Nice merchandise, prices vary but still not that expensive, but staff members are extremely unprofessional. One of the staff member kept following us or staring at us all the time we spent there. We stayed at the store for about half an hour. Besides that first staff, probably 3 or 4 staff members kept coming back and forth. It was really uncomfortable being there!!!

Not one person said hi. There were 3 sales associates. I walked around and the totally ignored me. Won't be back to this Chico's. Very unprofessional!!

Disappointing experience at Chico's, I expected better service for what used to be high quality clothing. Purchased a sweater, wore in once and washed it and it started coming apart at the neck seam. Tried to return the sweater since I expected better quality from Chico's, the return policy says "original condition with original tickets attached and all packaging, unworn, unwashed, or be defective". Was told the sweater wasn't defective and probably got caught on something in the wash. If Chico's clothing can't make it through one wash that's defective in my book. Don't think I'll be back.

I've been a club member for more than 10 years, I love Chicos clothes but the employees at this store aren't friendly, most likely they are prejudice.

The sales associate were not friendly at all ! As I was about to leave another lady with long dark hair was coming in she was just a little better. The other two ladies were a young blonde and a older gray blonde. I've have been in that location before and had a better experience. I'm a long time customer, about 5 - 6 years perhaps longer and I' not used to that kind of treatment. I'm Afro American , perhaps they had just been listening to the person that stole the election in this country. I really like Chico's and will keep shopping Chico's. .

Several negative comments about the staff at this store and if you look at the starting pay you'll completely understand why. The starting pay is a miserable $14/hr. In Colorado's economy and high cost of living you'll likely never attract anything but the most desperate or incompetent employees with those wages.

Just had a very unpleasant experience at this store. Was treated very rudely to the point I was embarrassed and feel like I don't want to shop there anymore. I usually purchase but today I did a return and boy was I chastised. Did you not try anything on before you purchased? This was bought at a different Chico's, why are you returning it here? Do you live closer to the other store or this one? I could go on but I think you get the idea. I had bought things before from this sales associate and she has always been pleasant so I was quite shocked at her demeanor toward me.

Always enjoy my visit to Chico's. Love the fabrics this season
