My
initial
contact
was
Andrea
who
was
a
great
communicator
and
helped
me
navigate
the
buying
process.
My
next
encounter
was
with
the
sales
associate,
Darryl
Cannon.
Darryl
was
awesome!
He
was
professional,
hard
working,
and
a
great
resource
to
understand
the
buying
experience
for
the
Sienna
minivan.
I
also
had
a
trade-in,
so
it
was
a
complicated
process,
made
easy,
by

He

not

nor
did
he
force

agenda

me.
