šŸ˜  Overly enthusiastic, underage lifeguards here. Pool is cold, room is cold... I noticed my kids werenā€™t the only ones cold and shivering IN the water, and then we were all kicked out of the hot tub because kids under 6 arenā€™t allowed?! Give me a break. Is their insurance really that bad? Kids arenā€™t... People often mention pool, kids,

Overly enthusiastic, underage lifeguards here. Pool is cold, room is cold... I noticed my kids werenā€™t the only ones cold and shivering IN the water, and then we were all kicked out of the hot tub because kids under 6 arenā€™t allowed?! Give me a break. Is their insurance really that bad? Kids arenā€™t gonna let themselves boil in the water. Dumb rule. The lifeguard manager somewhat remedied the situation after I complained by turning the heater up a bit, but still a cold pool and a hot tub that just teases younger kids. Also, the slide is only for kids over 148ā€. My above average 4 year old was a foot short, but she can ride most of the slides at water parks. Lame! Waste of $20! Easy legal fix: sign full liability over to the parents/guardians on arrival! Many easy ways to become a cool pool, and thereā€™s no way one of these tender feet lifeguards would rescue and resuscitate one of my babies better and faster than me.

Itā€™s a 50/50 if youā€™ll be able to actually get your membership to work here. I signed up in May and they immediately canceled my membership for no reason. Then today I came in and tried to re set it up. The man tried to make me run my card 3 times. After it charged me the first time I refused to run it again. No one working the front desk knows what theyā€™re doing. It shouldnā€™t be this hard to give them money. I would avoid this location. Edit: they charged my card 3 times and are still saying the payment never went through. I went in person to my bank where they explained that the charge went through. I then had the bank teller get on the phone with the registration person and explain to them that the charge went through. She still is claiming it didnā€™t and that I owe them money. This location is running a scam. Avoid giving them any of your money. They will pretend they didnā€™t get it, even after you have the bank prove that they did. All this for $40. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Very nice, reception was lovely and welcoming and locker rooms are clean. They have a great policy limiting quantity of people so masks are optional. The receptionist told us that we got the "last four spots" and the pool was "crazy" today and I counted 20 to 25 people including the parents watching. Haha! They've obviously never been to a rec center in Aurora for the definition of a "crazy" pool environment. So, what I'm saying is that the pool experience was great and felt safe since kids were not crawling over each other. The pool was smaller than it looked online, it was hard to tell from online photos. Spray feature wasn't on today. Lots of chlorine. Overall this place is great, I loved the huge fields outside.

Decent rec center. Seems overpriced for what it is. Not sure how they're primarily funded but 30 dollars a month for a resident seems ridiculous considering other commercial gyms can be as low as 10 dollars a month. I guess they don't have a slide at their pool. Wouldn't suggest coming here to lift. They removed the cable row and lat pulldown they used to have leaving a pretty sad cable machine in the corner where you can jerry rig your own variations. Overall, there are likely better options depending on what you're looking to do here.

We booked the lessons for two kids in advance for 4 months (Dec - Mar). They cancelled the swimming lesson consecutively for 3 months in row at last minute, due to which it totally went off our radar and we didnā€™t check for 4th month which they did not cancel. As it was not in our radar we missed to send the kids for swimming for 4th month, but realized after two weeks into the month, and told them about the situation and asked them to refund. The person we spoke on phone was super rude and unapologetic and he said itā€™s not their lookout and as we missed it, it was our mistake even though they cancelled the lesson for 3 months straight. Lone Tree Rec center should train the staff how to talk to customers.

We come all the way from Aurora to swim here. You're not choking on chlorine here and if you're just there to watch your kids swim, you don't feel like you're sitting in a terrarium. It's just cleaner.

The swimming pool is awesome, love the lazy River, the slide was intense!! The water is a little on the cooler side and when we went the first time we didnā€™t bring towels. We were told we could buy some at the front and they ending up not having any, which we found out after my daughter and I got in the pool. They gave us some coats to dry off with. It should be communicated to newcomers that there are or are not towels available to rent.

Great place to bring your toddlers to swim. Family Room is great and has a place for showers and diaper change for our 3 & 1 year old (yo) kids. Water in the pool area is a tad bit cold but our 3yo had a blast and said that she had the best time ever. Of course sheā€™s just 3 and havenā€™t gone to Disney yet. Anyway, staffs were friendly and pool was not too crowded.
