Best firehouse around hands down. The manager is very polite and professional. The staff reflect his leadership skills. I come here once or twice a week. The food is so good. I like that there is a versatile workforce here and everyone seems to be very joyful. 👍🏽4/18

There was confusion in my order and when I questioned it, got major attitude from employees. Pointed to cashier and told me take care of there at the end of a busy lunch line. I took what I was given and left and will never return again.

By far the best firehouse I've ever been to. Like miles. Wish they'd bring back the hot sauces since that was the whole point of ordering a $12 sandwich though

The medium bread is clearly thin and not compared to Subway's. The ingredients are cut to such small pieces that you probably won't get equivalent to what you get in subway. Clearly not worth the price point. Pls enhance the quality and density of your bread.

First Let Me Say David Behind The counter Is very nice and has excellent customer service, Iam Deaf hard of hearing and didn’t know the menu to well he help me with the menu and help me figure out what i wanted , mean while his co-worker that was helping make sandwiches was rude omg he mugged me the whole time and was all around very un welcoming and his customer service was BAD. BUT 5 Starts is for DAVID HE AWESOME

I ordered the jerk chicken sub but instead I got a turkey sub & the restaurant Thank they slick putting a 1 ounce bag of chips in there to cut cost I am not satisfied & the restaurant smelled like old Indian food. Never again!!!!!!!

My steak and cheese sub was absolutely disgusting, the meat was weird, there was barely any cheese. Almost $30 here, this was my first and last time and I'll never be back.

Good food and just adequate service. Not much enthusiasm from staff. Asked that the preparer change his gloves, and he obliged.

Some of the employees seem to get mad when they make mistakes. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Or risk having to come back and get things snatched out of your hand with an attitude.

The lady that was on night shift February 25 was so nice and personable. Very attentive. And the staff made my order quick and everything was delicious

I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen. The guy said hello and kept walking. Then another guy came outta the bathroom and took my order. The people working there seemed very unhappy. It was like having Eor make your sandwich. But I guess the sandwich was ok - my kid didn't die.

We always come to get free subs when tmobile has a free sub offer. They redeem the offer without issues and we get a delicious free sub. Also have free subs on your birthday if you download the app. Sandwiches are good, a little heavy but more like comfort food. Great cause too!

Ordered two Sandwiches and they made me sick. The restaurant does not ensure ingredients are safe to serve. Employees did not wash hands at appropriate times before handling food

I’m not a fan of toasted sandwiches to begin with so I won’t rate the food. I am giving this a three star because of a very long wait as I ordered online and sat at the restaurant for another 15 minutes waiting and the horrible smoke. The restaurant itself is very smoky, no pun intended. It was so bad I had to walk outside because my eyes were burning. I don’t know if this is a health code violation but they have fan exhaust problems big-time and need to fix it. If you’re going to eat from there get it to go as you don’t want to sit in a smoky environment - very bad for your eyes and lungs. Will I PU from here again? No!

Normal firehouse atmosphere. Good attitude from the staff. Food made promptly & fresh, even after the lunch rush.

Great location and great staff! I've been here twice and had always been treated properly. Even tough they are always busy, they have a nice smile on their face. Sandwich are awesome, I got no complaints on that! Only thing, is that both time I had been here, there's a lot of smoke inside the location, but, to me personally it doesn't bother me. That's the only thing I said need to be taken care of.

Will never order from this location again!!! Following instructions should be simple, however its not for this location. I ordered my sandwich with Cucumbers, jalapeños and pepper (salt & pepper) and none of these items were on my sandwich. Not only that, it was extremely salty. If I could give no stars, I would.

I was the only diner in the lobby, but fairly slow service for ordering just a sub. Seems like they do a fair amount of take out and Uber orders that slowed me down. Friendly staff, sub (hook and ladder) was just okay compared to some other Firehouse locations.

Ordered a sandwich and chips on online. It was ready for picked up by my requested time. The restaurant was clean when I went inside. My sandwich was good.

I really enjoyed the veggie sub that I bought. The employees were great. I could have gone next door, but decided to go where the filthy face diapers were not being worn. I was also disappointed that both the meatballs and the chicken contain pork. Can't you make these meats without mixing them with abomination? Very disappointed with Firehouse corporate for making those decisions.
