I always have a great experience at silver lake family dental! The staff are so nice and welcoming, willing to answer questions and concerns. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a welcoming, kind, caring and family oriented dentist! Kim cleaned my teeth today, so nice, kind and explained what she was doing and how things I was doing for my teeth was helpful and what to use to help promote better and healthy gums. Which I have always struggled with sensitive gums and she has helped me improve the health of my gums over the past couple years. Tamara was so sweet, welcoming and hard working, as she took my x-rays and set things up for Kim.

I have had wonderful experiences each visit to Silver Lake Family Dental! Kim my hygienist is always so fun to chat with during my cleaning and Dr. Craig always makes you feel heard and has your best interests at heart. I always highly recommend Silver Lake Dental to my family and friends.

After 45 years, my former dentist retired, and I needed to find a new practice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with making my appointment and confirming my insurance. I had THE MOST thorough cleaning with Kim, and an efficient follow-up consultation with Dr. Craig. I plan to make this my new dental home!

I am a new patient and I have had a great experience! I was able to be able seen quickly for tooth pain, which then led to a deep cleaning that was done by Cindy. She explained everything in detail and was very thorough with the cleaning. All the office staff also seem great!

Had a great experience as a new patient. I was able to get an appointment same week and my dental hygienist Cindy was phenomenal. She was very detail oriented and explained everything before proceeding. She offered a lot of advice without being pushy and was very genuine. Dr Craig was very kind and knowledgeable with great advice as well. First dentist office I’ve been to without being pushed for additional work or electives which was refreshing!

I came in when a root canal didn’t go well at my old dentist. They got me in right away! Dr. Craig took good care of me, referred me to a specialist, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Just felt like they actually cared. After the specialist pulled my tooth, I came in for my cleaning. Kim did such a wonderful job. She kept checking on me to make sure she wasn’t going too rough on my teeth during my cleaning and talked to me about the holidays. It was a quick appointment but my teeth are so clean! All the ladies at the front desk are amazing! So helpful! Laura is phenomenal. She is so helpful and is making sure everything goes correctly for my future implant. Just all around a great dentist!

I love this place and have always been very pleased with my care at Silver Lake Dental. It’s such a friendly office with a very caring staff that answer all my many questions thoroughly. Brenda is great help when it comes to insurance or any other detail. The office is comfortable and very clean. I started going there with my 3 children over 30 years ago and I can’t say enough good things about my experiences there. My kids wish they lived nearby so they could continue their dental care with Silver Lake. Dr. Joe is the best, but since he retired, Dr. John has been top notch! I highly recommend Silver Lake Dental to anyone!

The staff is so nice and accommodating. Love the ladies in the front. They make you feel so welcomed. Kim is so nice and makes you feel at ease during the whole cleaning. Dr. Amy is amazing. She always has a smile and makes me feel special. I recommend this office to everyone!!

One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. John was very kind and explained everything. Kim cleaned my teeth like no other and was very gentle. Brenda got me an appointment at the last minute when I had a serious dental concern and knew me when I got to the office. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time at Silver Lake Dental and I will definitely be going back! 😃

So I've been coming here now over 10 years. I love the atmosphere and the top notch care. I just had Kim the hygienist clean my teeth today. Always a great feeling. She keeps your mind off of everything. Which is a plus to me. I've had Dr John before another great dentist. He's came in after hours for a emergency for my son. Which I couldn't be more grateful for. I just had Dr Craig Raino recently do a full tooth replacement and other work. Both of these Dentist have incredible bedside manners. I haven't even spoke about the women working up front or with the doctors. Hands down I'd refer them to everyone! So when you call ask for Brenda up front tell her I sent ya! She's a sweetheart. You're kids will love this place. Mine do.

All of the staff are really nice and helpful. Kim was my hygienist, she is super nice and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I am always so satisfied after getting my teeth cleaned here. I see Dr. Emily because she is always so nice and informative whenever I have questions. They always have an appointment time that works for me and have even squeezed me in here and there when I needed.

I’ve been going to Silver Lake Family Dental for 25 years now and I have to say, every single person that I’ve had contact with from the front desk (Laura, Colleen, Lindsay and Brenda), to the hygienist & assistant (Kim & Tamara) to the dentists themselves (Dr. John, Dr. Emily and Dr. Joe) I have never had a bad experience and neither has my son. This office was lovely. My dentist, Dr. Craig made my visit pain free and easy. They did a beautiful color match and seamless shape of my crown. My hygienist Kim was truly an angel, my teeth cleaning was dare I say- fun, and EFFECTIVE. It looks like I got my teeth whitened. Will recommend to my loved ones.

My daughter loves going to this dental office. Dr. Craig always takes great care of her and is very caring. He is the best ! Karen did her cleaning last week and she was wonderful. Karen was patient, understanding, and made the cleaning so easy to get through. My daughter also loves the front desk ladies and she says they are so cool and fun to talk too.
