Best pit stop Ever!!! We tried 4 different sandwiches one I accidentally ordered a Manhattan instead of a Denver and wow what a fantastic surprise, my daughter loved it 😍. Hands down the best bagel sandwiches we’ve ever had, all were delicious in their own way and yes we are total foodies. Can’t wait to taste the dozen bagels we got to go.

Come here often. Ordered a 1/2 dozen bagels. They were burnt, hard and crumbly. Called the store they gave me a refund. But I still wanted edible bagels so I decided to go back to store, to BUY another batch. I told the cash register guy about my previous bagels. No apology for the bad batch just a rude look. and he said they all came from the same batch and couldn't guarantee anything. You can't guarantee a good quality bagel? Hum? Weird. Not going back for a while, if ever. Bad customer service is a deal breaker for me.

Ive been going here since 1999. ive really had only about 4 bad experiences here. Today i got a breakfast bagel. worst one ive ever gotten from them. the egg was cut in half .. it was severely dried out the bacon was okay but a bit undercooked. It was just bad. I don't know if they are cutting down on the size of the breakfast sandwiches but this is not worth over 8.00 when it looks like the one i just got.

Guy that talks like he’s fried his brain from acid & doesn’t have brain cells with the tye dye shirt at 2 pm refused to refund me for a $5 bagel because they didn’t put dairy free cream cheese on it, I asked for his managers number & he said “yeah that’s not gonna happen”. Very rude & too old & too dumb so makes why he’s stuck working a job he’s miserable at. I left the bagel on the counter & I was shaking from hunger so if I could eat it I clearly would.

Pretty good bagels. Really good for CO standards. Never enough bacon on the bacon egg and cheese (like 2 little strips) and the sandwich costs like $10. Employees are always super friendly. Yerba Mate costs like $5. Lots of bagel flavors and cream cheese flavors to choose from.

Very inconsistent portioning of bacon on the ridiculously overpriced bacon egg cheese bagels. I’ll stick with sausage next time. That’s always the same size. Although this is almost universal these days,, the tipping screen on the POS as well as a huge tip jar is also pretty obnoxious. Tipping is unnecessary when employees are already paid to make your bagel. There is no extra service here, unless they want to give me a foot massage while I eat? The bagel is not going to make itself.

They never get my order right. I also pay a different price every time despite ordering the exact same thing. But compared to the other moes this one is way better.

Fresh, delicious, and fast! The bagels are baked on-site. Buy them by the dozen or fixed into a hot breakfast sandwich. Pro tip: know what you want when you get to the counter. It’s a large menu and the line moves fast.

I absolutely love Moe's, highly recommend a bacon egg and cheese with a spiced apple cider. Seriously hits the spot.

Bagel looks like it would have been good, but they put tons of spread on it when all was asked for was a plain toasted bagel. It took more effort to get the pickup order wrong, than it would have to just make it properly.

I like the bagels and coffee and staff are nice however this is like the third time I’ve been overcharged. The menu online and the board says specific prices yet somehow I always get charged over 8$ for an egg and cheese bagel when it clearly says it’s like 5$. I’ve emailed these guys and have never gotten a refund so that kind of makes me not want to keep going if I have to watch my check like a hawk everytime.

I am on a low carb diet and asked if I could get a Reuben sandwich as a salad. The gentleman who took my order went out of his way to accommodate me! I was very pleased with the out come!

Truly amazing customer service experience today. I made an embarrassing mistake for an order and the team was super kind and fixed it for me without issue. Also, The vegan cream cheese spread is amazing.

Food quality is good but they usually mess up the order. This time I ordered the egg, meat and cheese with ham and extra sausage. What I got was nothing but egg, cheese and peppers. Not sure how that even works. Pretty embarrassing if you ask me. Horrible quality control.

So many yummy toppings. I particularly love the sundried tomato spread and sundried tomato cream cheese. The fact that they have both options is glorious.

Love Moe’s bagels! Have yet to be disappointed after at least 5 visits, each time ordering something different. A go-to for eating in Scott Carpenter park next to the creek down the road. Definitely recommend!

Delicious bagels! But even better customer service! Connor and Carla at the Arapahoe store are absolutely great! Both were so polite and personable and our sandwich was delicious. Highly recommended!! A Boulder favorite for a reason!
