Best landlord in Morgantown! I’ve rented from several others and he’s been by far the greatest! He goes out of his way to provide a great living environment! Also, he has done some great renovations and landscaping as well. Not to mention, for WVU students, it’s a 2 minute walk to the downtown campus, which is SUPER convenient. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from him. 10/10.

Out of all the apartments in Morgantown I’ve lived in, Green Valley was by far the best. The apartments were clean, well maintained and perfect for wanting to live in a safe area close to downtown. Samer is an awesome landlord. He keeps everything in great condition and responded to any questions or concerns immediately and would show up to the apartment in minutes to fix anything. I stayed at Green Valley for around 2 years until I graduated college. I highly recommend staying here!!

Green Valley is by the far the best place I have lived at during my time in Morgantown, and you will not be able to find a better landlord than Samer. I have never had a landlord who cares so much, not only about his property, but his tenants. The location is walking distance to campus, affordable, has heat/ac, and washers/dryers at the complex. Samer was always understanding and responsive, did not charge extra for my two cats, supplies credits each month for laundry, and has installed security cameras on the property for extra security. I wish I had found out about Green Valley sooner!! If I planned on staying in Morgantown I would have never left. If you are considering living here I would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended. The best place to live in Morgantown. Location is close to PRT and downtown. Apartments are clean. The area is safe. Samer who is the landlord is very kind and quick to respond.

Green Valley is a wonderful, clean, and safe place to live. Sam is a very kind, responsive and attentive landlord. Green Valley is by far the best place I have lived in my 4 years of college & for reference I lived at Uclub my 2nd year, & it wasn’t anything as great a Green valley. It is rare you find a place as nice a green Valley for such an affordable price and also have a landlord as kind as Sam. Parking is great, the laundry room is easy to use and Sam adds laundry credits on the app clear token for you, I usually used more than my credits but reloading money onto the app was easy or I could use quarters to pay. Additionally the water pressure is great, AC and heat works great, wifi is good but can be slow at times, no additional monthly fees if you have a cat & I did, plenty of storage and space in my Unit, walking distance of downtown and the PRT and in the spring/summer I used the picnic bench in the back to do homework outside. If you are considering living at Green Valley, do it! You won’t regret it. I wish I found sooner.

These apartments are hidden gems. The landlord is courteous, helpful, responsive, and honest. After spending time walking around Morgantown, I realized how fortunate we were to have found these apartments to have our daughter live alone. The rent is reasonable. There is parking. There are laundry facilities on site. It is conveniently located walking distance to WVU campus and down the street from hiking trails. Highly recommend.

Living at green valley apartments was the best experience as a renter in the Morgantown area! A caring and involved landlord that is very helpful to all tenants. Highly recommend living here as a college student or anyone looking to be near downtown and minutes from both hospitals!

My roommate and I lived here for two years and have no complaints whatsoever. The apartments are minutes from the downtown WVU campus and PRT but are still located on a quiet side street with a nice park at the end for hiking. Parking is easy and the landlord is great. I would highly recommend.
