Once for never more..... after 2 hours waiting to replace my implant ( with appointment booked online), the doctor was kind of rude, and I have my arm completly black with the "stitches" done like if she was in primary school. The only good things are the receptionists, very kind and helpful

absolutely atrocious staff.. not helpful at all. been trying to get my implant out since JANUARY.. everytime I go there they tell me to book an appointment but every time I've tried on Friday they're booked up... also is it not a WALK IN centre? yet every time I have tried to walk in, I get met with absolute attitude and told to basically sod off.. as they only have a few more spaces..so why couldn't o have one of those free spaces? the nurses are nice tho I have to say.. just the front staff

I think this clinic is the worse clinic in the Borough. Claudia who works on reception is Incompetent. I clearly stated I needed to see a doctor and I needed to make an appointment yet she refused. The most awful receptionist I have ever encountered. I have made an offical complaint. And I will be going in again to make sure that this is logged with the Head of the clinic.

I’m so outraged - you guys don’t have phones or something do you? Why have I been trying to call you for days and it’s just ignored. It’s like you don’t want people to get help AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE !!!!! If you’re understaffed get more employees this is RIDICULOUS

Turned away during an EMERGENCY and have now been FAILED by this government-provided system and they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact so believe they will not be held responsible. I will be formally complaining in person as I was MEDICALLY NEGLECTED

Friendly staff on reception and the medical staff too. The doctor saw me on time and was very informative; he really took time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. I guess the negative is that, while it’s not bad inside, it’s nowhere near as nice as the Burrell Street clinic.

My doctor here is good but the receptionist I had that day was rude and incompetent. She was chit chatting away on her phone when I was clearly waiting to simply check in. She only put her phone down when a patient jumped the queue and bombarded her with questions. It seems patience and manners doesn't get you anywhere here. Only when I lost my patience and interrupted did I get checked in - something which took her 5 seconds to do. Such a frustrating experience.

Reception were incredibly unhelpful, doctor seemed very pressured and stressed and was very open about understaffing issues. I had to wait 3 and a half hours and was just sent back to my GP after being referred by my GP. Service could have been a hell of a lot better if reception were just honest about what I had in store.

Women I encountered were so sweet and knowledgeable! It was a quick appointment and they helped me with my walk-in appointment. Came in at 1 pm, had to come back at 2:30 pm, then scheduled me at 4:50 and saw me within 10 minutes of me getting there!

Really nice experience at this clinic this week, after being quite nervous to go. I queued up outside just before 8am (5 people in front of me) and got an appointment for 9.50am. Reception staff were lovely. My doctor was kind, patient and informative. Results and antibiotics provided immediately and have received follow-up texts with more info. I'd recommend coming here and am very pleased with the service.

I went to the clinic to get a copper coil fitted. The nurse who took my case was efficient, and very reassuring. Thanks Michelle!!I have suffered from anxiety before, and was very nervous about the procedure, but she managed to calm me down, explained everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable. My four stars go for her. Reception staff on the other hand.... quite rude, made me feel uncomfortable, not friendly at all!!people who go to a sexual health clinic might be having serious concerns, and there is no help for them to see that unhappy, rude face.

I was so nervous about my appointment all morning but as soon as I met the doctor all the anxiety vanished. He was friendly and funny and he explained everything we were going to do and why and he checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was ok. Sadly I never remember anyone's name but it was the fella with the colourful shoes :p The receptionists were nice, building was easy to find, etc, can't fault a thing. Hard to believe the other reviews on here are about the same place. I was so happy, everyone who came out while I was waiting seemed very happy. Maybe there have been some big changes in the last couple of years or maybe people only bother to write reviews when they've had a bad time. I think the same people from Walworth also do the clinic on Burrell St and I've only had good experiences there too.

refused to give me a test even when I had symptoms, they claim they don't conduct this test anymore but it seems they were just trying to find an excuse not to work

receptionist was lovely. I went in for a coil insertion, having an appointment definitely avoids the wait.The doctor was lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout!

Quick enough, walked in and got same day appointment. They will advise you to do the online test if you have no symptoms

I was just there this morning and the receptionist Claudia was really helpful and efficient.

I went to the clinic to remove a contraceptive implant and have a coil fitted. I got an appointment for the implant online, but was hoping to get the coil the same day as a walk in. I got to the clinic 10 minutes before opening and was 6th person in the queue. Around 9:20-ish I was asked to the doctor's room (which was before my set appointment for the implant removal). Dr Kike was very informative and she made me feel like I'm in the good hands. She told me everything about removing implants and fitting a coil. Both of the procedures took maybe 10-15 minutes and before 10 o'clock I was free to go. The place is understaffed, as any other place in the UK, but you can see the staff is trying their best to make up for that.

Lovely receptionists, waiting hours are not that long, and doctors are great, very helpful, informative and caring, overall 5 star :)

What a disgrace! For 5 mins appointment no slot after being closed week before and literally 2 people waiting in waiting room it was 17pm when I arrived and no slots amazing protection for them to leave on time 💪 if not earlier no wonder that they have only 2.9 stars rubbish place

You need to wait approx 2 hours to get an appointment later that day if you start to queue around 8:30. Perhaps they can process the queue faster if it’s just allocating time slots.
