I
have
brought
2
animals
from
here.
The
first
was
a
guinea
pig,
who
it
turned
out
had
fleas
and
needed
vet
care
and
had
a
broken
toe
(which
was
bleeding
and
they
hadn't
noticed).
More
recently
I
brought
a
budgie
who
then
had
mites.
I
had
to
pay
for
him
to
be
treated
despite
their
alleged
policy
of
covering
these
costs
(they
were
fully
aware
of
the
situation).
I
was
in
there
in
person
today
and
the
manager
still
didn't
offer
to
cover
this
cost.
Their
current
budgies
are
in
dreadful
condition,
the
manager
lied
to
me
and
they
do
not
care
one
bit
about
animals.
I
will
never
be
returning
and
would
never
under
any
circumstances
trust
these
people
to
look
after
my
pets.
One
budgie
has
been
in
there
for
months,
losing
more
feathers
and
shaking
in
fear
each
time
I
saw
him.
The
manager
claimed
he
had
been
in
there
for
just
days.
He
said
the
first
time
he
noticed
the
animal
was
in
distress
was
when
I
pointed
it
out.
I
even
offered
to
take
the
budgie
and
pay
for
all
its
vet
bills
as
I
was
so
shocked
-
the
manager
declined
this
offer.
Animals
are
not
"stock"
and
the
manager
needs
to
learn
this
before
he
tortures
more
animals.
