Everybody was excellent from the clerk that check me in. The nurse that triage and my great provider. I am sorry that I didn’t get everyone name. I would like to give kudos for taking so great care of me. I know my triage nurse was Victoria Williams my provider is M. Stokes. Thank for all you do.

Well checking in, I feel like the lady at the front desk is not very friendly. However, my nurse Cherry & my doctor Morgan was extremely nice! I really appreciate the both of them. I will definitely come back if needed, just as long as I have them.

I was experiencing extreme pain from a grease burn. The kind staff and doctor truly took great care of me. By the time I left, my pain level went from a 10 to a level 3. Thank you for being an excellent team.

I wasn’t really feeling the lady at the front desk. I stood there at least a minute or two before she asked “how can I help you?” And even then it was dry like she didn’t want to be bothered. Overall, I had a great experience. I was in and out within an hour. My first time actually going to an urgent care for being sick. I would definitely recommend to someone.

I LOVED Dr. Anna!! She had a great personality and made me feel welcome in Special. I’m only 11 years old and it made a huge difference. The front desk staff lady was really nice as well.

I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The PA explain her findings as she examined me. The icing on the cake was the phone calls I received, both that evening and the next morning from the PA just checking on me. That’s caring!

Went in got quick service, treated, and released. Dr. Anna went out of her way to make my experience a great one. Great team 👏 👍 👌 🙌. I had a fractured ankle.

Very detailed and through exam a lot better than my own doctors I regularly see. All questions answered and no delay with next steps to have additional test scheduled to determine proper course of treatment. No long wait time in waiting room. Excellent!

Been here a few times, back today for a followup appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 1145 arrive at 1125 and sign in. It's an hour past 😪 my appointment time, and I have not been seen. So literally you wait for hours to see the doctor for 10 to 15 minutes. It's ridiculous 😒 🙄 😑 🤦 😐. They need to do better with the scheduling. I still have 4 to 5 people who arrived before me. So it's same I will be here awhile . If you going to visit this location make sure you have no other plans for your day. I am sure the care and staff are great. I just need the doctor reference to a physical therapist, because my insurance will no longer pay for chiropractic visits

The staff is very professional and friendly, the thorough approach i.e. testing first is great, and the doctor actually impressed me by the combination of medications she prescribed which I considered thinking outside the box, and most importantly it worked, so I would definitely like to be seen by her next time. The only less positive thing is that in spite of having an appointment I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours, but that of course can be explained by the necessity to test every patient which takes time.

Their website & door says they close at 8 , which is why i came. I arrived at 6 & was turned away. Luckily I wasn’t extremely injured or in any pain & only needed a routine checkup. There were about 5 front desk receptions The one I dealt with was pleasant , however the waiting room was completely empty & the reason in turning me away was because there was only 1 physician left. Lol , I’m apart of the medical field & even if that was true no Doctor nor PA turns away patients TWO hours before close. Thankfully Emory is across the street & I was able to have a better experience.

I get nothing but good service from Peachtree immediate care. The doctors are sooo nice and pleasant. They gave me the impression that they care only about my health and making me better as soon as possible. That's what Dr. Stokes did. I will always go to Peachtree Immediate when can't get to my primary care doctor. Keep up the good work!

The staff was very friendly, compassionate and helpful. I was assisted with setting an appointment and the check-in process. I also appreciate how Dr, Cozie personally reached out to me regarding some information that was not included with my discharge paperwork. My experience was very pleasant. The staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The PA was awesome. She was very detailed in explaining my diagnosis and treatment. The PA treated my problem and prescribed me medication. I am very satisfied with my outcome.
