I’m
updating
this
review
as
I
prepare
to
move
out,
now
having
lived
here
18
months.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
look
elsewhere.
The
value
for
money
just
isn’t
there
and
the
management
and
responsiveness
to
tenants
at
this
building
is
apathetic
at
best.
Not
what
you
would
expect
for
a
so-called
“luxury”
building
with
>
$2,000
in
rent,
$200
parking
fees
and
$125
average
utilities.
All
in
all,
you’ll
be
paying
some
of
the
highest
rents
in
Denver
to
live
in
a
Downtown
that
has
gone
considerably
downhill,
a
management
team
that
ignores
emails
(you
have
to
track
them
down)
and
“policies”
that
are
anti-tenant
and
all
they
care
about
is
about
taking
as
much
money
from
you
as
they
can.
The
only
two
things
I
can
say
that
have
remained
constant
and
what
you’d
expect
from
a
“luxury”
building
is
the
front
desk—always
courteous,
helpful
&
professional—and
the
maintenance
staff,
who
are
always
timely
in
fixing
anything
and
really
nice,
respectful
people.
The
person
(Katie)
I’d
mentioned
below
left
long
ago
and
the
ppl
who
currently
work
in
managing
the
building
are
disorganized,
dodge
your
emails
(and
the
only
way
to
get
in
touch
w/the
is
via
a
general
email
box
and
no
one
responds,
you
have
to
chase
them
down).
They
love
to
quote
“policies”
when
it
works
in
their
favor
without
thinking
about
working
with
the
tenant
and
what
may
work
best
for
their
business.
At
the
time
I
gave
my
notice,
well
in
advance
of
the
60
day
req,
I
had
to
chase
down
one
of
the
leasing
ppl
to
get
a
confirmation
they
received
it.
Fast
forward,
since
I’m
moving
out
of
state
I’ve
had
to
make
numerous
arrangements
and
it
turns
out
I’ll
be
moving
3
weeks
early.
The
man
I
spoke
with
today
(Chris)
at
leasing
says
they
will
basically
“sit
on
my
apt”
until
the
end
of
the
lease,
instead
of
putting
it
on
the
market
earlier
and
trying
to
rent
it
and
perhaps
giving
me
a
week
or
two
refund
if
they’re
able
to
find
a
tenant
beforehand.
That
just
strikes
me
as
lazy
and
bad
business.
They’re
willing
to
forgo
a
person
who
may
be
willing
to
sign
a
long-term
lease
for
my
apt
(which
has
a
gorgeous
view)
&
may
need
it
earlier
in
July
vs.
end
of
July,
just
so
they
can
“milk”
my
lease
since
I’m
on
the
hook
to
pay
until
the
23rd??
Such
short-sighted
and
illogical
thinking.
Anyhow,
while
I
won’t
be
in
the
apt
physically
for
3
weeks
they
decided
to
simply
take
no
action
&
leave
it
sitting
there
empty
bc
“it’s
their
policy.”
Cool.
Do
yourself
a
favor,
look
elsewhere.
I’ve
met
people
during
my
time
here
who
live
in
nice
surrounding
areas
for
$1300-$1700/mo.
The
amenities
here
are
nice
BUT
during
spring
and
summer
are
filled
with
“frat
people”,
the
pool
table
cues
are
always
broken
or
missing,
the
swimming
pool
gets
filled
with
frat
boys
and
girls
(same
for
bbqs
and
outdoor
areas)
and
residents
don’t
really
have
space
to
use
them.
The
only
amenities
that
are
useful
and
not
filled
with
people
who
clearly
don’t
live
there
are
the
gym
and
yoga
studio…and
that’s
not
worth
$2300
a
month.
*******
I
rented
this
apartment
from
out
of
state
without
ever
having
visited
neither
Denver
nor
the
apartment
itself.
Katie
was
instrumental
in
helping
me
make
my
decision.
I
did
extensive
research
not
only
on
the
downtown
area
but
on
the
various
buildings
within
the
area
that
I
wanted
to
live
in.
Katie
was
super
responsive,
professional,
friendly
and
immediately
sent
me
pictures
of
the
apartment
and
especially
the
view
which
is
what
I
was
concerned
with
and
answered
all
of
my
questions
to
the
point
that
it
made
me
comfortable
enough
to
agree
to
rent
the
apartment
and
sign
the
lease
before
ever
having
seen
it.
I
do
not
regret
it
one
bit!
I
have
now
been
living
in
my
apartment
three
weeks
and
I
am
very
happy
I
selected
The
Quincy
as
my
home.
