I have been trying to get my refund for my apartment hold that wasn't held for 3 months now. The apartment manager Brian refuses to give me contact information to file a complaint against him again and I say again because I have already tried to report him before. No one is returning my calls or returning my emails at this point I feel like he stole my money and is refusing to give it back. He is very Rude and very unprofessional as if he has no one to answer to, having the receptionist lie telling me his not available when I'm sitting in the parking lot looking at the both of them.

0/10 I hate this place now. I've complained about a leakage and they still haven't done anything. I have lived in this place for years and roaches are starting to go everywhere in my apartment because of the leakage. They haven't been taking care of these apartments. I'm so tired of it also my neighbors upstairs be running up and down the stairs, sometimes tv and music up loud late at night I cant get sleep.

They for one are very rude and liars the maintenance team suck and if you have a section 8 voucher they taking it for every penny on there which is more than rent but tell you that your deposit is first month rent which is less than what your voucher is then act as though they wanna help you fix it they don’t keep property managers they all get caught stealing money and just being real it’s not worth the money they want to live out here it’s sucks and I’m sure it’s more tenants outhere with vouchers that experience the same thing my sister apartment is full of mold and mildew she reported it they painted over it been had a water leak for over a year roof falling in failed inspection 3 times now they asking her to stay take your money and voucher else where WEST CLUB IS NOT THE PLACE

This place took 8 months to return my security deposit. This is after I called the property management company in Florida and talked to several people! We rode around talking to different complexs in the area. We were denied because we made to much money. We were not told this was an income property. The head company told us this. I hope more professional management was hired after we applied in March.

I just want to know if it's totally electric out there why do you have to have a gas dryer I'm asking for myself because a lady live out there this is what she told me so if anybody can please answer this question for me please.

I love this place. When I first moved out here I was concerned because of the constant smell of weed and the people standing around in the breezeways all night talking loud and being obnoxious. It's not so bad though. I'd been in Jackson SP for 9 years so this was a welcome change.

I’ve Been Staying Here For A Year Now And Since Brian Been Our New Property Manager He’s Getting Things Done And Making WestClub A Nice Place To Stay. I Love That He’s Very Verbal And Firm And He Will Also Help You In Anyway He Can. He Also Do Activities On Holidays Consistently Sending Out Newsletters Letting Us Know What’s Going On And What To Expect On Future Days. Brian Is A Really Good Asset To West Club When He Came I Got A Good Sense Of Relief That Things Will Get Better. I Love That He Is Very Hands On Even Though He’s In A Higher Position. I’ve Seen Him Outside Picking Up Trash Even Helping In Vacant Apartments And Following Up On Maintenance Orders In A Timely Matter.He Really Cares About The West Club Community And Is Making A Change With Our Reputation.

I saw this complex on the news today about the plumbing issues. Hopefully the new management will get things under control. In the meantime the rents should be no more than $800 a month for all units.
