Dominic
the
team
lead
from
the
electronics
department
is
apparently
the
only
manager
in
store
this
evening
and
refused
to
price
adjust
something
that
was
CLEARLY
marked
on
the
shelf
at
$8,
went
and
took
a
pic
of
the
multiple
items
stocked
behind
the
$8
price
sticker
to
prove
they
are
false
advertising
only
to
be
told
by
the
extremely
disrespectful
and
rude
associate
that
the
best
he
could
do
was
offer
10%
off
the
items.
When
I
stated
that
legally
he
would
have
to
honor
the
price
he
told
me
to
get
out
of
his
store
if
I
didn’t
like
it,
all
the
while
smirking
and
looking
at
the
ground.
When
I
asked
for
another
manager
as
his
tone
and
demeanor
were
unacceptable,
I
was
told
there
was
no
one
else
to
speak
with
regarding
the
issue
and
to
call
1800walmart
with
my
complaint.
If
this
is
who
you
as
a
company
have
selected
to
manage
your
customer
service
issues
and
problems,
it
is
a
huge
insight
into
how
you
operate
as
a
company.
I
have
requested
that
store
leadership
call
me
back
regarding
this
issue
as
the
way
I
was
spoken
to
by
your
associate
Domenic,
when
I
asked
who
his
manager
was
due
to
his
behavior,
he
shrugged
his
shoulders
at
me
twice,
this
is
not
an
appropriate
way
to
handle
an
issue
that
is
very
clearly
not
my
fault
and
appears
to
be
a
bait
and
switch.
I
will
update
my
review
upon
speaking
to
some
type
of
leadership…
this
was
a
completely
ridiculous
experience,
tone
and
combativeness
were
unwarranted,
he
behaved
like
a
petulant
child
on
a
power
trip.
Shame
on
Walmart
for
employing
him.
