My wife had broken her ring, and I had gone to other stores to get it fixed and was treated incredibly poorly at all locations I visited. I was told to try Jared and couldn't of been happier with my experience. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. The ring came out even more beautiful than it was before. My wife is happy she broke it now. We ended up coming back and getting her wedding band from the same store. We came back in to see Vincent as we were previously working with him to get a new engagement ring to replace my old one and he was super helpful. He did mention he was newer to the store but we would have thought he had been there for years as he listened and was patient with us. Although he seemed to keep getting stepped on and dismissed by one of the other sales guys, he remained kind and professional. Keep up the good work, we will be coming back for our next upgrade!

My husband of 27 years accidentally poured my wedding rings (they were soaking in cleaner) down the drain and turned on the garbage disposal. Needless to say I was very upset. However, Christine was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose another ring. She was kind, knowledgeable about diamonds, and I never felt rushed or pressured by her. I was initially shopping for a diamond pendant to present to my significant other. I shopped several of the major retailers (Jared, Trice, Shane and Biondi) and wound up back at Jared's to finalize my purchase. From the beginning, Christine and Danielle made me feel valued and listened to. Instead of trying to just sell me what they thought I wanted, they asked me questions to better understand what I was really looking for. They provided me with all my options (pre-set stone, loose stone, lab grown stone, etc.) In addition, they provided me with the pros and cons for each as well as answering my numerous questions! Based upon all the information gathered, I ultimately chose a loose stone of high quality within my price range. They also helped me choose a setting and a chain (also giving me their opinions on each). For me, I ultimately made my purchase at Jared's primarily because of their superb customer service, something the other retailers seemed to be lacking! I was extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. Christine anf Danielle are now my go-to people for all my future jewelry purchases. Jared's is highly recommended!

This store is excellent compared to the one on Alameda in Aurora. We purchased my wedding band and anniversary band at another Jared years and years ago and have had these and my engagement ring fused together and serviced in Aurora for years. They always disliked that my engagement ring wasn't from Jared and always tried not to service that ring like the others, even though having them fused was always supposed to mean it was covered. They didn't want to rhodium it, and they worked the fused bands so ridiculously paper thin that it broke. For reference, I work a desk job. There's zero reason for that to happen. Enter County Line Jared near Park Meadows. They not only cared for all three of my rings without issue, but they completely rebuilt all three bands so that they're sturdy and equal and expertly fused, not messily tacked together. They re-rhodiumed and cleaned everything, and I left the store proudly sporting what looked like a brand new ring. I'm so thrilled with my experience at this store. I'll absolutely be coming to this one over the other in the future.

I brought my grandmother’s anniversary band to get fixed and unfortunately it was in worse shape than anticipated. Danielle talked me through options and guided me through the process of rebuilding the ring. There were several touch points during the rebuild and I now have the ring back and it is gorgeous.
