I think its great that people have experienced a great level of service here, its the reason I went in for the visit. The eye doctors are knowledgeable and exercise a level of GREAT care. The front desk staff however leave MUCH to be desired. Any place I am going to spend my money I have an expectation of receiving excellent customer service and like Chipotle annoyingly says guacamole is extra, tell me the extra. They fall short in the details. I will not be returning. There are a LOT of great eye doctors in Atlanta. I'll skip the incompetent staff.

I came in as THAT patient... 15 minutes late and had a baby with me. Everyone was so genuinely kind and helpful. Even when my normally quiet baby decided he would switch things up and wanted to be the center of attention. I am so thankful for their patience with us. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in quite a while and they talked me through every step. Even the ladies in optical helped me pick out the cutest new glasses!

Everyone was hands on and instrumental in flowing us through the appointment. My husband and I were able to have our appointments back to back even though that is generally avoided. The staff worked with our insurance to get us the best deal and made the glasses selection process as easy as possible. Great advice from the doctor who was efficient and polite.

I just left from my appointment and let me tell you... I have never been to such an amazing vision center or doctor. This was my first visit and not the last! I walked in and immediately felt at home. The front desk receptionist was so helpful and even retrieved my member ID number for my insurance. It took me 3 days of searching just to find nothing and she found it, wrote it down on a sticky note, and gave it me to keep for my records. Directly after I filled out my paperwork, the optometrist assistant Faith called my name. I barely had to wait! She was very knowledgeable and even mentioned she was a fellow Aquarius. When Dr. Masson came in, she immediately made me feel comfortable. She showed me the image they took of my eyes and had a great sense of humor about it. She was patient with me, as I wasn't sure if 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 were better. She took the time to explain things in detail. She even asked me questions about where I was from and cared to get to know me. Then when I went to pick out a pair of glasses, Ibis took care of me. He gave me great suggestions and was extremely helpful. I honestly had fun trying on glasses because he made it fun. He also took the time to explain the costs and helped me understand what my insurance covered. At the checkout counter, the other receptionist was very sweet as well. She ALSO was patient with me using gift cards to pay and was just a breath of fresh air. I have never experienced great service like this. I don't even take time to write lengthy reviews, but these guys deserve all the recognition. Thank you to the team at Eye 1st Vision Center. I will recommend your center to all of my family and friends.

Staff is very nice and welcoming soon as you enter the office. Doctors are compassionate and professional. Even when calling for assistance with appointments, if you place an order, staff makes it an seamless, no hassle, easy process. There are a very large selection of eye glasses to choose from. If you’re unsure of what you’re looking for there’s always staff on hand to help you make the best decision tailored to your needs whether it’s style or budgeting. I truly enjoyed my visit.

Great experience, the doctor and staff are very knowledgeable. I have been to a lot of different eye docs and the testing that they did and the way everything was explained to me was better than ever. Nothing was sugar coated and I like that. This was a fantastic visit. The entire staff was very attentive and polite. I never felt rushed, or forgotten about. Dr. Jakupovic is truly phenomenal! She took the time to explain as she was assessing, answered all my questions, and went extra steps that I had not experienced anywhere else. I've been going to Eye 1st for years. Dr. Shida is incredible - he is friendly and professional. The staff is top notch and when I can't see Dr. Shida, Dr. J always takes great care of me. The doctors always take time to explain everything and what to expect with my eyes as I get older. When I've got to buy glasses, the eye glasses boutique has a great selection with great staff to help select frames and lenses. I highly recommend Eye 1st for all of your vision care needs!

I usually hate going to any kind of doctor but this is the best clinic I have ever been to. The staff was extremely helpful & efficient at getting people from the waiting area and into an exam room. When I was having pain & redness, Dr. J was great at explaining what was going on & how to fix it, she also spent a lot of time helping me figure out the right prescription for my glasses & contacts. Didn’t feel like they were trying to get me out quickly or rush the appt. Katherine & Malika helped me pick out the perfect frames! Highly recommend coming here, especially if you’re new to the area like me & don’t know where to go!

Friendly, Professional and helpful. The Dr. reviewed her findings and did a comparison from my last visit, which was really cool to see. The assistant and reception staff are all knowledgeable and if you have questions they can educate you as well.

Dr.Clare Masson is the best of the best. She is always willing to listen to your concerns and find the best improvements for your vision. She is so knowledgeable and appeals to the younger crowd. She is very patient and down to earth. 10/10! :))

Dr. Shida tackled a complicated eye sight issue for me even with extenuating eye issues and worked with Ibis in their optical department to order and mount my new corrective lenses into my Silhouette frames and I see GREAT!!! I was able to get a same day appointment for a problem focused visit with Dr. J. The ladies at the front desk and check out desk were friendly and kind. Catherine, the lady who performed tests and took me to the exam room was great, too. Dr. J spent a while looking at my eyes and discussing her findings. The lady at the front desk let me know an approximate amount for the visit and it was very close to the actual amount. I appreciated knowing that prior to the appointment.

Well all I can say is WOW !!! Dr Masson and the rest of the staff were a pure delight! I had an urgent issue with my eye and even though I hadn't been there before I was seen the same day. Dr Masson was very thorough with my exam and listened to all of my concerns and questions. I highly recommend Eye 1st Vision Center ! I have found my Optometry home . We have been to Eye 1st 2 years in a row now, and we love everything about going there. Dr J is so caring and compassionate, and she takes the time to answer our questions. The glasses to try on are great quality and the folks who help in that section are great too. Everyone is super kind and considerate. We will be back!

