From the second we walked into the office, Gables Speer Boulevard felt like home. Desiree greeted us and couldn’t have been more helpful, but that wasn’t the differentiator. You see, Desiree lives there, so she was welcoming us to her home, her community. Most people stay at Gables for a long time, so it truly is a community that cares for one another. The facilities met all of our requirements (floor plans, quality, finishes, amenities, prompt and thorough communication, etc.), but it was the intangibles (how they made us feel) that made us want to live there. We couldn’t be happier!

Having previously rented from large leasing companies in Denver, and coming from a condo we owned, my wife and I were a bit leery of renting again, and especially from a faceless landlord. I have to say that Gables really beat our expectations and alleviated our worst fears. A really responsive team, beautiful community, and excellent amenities made moving out harder than we would have thought - every other place I rented I couldn't wait to leave. Gables was different. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Denver. It is pricey but what isn't these days - I felt like we got what we paid for, and more.

I've been living at Gables on Speer for five months now. There are so many things to love about the building from the location, staff, amenities and beyond! From the beginning everyone in the front office was super helpful (special shout-out to Brittany, Madeline, and Des). Brittany was super helpful during leasing with keeping me up to date with pricing and helping me find the perfect unit for my needs as well as assisting as best she could during my hectic move in. The city of Denver can be a rough place to live at times, but I feel much more secure here than I have felt anywhere else I looked in the city. Any issues are taken care of as quickly as possible and all my concerns are immediately addressed. Concerning security, I especially love that all units are on the second floor or above and the entrances and elevators are code required. Even with labor strains these days, my maintenance requests are always answered promptly. Whenever I see Cameron, our maintenance manager, around he always chats with me and asks if everything is still working well in my unit. There is also so much to do within walking distance of the building! I am so happy with my choice in moving and will definitely be sad when it's time to leave.

I lived here for 3.5 years, excellent place to live. The property management staff are friendly and awesome. The most timely maintenance I’ve ever seen. There were days where I would submit a request and they would show up a few hours later. They actively took steps to resolve issues (e.g., security) during the time I lived there. I moved because I sized out of my apartment, but would not have left otherwise. Very highly recommend.

I lived at Gables Speer Blvd for 13 months, and I had a great experience. The space in my apartment was awesome, and the amenities are up to date and great to use. They offer spin classes on occasion and are generally very prompt about sending community notices via email. Sure, there have been instances where one of the parking garage gates is down, but it’s never really an inconvenience. Brittany and the rest of the office staff always go above and beyond, no matter how minor of a question you might have. The move in process was easy, and move out was as stress free as was possible. The location is perfect for almost anything. You’re in walking distance of a ton of restaurants and various grocery stores. Guest parking is usually pretty easy also, as far as Denver goes. If I hadn’t moved out of Colorado, I definitely would have renewed my lease. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Desiree went about and beyond from the first day I called to inquire about information on each unit, to the day I moved in. Desiree answered all of my questions over the phone and accommodated a tour for me immediately. During the tour, she had the most positive and upbeat attitude. She shared all the exciting amenities that the community offers as well as her enjoyable experience of being able to share the community with new and potential community members. She was extremely knowledgeable about not just the building, but the community itself, the amenities and Gables communities across the U.S. If it weren’t for Desiree’s kind, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming positivity, I probably would have moved into one of the other apartment buildings I was considering. Having been a resident for almost a month now, I’m extremely happy I moved into this community and appreciate the presence of both Desiree and Brittany as outstanding representatives for Gables on Speer.

I've been a tenant for a year now at Gables Speer Blvd and have been very pleased with my experience thus far. The complex is kept clean and orderly, maintenance is efficient and responds quickly, and management has been helpful and friendly throughout. I love the location! It's a short walk or drive to wherever I need to go. This apartment also has the best hot water heater and water pressure I've ever had in a rental!

Love living here! I have lived at Gables Speer for over 2 years, and have loved my experience so far! The management staff are friendly, responsive and truly care about their residents. The grounds are well kept and nice! The apartment layouts are all well thought out, and I am very happy!
