love
this
Publix
and
I’ve
been
going
to
this
Publix
for
15
years
plus
always
had
good
experience,
employees
are
amazing
and
always
helpful
except
the
deli
dept.
And
the
not
first
time
with
deli
dept.
Yesterday
afternoon
around
2:30….
You
have
6-7
employees
behind
the
counters
and
I’m
at
the
sandwich
station
waiting.
One
person
being
helped
at
deli.
I’m
Standing
there
for
at
least
a
good
5
minutes
and
not
one
person
acknowledges
me,
while
several
employees
are
walking
back
and
forth
finally
I
asked
can
I
please
be
acknowledged.
Mgr
(Angela)
on
duty
gives
me
the
dirtiest
look
and
mumbles
under
her
breath
and
then
says
she
thought
I
was
being
helped
as
she
continues
to
walk
away,
oblivious
if
I
was
being
helped
I
wouldn’t
of
asked
for
help….
Still
waited
another
couple
of
minutes
until
the
deli
that
was
helping
previous
customer
comes
and
assist
me,
he
was
great!
Not
the
first
time
mgr
(Angela)
is
rude
and
not
taking
responsibility.
As
I
was
waiting
for
sandwiches
to
be
made
another
women
at
the
hot
case
was
also
waiting
for
several
minutes.
Again
not
one
person
acknowledged
her
and
line
was
forming.
I
said
ask
for
help
because
I
had
to
wait
several
minutes
without
being
acknowledged
too,
another
women
steps
in
and
stated
it’s
always
at
this
deli
dept
“no
good
customer
service”
Customer
service
is
what
Publix
takes
pride
on
but
shouldn’t
have
mgr
on
duty
that
doesn’t
have
same
values
and
does
not
enforce
it.
