Wow Called here by accident, the food was delicious, staff very nice and food was prepared quickly, I will be returning very soon

Having used this Company for over 6 years I was discusted with my recent experience. Having placed a delivery order for over £30.00p I was told expected delivery within 45 - 60 minutes After 75 minutes having phoned them to chase I was emphatically told "we are really busy". Is that the Customers problem? They then quoted 5 minutes. After a further 15 minutes after another phone call they told me 10 minutes? I questioned their honesty with quoting expected times. I asked for the manager/owner to be told she is busy in the kitchen. Having then walked 15 minutes to the shop the counter assistant said the driver is outside with the order? I then spoke to the owner who again said we are extremely busy. I said this was a pure excuse for honesty. She then told me if you don't like you go elsewhere. I spoke to the driver and she apologised and offered to drive me along with my food to my home address which I accepted. A company that only deals in cash and no credit or payments always raises questions. To be so busy as to disregard Customers issues is not the act of a professional business. Never use them again.

First time ordering from this takeaway and it was also the last. Took a hour and a half to arrive and still took 20 minutes after they said it was on its way to us. Food was tasteless and they couldn't even be bothered to cut up their spring onions for their duck spring rolls, just cut it length wise and put them in whole which made them rubbery and not edible. Food was chucked in the bin, what a waste of money.

Lady on the phone really lovely however waited nearly two hours to be told our meal wasn’t even cooked yet after saying half an hour before it was on the way! Really disappointed in this.

Very very bland never use again could not work out what I was eating should have been this 🤔 0r could have been this 🤔 or this?? never had such a totally bland duck dish or beef in black bean just a absolutely disgusting meal ???? Will not be acted on or getting in touch with me because they don't care if you read this just don't bother to order from them 😡😡😡

Very good chinese food, salt and chilli ribs were absolutely fantastic, thick chunky ribs, full of flavour very moist and tender. Chicken and sweetcorn soup, again full of flavour, plenty of chicken, husband ask for some chilli to be added, they obliged husband said best soup that he has had in a long time. Pancake roll, very large amount of filling, tasty and good value for money. House special chow mean, again hot, tasty full of meat and good value for money. Absolutely recommend you try this Chinese. Staff friendly, keep up the good work.

This is our second time of ordering from here and can’t fault anything .. food was so tasty and great prices.. Definitely be our takeaway for the future .

House special fried rice tasted awful. Meat looked cheap. A Chinese is meant to be a happy night in. That was not a happy experience on the taste buds

Had takeaway weekend of Weston beach race. Delivered promptly to local caravan site. Hot and fresh. Best tasting Chinese we've ever had. Awesome.

Ordered a nearly £50 order was predicted to take an hour. No problem. After an hour and a half I called to be told the driver was on his way and had left 10 mins prior to me calling. No arrived. I call again to be told it was delivered... After a bit of ball and forth between them all they realised my order was never printed but one of a similar address was. I said ok how long will the order take... Around 25 mins I was told, I asked if I could have a little discount as by the time the food would be here would be nearly 2 and half hours after ordering. I was told I could have a free bottle of coke ( I had already ordered drinks) and no discount would be sorted as it was an online error... Strangely tho it was marked as completed about half an hour before I rang which she said had done because it had gone out. So I opted for a refund... Let's see if I get it. Mistakes happen of course but offering a bottle of coke for " free" when I had already ordered drinks is a bit of joke. I'd of appreciated it much more just to say we've made a mistake here how can I fix it. Will not order again.

I Realy regret leaving negative reviews but this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The curry consisted of chicken, onion and a curry sauce ( available from any chippy). The spare ribs were ok but the barbecue sauce was extremely runny. The crispy beef was bland and the chips were inedible. Sorry but not good enough!

Have used many times now and each time is a fabulous experience. Always consistently good food and always prompt with our delivery We live 6 miles away from New Dragon Rise but it makes no difference. Very helpful and pleasant on the phone when ordering. Superb Chinese Always Fresh and Hot when it arrives Wouldn’t go anywhere else highly recommended

First time trying this Chinese and we were very impressed. Ordered at 6pm on a Saturday night and food arrived within the hour. Huge portions so a great value for money! The website was easy to use aswell. Cash on delivery which wasn’t a problem at all. Will definitely use again :)

Ordered online to be delivered to a holiday park, they delivered to the caravan door. The food however is not great. Our friend ordered lemon chicken the sauce was watery like a lemsip, the kids had the chicken balls and chips meal - 4 chicken balls with soggy chips that tasted like they were microwaved and bathing in what was supposed to be sweet and sour not what you expect for 9.00! Pork curry was ok but the sauce was very thick and stodgy again like it had been microwaved. The salt and pepper chips were ok. Like I said cant fault the service but the food isnt what we expected.

Couldn't call and order because they had their phone on mute, then we drove there to order to find that they only take cash. So we ordered online via their website whilst stood in the takeaway. After ordering, our order wouldnt go through because the lady also had her wifi switched off (no idea how many orders she missed!). After collecting our food half an hour later, 1 item was missing. Even after this, the food wasn't particularly brilliant, chicken curry was very sweet and not at all spicy. Very disappointed and won't be coming back as a result. 2 stars because we did eventually get our food and some of our party did like their meals.

Says open on google but closed?? Update your business hours if you aren't going to be open.
