    Purchased a CERTIFIED 2018 Toyota Highlander from Gary and Gerard and we signed for my trade-in to be completely paid off. Finance time came and the paperwork showed $2800 less for the trade than what we agreed and signed upon. Also, took off front license plate bracket the day I bought it because the bracket was damaged, and I found that the grille was completely broken underneath. I told Gerard and he said he spoke to the manager and came back to me and said that the manager blamed it on my wife, when she never drove it, and why even assume it was her?? I had just gotten it. I sent pictures from their own advertisements showing the damage and was told they won’t fix it. If this is CERTIFIED Toyota service, then Continental’s version of CERTIFIED is the worst. Toyota’s CERTIFIED program requires all body damage to be repaired before sale. They obviously did not follow through. I will be contacting Toyota Corporate about Continental not following Toyota Certified guidelines. Do not go to Continental.

    This is my 3rd Tundra from Continental Toyota. My experiences with the staff both in sales and service have always been top notch! I highly recommend Leo Salazar and Continental Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

    I’m so excited to write this review. This is my first ever car purchase and I had a great experience. Dave right off the bat was very professional. Informed me of all the information that I needed to know about purchasing my first car. He really did make my first car purchase a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. All of my in-laws have purchased their cars there and well now me, and I would definitely recommend Continental Toyota and definitely recommend Dave to be your sales man. He was very informative about all the car features and made the numbers very clear. I had a overall wonderful experience.

    The team at Continental Toyota was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and did not once make anything feel rushed. From the contact I had with Amanda to the sales with Dave and financing with Dominic everything was smooth. Each of them was as patient, explained everything thoroughly. Each one of them cared about what they do and were passionate and all took time to explain any pros or cons of any decision there was to make. They always say treat people and others how you want to be treated and you can tell that is a way they treat you at Continental Toyota.

    I have purchased so many different brands vehicle for my family, and this was my first time to purchase Toyota for myself. And that would be the worst experience I ever had in my life. I would give 0 star if I can. TBH, salesman is nice to customers. But their finance department is not professional enough, and refused to resolve the problem. They even asked customer to pay for their mistake and tried to put all the responsibilities on their customers. That was what happened to me. I was a grad student and were able to apply their online rebate program. I told them multiple times I wanted to apply that, they refused me with so many reasons. But they never mentioned to me I needed to verify online first. If they told me on that day, I could go back home to verify and come back another day or I just gave up the rebate. That was my choice. But no one told me anything about the verification. The finance director called me and told me that was my responsibility. First, the program was new for them, they didn’t know that many detail (the rebate has been posted online in April, and I asked in June). And they didn’t have any responsibility to tell me what to do four applying, if I want to apply, I need to do everything and told them what to do. That was very funny, I was a customer and spent money in your dealership, I was not the student in college that needed to search up realizable resources before I went. After that, their customer relations called me and apologized for that, no reimbursement. Still asked for customers to pay for the mistake they made. And the most important thing was, nobody in finance department tried to apologize for the mistake, they just kept telling me nothing they can do. If you are looking for the Toyota dealership, save your time and go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time on it. They just want your money and will not resolve any problem.

    I have an appointment for my Prius, at Continental Toyota Service Appointment reminder for 2013 Toyota PRIUS Saturday, 06/03/2023 at 7:00 AM. the night before I delivered the car to them so that it would be on time, when I was at work the next day there around 10-11 in the morning they only then took the car to put it for inspection... the guy who worked at the reception was very frendly (I think his name was Louis), but the mechanic who was inspecting the car didn't put things back in their place.. and my new battery was exhausted and had no power in it.. my positive terminal was loose and that's how he returned it to me.. I want to I say that the mechanic who took the job is very unprofessional and I'm sorry that such a renowned car brand has such irresponsible people who don't do their job properly. during the inspection, a fault was found on the high voltage sensor, which retails for between $200-250, and they asked me for $800-850, and which mechanic did not previously determine that there was a fault, and of course the hybrid battery will not to run until that sensor is replaced .. all in all I felt cheated . After that I called Hillside Toyota in Jamaica, NY and they told me to replace that sensor first which is 99% possible that it is broken, AND IF IT IS PORTRBAL THEN THE HYBRID BATTERY. if there was a hybrid battery to be changed, it would cost about $4,500, including labor, 4 years warranty and unlimited mileage, and these at Continental Toyota Service only have a 1-year warranty and would cost about $4,300.. I ask why is there such a huge difference in the two authorized dealers?? (toyota hillside in Jamaica ny I called because I'm from QueensNY) , but my car broke down because I'm currently in Chicago, and that's why I contacted the nearest authorized service)

