I did a full-body cryo and compression boots and the service was excellent. Emily, in particular, is superb at providing exceptional service. She made me feel welcome and was attentive with any questions and concerns I had with the therapy. I highly recommend choosing her to assist you if she is available on your visit.

Speaking as a long time runner and avid exerciser I can say that I’ve never been able to find something that leaves my legs feeling refreshed after 40+ mile run weeks. Cryo + light therapy = the ultimate muscle recovery! P.S. the staff is all amazing as well! Huge bonus.

I have been having Cryo T Shock on the face and stomach and have found the treatment to be pain free, beneficial with zero down time. Alba has been amazing and always explains to me what she is doing and the benefits. I also use the red light therapy. i loved it. Everyone was very polite and professional. Gaby took care of my friend and I. She explained in details how everything was going to work. Don't be scare about how cold the hydrogen feels as long as you move all the time you will not feel it that cold. I feel really fortunate for having access to such a great treatment at an affordable price and close to home. Thank you and I wish you the best.

The staff here is always accommodating and friendly. Showed up a day early for my appointment today, had to wait only a few minutes before they could work me in. Alba in particular was great today. Distracted me in a good way as I did my 3 minutes of Kryo. The staff here really enjoys what they do and it shows!
