The guy manager name starts with a D is horrible and really rude is never helpful when I come in and ask for help which is a shame since I am a loyal urban customer and have a special needs kid that he refuses to help with picking things out that would make her feel confident it’s truly heartbreaking because he is the only one that works there I’ve ever had a bad experience with all the other employees are amazing and helpful but this manager and it’s so shameful

So trendy for adults and so retro for the over 50 crowd. You would have a hard time not finding some very unique clothing items or small decorative item. Service was incredible and when I shopped there last night not only was I offered service but so friendly we were talking about who I was buying for etc and I realized I forgot myself for Christmas.Clothing was folded and straightened to keep everything so nice.We didn't have an email but we do now!

Omg it was over 100 outside with the humidity, so when I went into the store not to just shop but to get out of the heat and walked to the second floor it was just as hot. Many customers were complaining on how bad it was up there. I would of loved to enjoy and take my time and shop but there was no way. Then at check out there was three people behind the counter but only one checking out as the other did whatever. Then finally the guy opened up and this girl that was randomly standing to serviced. He should of one looked up and said next in line. If it wasn't for the teens mom saying aren't you in line I would of been ignored. Even after the mom the guy never looked up nor said anything to me.

The store is very much a mess. There is very much a sense of chaos in the air when going in. There is very much a lack of new items that other locations offer. It is larger but yet very small selection. Very lazy workers and have only really seen one girl do most of the work where others don't do much or nothing at all. Would go here for last resort.

Good selection, but BOY was this place packed on Black Friday. We were still able to get our kids in there to shop, but the checkout line was 30 minutes long (not a complaint against the store.) They didn’t have all the sizes we were looking for, but overall this was a good store experience.

Great variety and generous sales

This place is teen girl heaven. I'm an older dad. They needed more chairs :-) . But the place has a nice vibe anyway. And it's pretty big.

Urban outfitters always have Nice and trendy outfits for teenager and funky decorations. This store is bright and clean
