    We have had WM for over 20 years at our main residence, and only ONCE our trash pick up was missed. That is a pick up 3 times per week. All this time we have other residential properties and rentals that has different trash pick up services in different counties and let me just say, hands down, WM in Okaloosa County Florida blows the rest of the trash companies away. I am saying this from years and I mean years of different trash services around the USA and beyond. We either have the BEST, most dedicated, on the ball EVERYDAY, WM truck driving employees, etc, (GRATEFUL FOR THEM, THANK YOU TONS). Or either we are just lucky. Who ever is running it and working it is the BOMB..... in a great way. Just saying. Oh, and customer service on the phone, I just set up a bulk pick up, the rep was very nice, gave me a lot of extra info., and took care of my pick up.

    Absolute robbery..not only am I paying almost $300 a month for a small dumpster..but if it’s even a little over filled you’re charged an additional $175. Will never use this company again.

    horrible customer service. my trash can was very old and disgusting from regular usage and they refused to replace it… there’s a huge crack in it and everything. they said “is a wheel broken off ?” now i know they only replace it if you break off a wheel and not if the trash can is literally disgusting with large cracks in it 🙂

    Prior to this issue, I have had pretty good luck... If there was an issue, they missed my trash, scheduling a bulk pick up and so on was always easy.... Hurricane Sally came through, I personally cut a tree down and only placed small limbs under 1" - 2" diameter and under 6' all of the length on the sticks is about 3 ' - 4' at max and placed near the street for pick up. They were in large piles, very organized, but there is a lot to pick up.... I called for two days to ensure they would pick up due to the amount and that I did not need to schedule an additional pick up like the website offers... The customer service representative assured me they would be out Thursday, they never showed. Friday they showed up and said they could not pick it up due to the amount. They tried to say it was not within the regulations, but we discussed that and they agreed it was, but it would take him "too much time" he said "45 minutes to one hour" to pick up... There is NO WAY it would have taken this much time. I put this on all the street alone. It took me a significant amount of time, but I ensured it was all cut, placed well, and piled safely. So, now I was told the quote will be minimum $175 to get a boom truck and it will take a minimum of 3-5 business days. My grass will be destroyed. This should have been addressed Thursday or Friday, but I am still waiting for a manager's call. I am so frustrated as this is not my tree and I already have significant damage to repair. None of the tree trunk has been left for them to remove and in the past, piles of this nature were picked up at my home and my neighbors home without question....

    Misses our trash receptacle almost every week! I have to call in and wait for a rep just to get a pickup. We are unable to get this resolved for some reason!

    I have had bulk pickup in front of my yard for a month. I tried to call but couldn’t get through to anyone except one time. Then he tells me I don’t come up in computer. Then I try to do it online and that’s not working properly. I usually have good service but not lately. Plus they broke the lid of my regular trash can. Can’t get through to anyone

    Holiday Schedule has been very confusing. Next day service Thanksgiving did not happen. Thursday after Christmas our recycling is still street side at 5:30 PM.

    Although we receive great service at 517 Calhoun Ave, we had the house at 519 demolished and do not require future service at that location. I have called several times to have the two receptacles removed but they remain.

    Asked about bulk pickup to get the particulars and followed the directions. Set my items out on the appropriate day and they were picked up as planned. It is what I’ve come to expect of Waste Mgmt.

    They used to be good at picking up yard waste as scheduled but the last 3 months service has gone downhill. We have had to call at least once a month to complain about missed pickups and even then, they don't come back out to pick up until the next week.

    Ordered a Recycle bin prior to the closing of the home. 3 weeks beyond the closing date and the Recycle bin has not yet been delivered and the 1st week we did not have garbage bin access. Though, they did bill us with a statement date that is prior to the home purchase date. We've emailed and called 2x with broken promises of a Recycle bin being delivered.

    Don't sign a contract. it auto renews with only a 30 window to cancel at the end of the term before it auto renews, even if they STOP SERVICING YOUR ACCOUNT.

    Services provided on days stated, and each time I had an issue with a bin they fixed/replaced it within a couple days. I also utilize their Household hazardous/electronic drop off center and everytime they people there were courteous and professional. Can't find a reason to not be satisfied with these guys.

    I called Waste Management's customer service number yesterday and was on hold for so long that the system automatically sent my call to an answering system where I left my name, address and number with the understanding that someone would call me right back. I never received a return call. I called again today and again was on eternal hold. This has never happened before....Waste Management has always been very prompt with their customer service and answering the phone. While on hold today, I visited their website and got to a screen where I could request a chat. I hung up on the call and chatted with a rep who created a ticket for bulk pickup for me. Is this the new normal for their customer service??

    WM has always been an excellent company to deal with, punctual and they have very good communication. Noticed today though that the guy picking up yd waste wasn't able to get either of my bins back on the easement and both ended up in the road.

    This DRIVER has NOT PICKED UP TRASH SERVICES for 2 weeks now and Today is telling us we are Not on a list when Trash is payed for through Crestview Water department. Then the Driver is very rude he sees us standing out by the road to see what is exactly going on with the trash and just drives by ignoring all of us out here. My SNL had to get in the truck and go chase this guy down. And what puzzles me is the RECYCLING HAS BEEN GETTUNG PICKED UP EVERY WEEK SINCE moving here December 2nd. What's really going on? And mind you ny Ex worked WM for years and those guys were all professional and polite even when it was a problem they talked to you about it. Not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

    Somehow Waste Management "convinced" our local government to force residents to use Waste Management instead of taking our own trash to the dump. So you only have two choices: pay Waste Management or get fined by the government. That's a forced monopoly, not fair capitalism.

    Have to complain in order for debris trash removal containers need replacing. Getting paid for a service your company is not rendering. Trash is left well over 6 months or better before it's removed. Road conditions are horrible tar was just placed down on roadway with huge lumps still visible. You must cross over to the other side in order for your car not to scrub. My neighborhood deserves better we pay taxes to

    WM is the worst. The drivers are rude and just drive right past trash they are supposed to pick up. I wish we had a different company to chose from in our city.