    Unlike other dealerships that I have been to I will most certainly recommend they come over to Continental Toyota to learn what real customer service really is. The complex is 3 times the size of the other dealerships.. Employees were at all levels kind and courteous and professional. Wisam I can't say enough of his kindness towards me that made me feel wanted and appreciated,he was professional courteous and respectful,he checked up on me at least every half hour and asked me each time if I wanted coffee or water. Aby with boundless energy smiling all the time was kind and courteous and respectful,I won't be surprised if she ends up in sales where she belongs. Ste in service is like a 4 star general, multi tasking he's positive energy is contagious. Mark the finance manager was professional and courteous, unfortunately and am sorry to say this my financing took way too long and I must also say that it was not entirely Mark's fault maybe 50 percent because I was at the dealership for over 6 hours however I wish he had checked up on me at least once like Wisam did to keep me updated about the process still Mark am sure is a really nice guy. Again Kendra was awesome The dealership was clean and well maintained bathrooms were clean and well maintained I will most certainly recommend to anyone I come in contact with I am that impressed with the service I received there.

    5 stars is not enough! I wish I could give these guys 1000 stars!!! I just purchased a 2023 Toyota Sequoia from Continental Toyota. They gave the best deal by far on the car and my trade. My family and I have been buy and servicing our cars there for over 10 years and this was our 8th vehicle from them. The general sales manager Mostafa has always been great with us and always helped us by giving us a great deal and making us feel like family. Bo was our sales person and he was also great. He went over the new Sequoia with us in detail to make sure we knew everything about the car . And SADI the finance guy he is an amazing person and very professional . I always recommend this dealership to all my friends and family because how we are treated. Thank you CONTINENTAL TOYOTA

    Went to pick up my car today after a month in body shop when I got there the car was not ready even though they told me to head that way. The interior was filthy dust everywhere. The head liner had finger prints all over. The paint was running off. They scratched a big chunk of the bumper. The car had more scratches on it when I came to pick it up when I brought it to adams attention he said he tried to do their best and seemed like he had an attitude. I brought it here because its certified Toyota body shop and this is the quality I received

    After searching for a Toyota Camry for a little over a year. Spoke to so many sales reps, Gene Longsworth was by far the best sales rep I have worked with, he explained everything and I mean everything with my purchase. Gene made my first Vehicle purchase so much easier. Abigail was fast in getting me a test drive scheduled, she was great overall. Mark in the financial department did everything possible to get me the best rate possible and didn’t take no for an answer. The 3 individuals I interacted with the day of my purchase are great at what they do. I will recommend them to everybody. I am one happy customer. Im in-love with my 2022 Toyota Camry Thank you guys again for everything!!!!

    Michael & Wisam were outstanding! I am an out of state buyer and they made sure every detail was taken care of and were very prompt in their communication with me. Really outstanding!     I worked with the salesman Dave, he was great! Answered all my questions, worked with my budget and got me into a beautiful Toyota. It was a pleasant transaction which is a great thing for a dealership. The sales manager was also really accommodating. I’d recommend coming here for anyone with a Toyota!

    I've had the pleasure of speaking with Max on the phone and in person. Max has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to answering my questions and responding quickly to my inquiries. I'm almost ready to be in the market for a new Toyota and Max has simply stated that when I'm ready, we will find the vehicle for me. I will only buy my Toyota's from Continental and deal with Max. If I could give Max more stars I would because 5 doesn't do him justice. Thank you for all your help Max and the Basile Family will only buy from you. You've gained a lifetime customer.

