Front desk is dismissive, unprofessional and unhelpful. They cancelled my appointment as I was driving there, and didn't care at all that I didn't know it was cancelled or needed help. I asked if there was another doctor I could see, and they said "you're just going to have to reschedule". Why would I schedule another apointment with such a person? It took so long to schedule the appointment and get up the courage to go back to the doctor, now I have to start all over again 😭

The service was beyond 5 star! I walked in attended to by the staff and my appointment started a few minutes earlier than scheduled. She was attentive and she took the time to talk and answer all the questions I had! She was Amazing!!! I am glad she came up on my provider's list and I will definitely keep her!

I came in for a annual physical, I confirmed my appointment and did their pre-check questionnaire the day before but they refused to see me an turned me away because the front desk clerk said my insurance card said “Dental Coverage”. I tired to explain to the front desk clerk that the “Dental Coverage” is included and when I should her proof that my insurance card provided medical coverage too she just handed the card back to me and she refused to call my insurance provider to confirm. Their front desk clerk is rude and unprofessional and they wasted my time. I will be reporting them to the BBB and other official channels because they wasted my time and tried to charge me with a no show fee.

Thank you for providing my test results and a virtual follow up call. This was my first time seeing any doctor in Georgia since I moved from NJ back in 2021. The AllCare team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone is really sweet, caring and great at their job! They made me feel comfortable and part of a family! Dr.Brewington went the extra mile for me as well as her staff Ricky! I recommend her all the way! Thank you!

Dr. Brewington was fantastic! She listened to every issue I had and was very thorough. I felt very comfortable and am happy to have found such a nice personal care provider. I would definitely recommend her and AllCare to anyone who asks!

Service was about average. I had blood drawn & the results were not posted to their portal. It has been over a week & I have contacted them through numerous avenues including portal, voicemail, feedback site, etc. The few times I got hold of a person they stated someone would be reaching out shortly. However, no one has yet as we move into another passing week. No communication, no concern for patient service. Go elsewhere, do not recommend.

Great 1st visit. New to the neighborhood was looking for a primary doc. Great choice so far. Environment was clean, attendant was very professional, some woman would have asked for a female attendant but he carried himself very professionally and tried his best to make you feel comfortable. Great job. I'll definitely recommend this facility and my new Primary care doc

Dr. Brewington is so kind and attentive! She made me feel welcomed and listened to all of my concerns. I strongly recommend her! I did not have to wait at all either, they checked me in early. I had a great experience.

Dr Brewington and her amazing staff were nothing short of exemplary. I have many reasons to brag, but I’ll keep it listed at two First and foremost, I was greeted by the sweetest front desk receptionist. When the nurse said she was going to draw labs, I had a lot of apprehension because I’m typically a hard stick. That wonderful nurse was able to get me on the first try, it did not hurt at all! Dr. Brewington was so easy to talk to, and she actually listened to my concerns and gave helpful suggestions as well as referrals. I’ll always be forever grateful for that. But the best part of the story has nothing to do with being in the doctors office. I went to Publix next-door for some groceries, not realizing a terrible storm was brewing outside when I came out with my buggy of groceries, the same nurse, and assistant saw me come out and went and got an umbrella for me so I could get to my car. They were kind enough to keep an eye on my buggy, so I could bring my car around and load it. The two staff members and Dr. Brewington came out to my car with the buggy and loaded my groceries in my car for me. Those three women went above and beyond to help their patient when they didn’t even have to. There really are angels among us.

Dr Christie is fantastic! She took the time to explain things I needed to know about my condition in ways that I could understand. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic provider!

Really great hours to work around work schedules. Dr. Lauren Brewington was amazing. I have been looking for a primary care physician for a long time. She listened well and answered all my questions/concerns. I definitely recommend Dr. Brewington and will be back.

I had an appointment booked here for 4 days through zocdoc and I verified my insurance through them as well. When I got there the receptionist told me that my insurance wasn't verified and saying it "wasn't me" matching the insurance. I showed her my license and insurance card, she looked at it, typed something, gave it back, and then proceeded to say "yeah it's saying that it's not you" and I asked if I could still be able to be seen and she told me that I needed to call my insurance company and if she could "hear them say it's me then I could be seen!” Which I find very interesting when I gave my insurance card and my license but she needed to just hear someone else say that it's me??? I told her that zocdoc already verified my insurance and said that I was covered for this appointment and she proceeded to say that zocdoc is it's own thing and they don't associate with it... why was I able to book an appointment for y'all through them and they say my insurance is covering the appointment? I feel like because I booked the appointment 4 days prior, I should've gotten a call from them stating that my insurance wasn't verified. I also feel like she shouldn't have made me call the insurance company as I have never been asked to call the insurance company right there in the office, unlucky for me my appointment was on a Saturday and I couldn't reach anyone at my insurance because they are only available M-F. Felt like she didn't care to take care of me and had a bad attitude. The doctor I was seeing was suppose to be great based off reviews BUT PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ABOUT FRONT DESK AND INSURANCE!!!!!

