The experience will vary depending on where you go. I went to one in Kingston where the GP was great (he is usually a GP at a NHS practice). I took my daughter to the Twickenham practice, and the GP prescribed the wrong drugs, at the wrong strength, and generally said a few things which were incorrect (eg "we never do urine tests on children"). It seemed so odd, and she seemed so lost - down to not getting the prescription right the first time (pharmacy refused to fill it) - that I tried again managed to get an emergency appointment at our local GP with a medic later that afternoon, and they then prescribed the right medicine. They also did a urine test.

Saw Dr Agnes who was absolutely brilliant. I can't praise her enough after having a pretty useless on line appointment with a Vitality GP. Dr Agne understood my worries (caused by the on line appointment), rather put my mind at rest and gave me the appropriate referral

Amazing service. Had an appointment with Dr Fenton, what a caring, professional, knowledgeable and thorough GP. I felt reassured and treated in a manner which was in direct contrast to that of my own NHS GP, which sadly, is one of apathy and indifference.

Had a hayfever consultation and treatment here on 25/5/23. Pleased to say that the symptoms have now gone. The doc was very knowledgable about the subject and the consultation and service was very professional. Was a good location for my based in south London as I needed somewhere that I could drive to.

Scam in my opinion the website is set up for you to book straight away I clicked for hayfever injection and then paid the 70 deposit after booking it then says it’s just a consultation fee then a further 100 or so more for the injection why would I pay that when I can go else where for just 90 pounds without consultation fee doesn’t make any sense. Way the website is set up is misleading and they know it wonder how many others have fallen for the same.

Excellent experience. I am rarely ill but had been so for over a week. No NHS Dr appointments available needless to say. I was seen early and my Dr here was thorough, professional, reassuring and charming as her Receptionist. Appropriate medication supplied on a private prescription. I have used this Company in London many years ago and also found them very good. Highly recommended.

I have been fighting with my NHS GP for months because they just cannot deliver the services they are contracted to do. They don’t even resolve the complaints of their service! Meanwhile, my health conditions continue. I booked and attended here. Within 48 hours, I was seen, referred for same day follow up, and given a level of service that I have not seen in medicine for many many years. This is what healthcare should be like. Thank you!

After a week of numerous futile efforts to see my NHS GP, with serious chest and throat infection, having not slept for over 2 weeks suffering with stabbing pain in my ear and chest, I had no other option but to seek private medical help (what is going on with the NHS GPs? What happened to the medical oath to help and heal the sick they all had to give?) I am glad I did as I found online the London Doctors Clinic, an organisation with 23 clinics, mainly in Central London, with luckily - one in Chislehurst, which was quite convenient. The booking couldn’t have been easier - whether online or on the phone, it was very quick and easy to do. (Amazingly - there was NO waiting for an hour for someone to pick up the phone, as with the NHS GP, just to tell me there are no more appointments for the day!) Got an appointment in less than 2 hours after my request. Got seen on time, by a great and very helpful GP, who understood my pain and medical need, and virtually saved me from further horrendous suffering with an appropriate and exact prescription. After 2-3 weeks of being ill and not receiving appropriate care from my own GP (whom I have been with for over 30 years!), I was really lucky to have found this clinic! My best compliments go to the GP Dr.Dan Fenton. Thank you for helping me!!! The premises are lovely, sunny, clean, well furnished. Easy to park opposite or on the side street. The only reason I gave 4 stars: while waiting for my appointment, an elderly lady came to enquire about a problem. Unfortunately, the receptionist chose to be extremely rude to her, right at that moment , which truly startled me: this is a private care place and there is no place for such rudeness, especially showing it to an elderly person! Recommendation: veto your receptionists!

I was frustrated with my local GP before going to London Doctors Clinic. I was overwhelmed by how good they were. Everything made sense to me when the doctor examined and discuss his impression of my condition and promptly referred me on. Thank you London Doctors Clinic.

Excellent service, booked online the night before, very clean and professional surgery, doctor was thorough and diagnosed what was likely to be going on with my ears, provided a prescription and I’m already feeling better.

Easy to book and Dr Fenton at Chislehurst was excellent. They need to sort out backroom staff and process. I don't expect to wait 40 minutes without any acknowledgement of delay. Sat in seats by window, ultra hot and all I could hear was senseless and unprofessional banter from ajoing admin office.

If I could leave no stars I would! Due to incorrect information I received when making this booking, I am now £55 out of pocket. I have emailed to complain but no one has got back to me whatsoever. I hope this post will help someone, before they get ripped off by this company too.

Quick and easy. I had an appointment at Kings Cross which unfortunately got cancelled due to staff shortages (not surprising at the moment), was informed straight away and they booked me in at Holborn for a same day appointment. Easy to get to, didn’t have to wait long, doctor was lovely.

Excellent professional service from my initial telephone call to the advice given by the doctor. She fully understood how important sorting out a treatment was to me. Explained in detail my options and I couldn’t be happier! The cost of the appointment was more than reasonable and the fact that they had a same day appointment means all I can say is that goodness for this Clinic. I can’t recommend it enough!

I could not see my GP for 3weeks so went to LDC at Chislehurst. I was lucky enough to see Dr Fenton who was very professional, very thorough and very reassuring. He was really excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend. He diagnosed and resolved my problem immediately. Brilliant service.

Very satisfied with the GP service provided at North Clinic in Twickenham. I was able to book appointment within 24hrs which normally with my GP I would never get a face to face appointment straight away. The doctor was very kind, professional and welcoming, even though I have been late for my appointment was able to see me. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Able to book an appointment within 45 minutes of accessing the website. Appointment was on time with a friendly doctor who gave an initial opinion which was in keeping with other advice received. My experience was not good I booked an appointment at Twickenham clinic Friday 12.45 was driving for 25mnts from my house to the clinic when I was parking got a call from the clinic saying doctor was not available they moved my appointment for hour later I had to drive back home. Went back for the 1.45 appointment because there is no park i was late exactly 5mnts go to the clinic was told doctor already left i was so angry . Doctor can't wait 5mnts my appointment was 15mnts. I had to drive almost an hour because they changed my appointment and doctor can't wait 5mnts. Absolutely disgraceful.
