing, and pike tackle also. Some of the lakes you can park near to your peg, some of them are a little bit further down but still close to the car park. The pricing is really good compared to other fisheries. The stuff is very kind and helpful.

Showers toilets shop great lakes but do research on the swims the end swims on little Hayes are difficult swims. middle of lake swims is a must loads of carp caught

Great place. Well looked after and cared for lakes and surroundings. The shop is incredible and staff full of knowledge and always talks as much time as you need to help, even when asking daft questions. Worth the travel if you have to. Highly recommend.

Great place to fish. Friendly staff. Shop full of goodies, everything you will need. Easy booking online, better than other places I’ve used, easy to see what is available and when. Loads of lakes to choose from. All types of fishing. Showers and toilet on site and porta loos by lakes. Shame the food van has gone now though.

Amazing place, a few different lakes. Massive tackle shop and a lakeside food van. I was there on the 30th of July, and I had 3 out on wadmill Lake. I'll be back there on Saturday

Can't recommend this company enough. Their customer service is out of this world. I had a problem with a rod I bought and this fantastic team went above and beyond to get me a replacement. I will 100% be buying from them again and again. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Love this place, the swims are prestine & most of all peg friendly if you know you know. Toilet and shower facilities are very nice too. & last but not least the staff are very helpful & friendly. I'm not happy though I blanked on my last visit 😭.

Had a great 36hr session on wadmill, great access to all areas of venue, no dramas for wheelchair users, always a big bonus for me, the fishing is just mental and my son has a new PB! Will be back very very soon

Perfect in every way. Well managed, clean and tidy. Massive shop with everything you need plus the kitchen sink. Great food unit. Friendly staff and the lakes are amazing. Thanks for many enjoyable nights

Great venue, would go again a good range of lakes, the shop has everything you need, shower blocks and toilets are clean and tidy. Could do with a few upgrades around the lakes with the portable toilets being emptied more frequently and net dips by the lakes. But overall, it was a great experience.

Beautiful place, went to Wadmill lake. But there are lots of lakes on the complex, you need to book some as soon as the books open. This was my first time here but my Husband and Son's have fished here many times previously. It was clean and well maintained. The fish caught by the anglers look very well cared for. My one and only complaint was that the disabled toilet had no seat. Which mattered very much to me as I am in a wheelchair and it was the only toilet I could use. Plus being female and staying by the fising lake and being there for 36 hours it made an even bigger difference. Apart from that I would say it's a fantastic place and plan going again soon with my family.

Great big tackle shop, decent prices, food and hot drinks on site and shower toilet block I fished wadmill lake 48 hour session. Reasonable size swims. Will be back in future. Cheers very much.

The staff & owner always make you welcome . A total fishing experience, huge tackle shop, onsite Urban Larder for food, clean toilets and shower facilities and the fishing is 1st class.

Went into the tackle buy some last minute bits for a trip. I couldn't figure out exactly what bits would be best for said trip but Simon was extremely helpful in explaining things and pointing me in the right direction. His customer service skills were A++++, Thanks Todber manor and Simon