I have been going here for three years. I had the opportunity to try color lens this 2023 benefit yr. Long story short, I opted for an online option to purchase the color contacts while purchasing my corrective non-color lens in store. Needless to say because the office wouldn't respond to the nationwide provider verification TWICE online, I missed out on my color contacts and I lost my cash vision benefits for the year. $200 down the drain due to either greed or intentional neglect. I wonder if this is pursuable legally. If you know, please share your knowledge. I wont be back. In this economy, it's just very irresponsible of a practice in my opinion in any means of medicine to deny patients options.

I haven’t felt so “at home” since I left my eye doctor in NY that I had been going to since I was a kid. Dr. J was on her first day, and was a true professional and people person. Excellent customer service from people that truly cared, this group has a great culture! Everyone from Dr. J to her team members made sure to explain everything to me about the process and answer any questions I had. Furthermore they queried me for questions to ensure I didn’t miss any myself! The actual building is nicely kept with a good clean presentation and they have reserved parking for customers only in the parking garage right behind it, which is great.

I took kids for their annual eye exams. This place is clean, the nurses are well trained and highly organized. The equipment are new and advanced. Dr. Masson showed my kids their digital eyeballs on screen and gave them a detailed science lesson. She told them how to form healthy habits to take care of eyes.

Dr. Masson and the staff at Eye First Vision Center are above amazing! My first visit was this week and I had such a great experience. Not only is the staff kind and understanding, the doctor herself was incredibly personal and funny! I don’t have a single complaint. I already can’t wait to go back, and create many new patients in the meantime!

Getting there was easy. Front desk check-in was smooth and bright. Katherine was engaging, approachable and showed genuine interest in hearing my needs to make the process easy. Perfect balance of personal + professional. The diverse staff was refreshing to see. Kelly, the Optometrist, was energetic, knowledgable and caring as she listened to my concerns + explained every little part of the process along with the "why" behind the different components of the exam. She was joyful + expressed true concern as I explained my night vision worries + focus issues. She even triple checked other tests for accuracy + it helped put my mind at ease. She gave me different options that were of similar qualities + fit, but ranged in price so that I could choose what was best for my budget. Overall the experience was very great, it was my first time visiting a new doctor in over 5 years and Kelly is definitely going to be my annual eye exam stop from now on!

I am always happy when I leave - there was a new assistant training today, and even then, they were super efficient and polite. All questions answered thoroughly. I am a student who lives far and must drive out due to insurance, but the drive is well worth it!

I called the office yesterday about a previous order for contacts and the representatives were very friendly and helpful. It was also easy to put in another order with them and they took take care of the rest of the process with my new insurance. Definitely recommend this office for any of your vision needs!

Dr. J is as fabulous as the other reviews indicate. She is meticulous, completely patient-focused, warm and friendly. She had me try on 3-4 pairs of different contact lenses then waited for them to adjust to my eyes, then tested the proper fit every time until we found exactly the right ones. This took much more than any other eye doctor would have given me! One tip about the practice: don’t be late for your appt. While they are gracious and give you a 15-minute grace period, it merely means that they will try to fit you in around other patients before taking you back (which for me meant waiting an hour). I thought the pricing for the care and service I got from this practice was extremely reasonable. Will def. return here.

I always have wonderful and professional service here. I have been a client for over five years. The eye doctors are extremely knowledgeable and are always aware of recent professional developments. If I could give the staff more than five stars I would. The staff even advised me the office could ship my glasses because I am relocating to California.

This was our first time at Eye 1st vision center. We came for eye exams and glasses/contacts. We were greeted promptly and had minimal wait time. The staff are friendly and very professional. They did a great job explaining the process. The hand off to the eyewear specialist was well done. The selection of eyewear was good. The staff was able to answer any questions.

It’s been years that I’ve been to an eye doctor, but my experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly and diverse, which as a black person is always nice to see. My doctor Dr. Aldina Jakupovic, OD was amazing and extremely patient with me. I always feel like I have a lot of questions, but she was happy to answer all my questions. I can’t thank the Doctor and the staff enough! I recommend this them to anyone looking for an optometrist office.

The atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was professional. From the time I walked in from the time I left, nothing but professional. I would make one adjustment; because I was a new patient I wasn’t told about the free parking. If that could be included when talking to new patients that would help us from searching for parking on the street. Other than that I don’t have anything bad to say!

The last two times I have brought my children here...the wait is horrible and there is no communication to the patients if they are running behind. I took my son last year to be fitted for contacts. I had my 5 and 3 year old with me. After we arrived and checked in, they told me only one child and one adult was allowed back. So they expected me to leave my 5 and 3 year old in the lobby by themselves? I think not. After putting my foot down that it was unacceptable, I was allowed to bring my other children back to his appointment as well. Today I went to have my 6 year old checked for needing glasses. We arrived at 10am and were not able to leave until 12:45pm. Two hours and 45 mins for an eye exam is ridiculous. We were not taken back until 45 mins after our 10am appointment. After the exam, picking out glasses and waiting for dilation for the OD to check her again, my daughter moved the computer keyboard in the exam room. One of the medical assistants came in and scolded her. She wasn't pressing buttons on the keyboard-she simply lifted it up half an inch to see if anything was under it. Give her a break..she is 6 years old and had patiently been waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours at this point. The OD explained at the end of the exam, they had 2 emergencies in the morning, which I totally understand but there was zero communication that they were running so far behind. Also, on the tv screen in the lobby there was a loop of a bartender making mixed drinks-so weird for a doctor's office. While everyone was nice enough...this place is NOT kid friendly. We will not be coming back.