The doctor (do) was good. The ma that did the vitals was nice. The person on the desk was horrible. She kept asking the same question even though I answer each time. She took my iD and Insurance I for left it on a desk with a patient there and walked off. Then inquired about my mental health because I picked up my phI. Then she pulled out her cell phone while claiming to have trouble with my verification. Everyone in the office that came after me was seen first. I felt so disrespected by the short weave wearing person on the front desk as she put everyone ahead of me. I was very ill.

Came in to get some lab work and testing done the safe was very warming and friendly. Dominique made me feel very comfortable and was very professional and handled me with care. Will definitely recommend

I visited AllCare for the first time yesterday. I was able to schedule an appointment within the same day, however when I arrived, the doctor that I booked with had to leave for an emergency. Leverne at the front desk was so helpful, caring and understanding. She went out of her way to accommodate my appointment by squeezing me in with a different doctor. Everything surely happens for a reason! I was able to meet with Dr. Catherine (I can't remember her last name right now) but she was AMAZING! She was able to explain what was wrong and the best way to fix it. She was relatable and it felt like a conversation more than a scary doctor's appointment. I appreciated that so much. This was my third day trying to get my arm checked out. I live in McDonough and the urgent care facilities around me did not have availability or wanted to charge $300 (with insurance) + copay to even get into a room. This place was the total opposite and I'm glad they practice family medicine because my daughter and I will certainly be back!

Dr. Patel was great!! She was super thorough and knowledgeable, her co-worker that did my blood work made it super quick and easy, I literally felt nothing. Also super clean building!!!

I was very pleased with everyone that took care of me. Dr.Catherine Chrystie is truly a Professional, hands on ,Physician.She is very thorough and trust worthy. She made me comfortable, answered my questions,calmed my fears and counselled me in the areas that I was negligent.I came away knowing that she gave 100% to her patients.

This was a great visit for me. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Christie did a phenomenal job. She made the entire experience easy and she is extremely knowledgeable as a doctor. I highly recommend.

Dr. Christie is amazing! She really cares and takes the time to not only provide solutions to health problems but she also educates her patients. A provider of her caliber is really hard to find these days so my family really appreciates her level of care!

All the staff was very nice. I'm super afraid of needles, and the nurse was very cool about it. I saw Dr. Laura Brewington, and she was great! Professional yet kind, explained things without talking down to me.

Honestly the most exceptional urgent care I’ve ever received. After calling every gynecologist and urgent care in a 20 mile radius, with none of them able to see me that same day (or unable to treat my problem), AllCare was able to get me scheduled immediately. Not only that, but they made sure I was able to see a female provider so I could receive the best, most informed care for my issue. Dr. Brewington is so grounding, professional, and compassionate. I couldn’t have been in better hands. I wish I’d gotten the names of the two young women on staff because they were equally as kind and comforting, which made a really terrible experience the best it could possibly be, from check in to check out. I would recommend Dr. Brewington and her staff in a heartbeat. I am so grateful for their care 💖

Worst medical experience ever. Made an appointment through ZocDoc and had an automated phone call the next day to confirm my appointment. Had to drive 30 minutes after work just to get there and be told by the front desk person with an awful attitude that she called me several times to let me know that even if I was seen by the provider I’d waste my time cause there’s a shortage of medications and the doctor wouldn’t be able to prescribe anything. Then proceed to recommend another practice and another doctor where she said she goes as well but that I’d have to pay out of pocket. If there is an issue with medicine shortage and your advice is to go somewhere else, why would you have appointments available? I was supposed to have a weight and diabetes consultation and yet I couldn’t even talk to the doctor. By the way, I never received a call from them besides the automated one to confirm my appointment. Such a waste of time and truly sounded like a scam. Not sure if the doctor is aware of this. I’d give a zero star rating if I could.

Dr. Catherine Christie is the best. She is truly exceptional! Unfortunately, the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, for absolutely no reason. Despite Dr. Christie's outstanding care, I have decided not to return due to the unnecessary stress and dismissive treatment I experienced at the front desk.

Dr. Catherine Christie was seriously amazing. I went through something traumatic and came because I knew someone in my life would want me to. After seeing me distraught I opened up to her and it was something she went through as well. She hugged me, prayed for me and was extremely caring the entire time. Including Auna as well. They made me feel comfortable for a reason. I will return. I thank them for their unwavering kindness. I needed that.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Christie! She has amazing bedside manners and is extremely professional, insightful and a pleasure to see during my appointments. I always feel comfortable discussing my concerns, asking questions and following up later if needed. Thankful for all that she does and I am always in and out for my appointments with no wait more than a few minutes, check in is easy and it doesn't take long for Dr. Christie to come in after the assistants have asked their questions.
