Food was horrible. Got steak tacos and this steak if that is what you would call the type of meat was disgusting! Years ago the meat was charbroiled and delicious this place must have changed hands. The salsa bar was filthy, and there was a a guy from the hospital(band on arm) hovering around it. Save your money, $30 bucks in the TRASH. Never again.

Best taco/burrito joint in the Western burbs! Plus, they have over a dozen different salsas covering every heat level. Couldn't recommend higher!

First time coming to Taco Grill, we “discovered” it thanks to Google Maps and Reviewers like myself that enjoy posting reviews. At first sight it is a small little house that seems like it could go either way, good or bad. Do not let looks deceive you! It is delicious! Ordered the Enmolada Dinner, it’s 4 tacos of one’s choice of meat, I chose chicken. They are covered in mole and have lettuce and onion over them. The plate also has rice and beans. It is a huge plate. Also ordered the Hawaiian Torta, it was also delicious. The bread was toasted to perfection with a nice crunch, not too hard or too soft- it was perfect. Also this plate was very filling. The awesome thing is also the salsa bar- they have so many different types of salsas and their chips are good. I found them to be a little too salty, but with the salsa the salt was okay. Will definitely be back to try other items.

Genuinely worst tacos I have ever had. Both chicken and steak was very clearly poor quality, not even seasoned well. You can see in the pictures the “steak” looks like bland ground beef, and the tomatillo salsa was literally watered down. Also, they got my order wrong.

I’ve been here twice, both take out. First time, tacos tasted great & I tried a couple different salsas that also tasted good. I asked for a couple extra salsa containers and they gave them to me no problem. Now this is my second time in & I was given two salsa containers for 3 tacos. I asked for some extra containers and she gives me one more. By the time I realized it was just one extra she was busy, so I asked another person for some extra salsa containers. She said they only give one per taco. Yet if you sit down in there, the salsa bar is up for grabs unlimited and there are metal washable containers. Not sure if I will come back, food is good but it felt unfair just because I was taking home I was limited on the salsa bar. Makes me just want to go to Taco Maya because they’ve never had an issue with how much salsa I take. I guess if you come here you should only sit down. Also, they wrapped my 3 tacos (each with different meat) in one wrapper and they all were spilled over one another, they should probably separate them by meat at least.

I have been going to this place for years!!! Its like no other place! The food is amazing and that's an understatement! Unlimited hot tortilla chips! All the salsas are so good! I always get the torta cubana and tonight i added rice and beans! They have different flavors of salsa and levels of heat for everyone! The staff is all amazing 👏! Can't wait to go back!

Outside is a bit deceiving… Bright colors and an authentic look made me a bit nervous my first time. After hearing a neighbor rave about it, I gave it a try. Absolutely amazing! Coming from Texas, I have high standards for tacos and this does not disappoint. Order first and then sit down - either out or in. They bring chips to your tables and salsa bar is unlimited as long as you dine in. Plenty of options and absolutely delicious salsa! When they mean hot, they truly mean HOT. The table staff is very friendly. Limited service as they only bring chips, food, and clear the table after you but they are always so friendly and smiling. Be sure to leave a tip when you pay before sitting down as the staff absolutely does the work to earn it. A true gem - give it a try!

This is my second time here. It's a well oiled machine. The food is amazing! The people are nice and hard working. Busier this time. Nice atmosphere. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The sauce/salsa options are varied and tasty. A place I will continue to visit 😁😊

Great local place to authentic Mexican food. Love the salsa bar, Cochinita Pibil, tex-mex tacos (steak, chorizo, carnitas) are great. Nice patio.

We enjoyed all the different flavors of salsa from the salsa bar. I highly recommend the pork chop nachos. They were so good. The steak nachos were ok, but the meat could be spicier. We have always enjoyed the tacos, but tonight was a nacho night.

Ordered catering for a small family gathering and food was delivered on time , and let me say that food was absolutely delicious! And they also give 6 yes that’s correct 6 different types of salsa !!! When young man dropped food off he was very polite and setup everything for us to enjoy right away. We will definitely order from Taco Grill in the future.

I ordered Bisteca La Mexicana . Supposed to be tender slices of steak . More like ground up meat . Mixed with tomatoes and onions in a nice sauce . Everything was chopped up together . Sauce was non existent . My girl got a chicken taco . She said it was greasy . Maybe they dipped the tortilla in the oil . She also got the quesadilla . The quesadilla was the only goid thing . I will not be recommending this place . I've added a video and a picture . The picture is the strip of steak that it was supposed to be . Service was good .

First time here. They have lots to offer so it took awhile to read thru menu and decide. Ordered small steak burrito. It was huge and very good. I didn't try the salsa bar. I don't like too spicy/hot. Wish they would label sauces mild to spicy!!! Other customers seemed to enjoy it!!

They use to be really good. Food still tastes good, but the last few times I went they literally just throw all my tacos together into a taco pile. Half the ingredients not even in tortillas. Really sad. And the cashier was beyond rude. Basically acting like I'm putting her out just by placing an order.

Vegetarian stay away. The lady on front desk was rude in answering questions for our vegetarian diet requirement. They still brought us a food with meat after ordering vegetarian choices and explaining them our requirement. Food is just ok. Service is horrible, no respect for customer’s requirements.

Best torta’s, burritos, tacos and salsa!!! Usually go in the evenings and service has been fast and pleasant. If you don’t know what to order- I highly recommend the Al pastor torta, my all time fave here. The bread is amazing. Enjoy!

Came here after seeing some of the amazing reviews. plenty of menu items. The salsa bar is 🔥🔥. Salsas for days! Limited seating area. Service was great. Ordered steak and chicken tacos along with a Cohinita Pibil dinner. only complaints was the tomatoes. Seemed a bit unripe. Everything else was all was delicious. The salsa bar has an enormous amount of salsas to pick from. Since my order was take out, I took some home. Steak was a little bland and so was chicken. Still very delicious. They had so much on the menu, I will come back to try everything else. Urfavorite_realtor

This is my go-to spot for quick, no fuss, authentic tacos. My favorite are the Lengua tacos with just onion and cilantro on top. I usually add one of the plethora of salsa choices available at the salsa bar. I usually like to eat there since the service is super fast and the fresh chips come with your meal so you can take full advantage of the different salsa options. I especially appreciate the nopales they have as well as a companion to your meal. This place is not fancy but great for a quick tasty bite.

Stopped in here on a Sunday night (about 9pm). I asked if they'd be closing soon but was told they close at midnight, so we went in. We were directed to order at the register before sitting down. We ordered a quesadilla with carne asada, nachos con carne asada, a side order of arroz, a Jarritos de piña and an iced tea from the fountain machine. This was the first time we'd come in here, so we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the salsa bar. My husband sure loves his salsas, so this was a special treat for him. The restaurant is small, but it's clean, the employees are attentive and courteous and the food is good. We enjoyed our meal and we'll come back if we're ever in the area.
