After two separate visits to this office, I am convinced that this might be the worse professional practice in the state. How they're still in business is beyond me. The first instance took place when the x-rays they took were too poor of quality, didn't match what the doctor ordered which required me to visit another imaging company, who did "infinitely better" with the x-rays, per my doctor. That's frustrating considering it caused an insurance nightmare not to mention my wasted time. Secondly, I showed up to an appointment for an ultrasound and was told that we missed our appointment. The appointment was scheduled the day before they said, which is complete nonsense given the day it was scheduled on their calendar is never a day I would obligate myself. On top of that, the receptionist was utterly rude and not helpful at all. What's the point of doing an after-hours time sensitive appointment if your scheduler can't figure out the difference between Thursday and Friday, then the next best they could do would be weeks away. I'll be dead by then. Thanks for literally nothing! Besides wasting my precious time and efforts. Amateur hour at the PTC OPI. Do yourself a favor and close shop, you'll be doing everyone a real service!

The office receptionist on far right needs to find a new job or training on dealing with customer service! Very rude, unprofessional and just plain uncaring! Very disappointed today at my visit. If I had to deal with her much I would NEVER go back. Once past her, technician was great. Very understanding in my upset with the way this girl was. I have gone to this same location many times. This girl would turn me away in a heartbeat. I would suggest to whoever is in charge of this location if you keep her give her some customer service skills.

I lost 3 hrs of my life waiting to be seen. 4 people sitting at the front desk needed to help the tech to move along the process. I change my visit time just to wait until my original visit time. SMH

Weird people working there. I called about Estimate for MRI upper extremity post arthrogram right 73221 and Estimate for Fluoroscopy shoulder arthrogram right 73040. I was given quick estimate, which was quite appealing. I called again to confirm and get details, so I could arrange paperwork and send my doctor's referral to OPI. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been waiting for the 5th appointment scheduled that they’ve cancelled. For some reason every time my appointment date is set, the doctor/radiologist is miraculously out of town or sick. I find that very ironic that you schedule me a date to when the doctor is “ on vacation” not once……twice….. but 4 cancels. How many times is he on vaca? Does he even work? These previous reviews are highly accurate. And whomever voted 5 stars, has to be undercover staff members because clearly these people don’t work. Nobody knows anything just apologies and blank answers. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere before consulting….. trust me

Called 4 times today and it rang for over a minute each time with no response and no call back. It is 11:11 on a Wednesday afternoon during office hours. This location needs more staff members at the front desk. I also tried submitting an online form after this and it says "invalid token". There's no way to get in touch and I'm trying to get information sent for insurance from a previous visit. Super frustrating.

Staff members very friendly and office space is very convenient and easy to locate off Hwy 54.

I love OPI Peachtree City. I was diagnosed with brain cancer about 7 years ago. Since then I've been recommended by my doctor to get regular MRI'S. I used to do them at Piedmont Atlanta because that's where my oncologist was. That's a long way to drive, I had to take a 3/4 to a whole day off of work because of the traffic and waiting on the doctor. Then my friend told me about OPI. It HALVED my cost and I only have to take 2 hrs out of my day.