    The collision center was the best experience I have ever had! The estimator Josh was friendly, helpful, and professional. He listened genuinely to my concerns and made sure everything was handled well. Plus they did an incredible job on my car. I would absolutely recommend their collision department, it was an excellent experience all around

    Excellent buying experience-best I ever had! Buying a car is never a fun experience but it was at Continental Toyota! Samir, our sales associate was outstanding. He made us feel like family in a good way. Everyone we interfaced with at this dealership was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Toyota.     From the moment you enter this branch you can feel the synergy and customer service, everyone is very friendly. I want to particularly thank Ahmad A., and Joe for all their support when purchasing my car. The entire process was easy and clear.     Continental Toyota was top notch! My initial contact was Andrea who was a great communicator and helped me navigate the buying process. My next encounter was with the sales associate, Darryl Cannon. Darryl was awesome! He was professional, hard working, and a great resource to understand the buying experience for the Sienna minivan. I also had a trade-in, so it was a complicated process, made easy, by Darryl. He was not pushy, nor did he force his agenda on me. He took the time to find the best fit for our family. For example, when I was undecided on the purchase, Darryl didn’t pressure me to decide, but instead met me early the next morning to discuss my options. After my purchase I contacted him because I thought I left something in my trade-in car. Darryl responded instantly to check for the lost item and communicate back to me. Darryl is a team player and customer centric… not surprising after serving our country for 12 years in the army! He shared some amazing stories too! Here’s the bottom line… you may find someone with more car sales experience. However, you won’t find someone with more character, passion, and strong work ethic for helping people, compared to Darryl. Thank you, Darryl Cannon and the Continental team!!

    I love Continental Toyota and my sales person Max. First time working with Max and he was very friendly and kept in contact with me while I waited for my car to be delivered. I highly recommend Max and Continental! We had an issue with getting the app to connect to my new car but he remained patient and even ask other people for assistance. When I left after purchasing my car he asked me to let him know when I made it home. Nice touch Max! I truly appreciated you being so kind and caring.

    I came from Colorado to Continental Toyota to purchase my 2024 Camry XSE and i had a phenomenal experience with Darryl. He was extremely informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process.     Dave helped me get a quote to sell my Corolla back to Continental, and made the process very smooth as I’m moving soon. This was a little emotional for me because it was my first car (I purchased it from Continental 10+ years back), so having a quick and easy process to sell her back after all these years was very much appreciated.     What a wonderful dealership! Continental Toyota really treats you like family from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Buying a new car can be both exciting and nerve-racking. However, Continental Toyota gave me the most pleasant car-buying experience! Stew Nelson really went above and beyond to ensure my car was a perfect fit.     My husband and I just bought a 2022 sienna on 2-14-22 and we are so satisfied with this vehicle. Our salesman Gene was great, he walked us through all of the features and set up the Toyota app, he made sure we were fully satisfied and understood everything he had explained. He also advised us to check in with him if we have any questions or concerns. My husband and I have bought two vehicles in the last couple of years and Gene was the best salesman hands down. In closing if you are in the market for a Toyota please without hesitation go to Continental Toyota and ask for Gene he is the best.

    We had a great experience at Continental. We bought a CPO 2019 RAV4. They had the vehicle ready, just the right amount of communication from Gary Muller to arrange and coordinate beforehand, and Leo Salazar was very accommodating on our visit and test drive. Once we made the decision to buy, Domenic Nanni and Michael Wishne were very efficient and easy to work with. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had of the dozen or so I have bought.

    I worked with Jim Francis to buy out my lease for the first time. He was very patient with me. I asked him a ton of questions and he was more than happy to take the time to answer them all. He really made sure I was comfortable with what we came up with in the end. The dealership even detailed my car so it made it feel like I was getting a new car. It was a great experience and if you need to get a car go to Jim. He is not your average pushy salesman, he is kind and very personable. You will have a great experience with him and the people at Continental.
