I hate this location, it's set right in the middle of long shopping strip so it's normally a pain just to get to the parking area. When you do get there you're faced with a bunch of one ways, that's really fun in busy parking lot lol I shop at the Flamingo rd and 84 location, the layout of this one is very different and I don't like it, and lost the help isn't very helpful at this location and less than friendly, it's like nobody wants to be there. The flamingo rd location is so much better, worth the trip if you're in this area.

Always well stocked and clean. They could work on the amount of cashiers working at any given time but other than that, I'm satisfied

This is the closest Publix to my house and I dread coming here. The deli is chaotic the manager has no clue what he's doing and is disorganized. Have to wait in line I don't know how long just to get a sub. This time when I get up there after 20 minutes in line and only one person in front of me I was told there's no more bread. It is getting worse by the day at this particular Deli and Publix

This publix is like family to me. They're always friendly and ready to help and they always have fresh food and veggies.

Awesome clean... I am aware that the amount of African-Americans that shop in the store are minimal. The amount of stares that my daughter and I received yesterday were hilarious especially my daughter. Mainly from the patrons of which she thought were funny yet odd. I digress when I say that any and all Publix grocery stores that I patron are always clean staff extremely friendly and people are always helpful thank you

Disgusting place to shop. Employees and customers are dirty and loud and smell. No concept of time and tell personal stories that are inappropriate. Completely unprofessional all around. I will never step foot in this Publix location again. So gross.

Always enjoy shopping at this Publix. The plaza could use some updating in the parking areas. The flow of traffic is terrible and becomes a lake after it rains.

If you don’t like the long line like me this public is most all the time empty . Really good place i definitely recommended this place and they really nice people

I love shopping at this Publix. I have three nearby but I come here several times a week. Everyone is amazing. Today specifically Pedro the cashier went above and beyond with kindness to myself and my son. Love his vibe and attention to customers! Keep up the high level service!!!

This is for the deli. Their online orders are always correct and on time. I stand so long waiting for online orders at County Isles location. For online orders, this is definitely the better choice.

I love your store but I hurt myself in your ladies room you have no bars for the disabled to hang on to I had a really hard time and I hurt myself I'm hoping that it passes but I think you need to have those when I spoke to the manager about it she seemed to blow it off she goes wow I never thought about that before I'll have to check in on that

I love this Publix and I’ve been going to this Publix for 15 years plus always had good experience, employees are amazing and always helpful except the deli dept. And the not first time with deli dept. Yesterday afternoon around 2:30…. You have 6-7 employees behind the counters and I’m at the sandwich station waiting. One person being helped at deli. I’m Standing there for at least a good 5 minutes and not one person acknowledges me, while several employees are walking back and forth finally I asked can I please be acknowledged. Mgr (Angela) on duty gives me the dirtiest look and mumbles under her breath and then says she thought I was being helped as she continues to walk away, oblivious if I was being helped I wouldn’t of asked for help…. Still waited another couple of minutes until the deli that was helping previous customer comes and assist me, he was great! Not the first time mgr (Angela) is rude and not taking responsibility. As I was waiting for sandwiches to be made another women at the hot case was also waiting for several minutes. Again not one person acknowledged her and line was forming. I said ask for help because I had to wait several minutes without being acknowledged too, another women steps in and stated it’s always at this deli dept “no good customer service” Customer service is what Publix takes pride on but shouldn’t have mgr on duty that doesn’t have same values and does not enforce it.

People do not plan their days out there for everybody getting off work at the same time and trying to go to that Publix at the same time is like a zoo you people are rude you're dangerous you shouldn't be parking in the fire Lanes not good. Love shopping there, convenient and close to home. Lot's of good people work there and you'll find just about everything you need.

Fill my son's script every month at this location for almost 3 years now. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and try to be as accommodating and helpful as possible.

My favorite Publix store however there is another Publix directly across the street which I don't really understand why

Honestly I hate this publix. I cash my check here EVERY week, well I use to not anymore, but they just always give me problems some people did it with no problem I'm in and out then every once in a while you get someone that gets a taste of a little power and they just want to hit you with every rule in the book and ruin your day. It's like they get off on making people miserable. I HATE this publix but I go because it's right next to my house and I'm not going to drive 10 miles to the next publix. Maybe I'll start going to bravo a mile west of this publix.

These doors are always exceptionally well laid out well stock very clean and friendly employees. Every time I've been to Florida it's nice to go into a Public.

This is my local grocery store and I have always had a pleasant experience. They are very friendly & I can't tell you how often I will be asked if I need assistance if I look lost when searching for something I can't find. Butcher has also gone out of his way to get me what I need if it's not out.
