I’m updating this review as I prepare to move out, now having lived here 18 months. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The value for money just isn’t there and the management and responsiveness to tenants at this building is apathetic at best. Not what you would expect for a so-called “luxury” building with > $2,000 in rent, $200 parking fees and $125 average utilities. All in all, you’ll be paying some of the highest rents in Denver to live in a Downtown that has gone considerably downhill, a management team that ignores emails (you have to track them down) and “policies” that are anti-tenant and all they care about is about taking as much money from you as they can. The only two things I can say that have remained constant and what you’d expect from a “luxury” building is the front desk—always courteous, helpful & professional—and the maintenance staff, who are always timely in fixing anything and really nice, respectful people. The person (Katie) I’d mentioned below left long ago and the ppl who currently work in managing the building are disorganized, dodge your emails (and the only way to get in touch w/the is via a general email box and no one responds, you have to chase them down). They love to quote “policies” when it works in their favor without thinking about working with the tenant and what may work best for their business. At the time I gave my notice, well in advance of the 60 day req, I had to chase down one of the leasing ppl to get a confirmation they received it. Fast forward, since I’m moving out of state I’ve had to make numerous arrangements and it turns out I’ll be moving 3 weeks early. The man I spoke with today (Chris) at leasing says they will basically “sit on my apt” until the end of the lease, instead of putting it on the market earlier and trying to rent it and perhaps giving me a week or two refund if they’re able to find a tenant beforehand. That just strikes me as lazy and bad business. They’re willing to forgo a person who may be willing to sign a long-term lease for my apt (which has a gorgeous view) & may need it earlier in July vs. end of July, just so they can “milk” my lease since I’m on the hook to pay until the 23rd?? Such short-sighted and illogical thinking. Anyhow, while I won’t be in the apt physically for 3 weeks they decided to simply take no action & leave it sitting there empty bc “it’s their policy.” Cool. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. I’ve met people during my time here who live in nice surrounding areas for $1300-$1700/mo. The amenities here are nice BUT during spring and summer are filled with “frat people”, the pool table cues are always broken or missing, the swimming pool gets filled with frat boys and girls (same for bbqs and outdoor areas) and residents don’t really have space to use them. The only amenities that are useful and not filled with people who clearly don’t live there are the gym and yoga studio…and that’s not worth $2300 a month. ******* I rented this apartment from out of state without ever having visited neither Denver nor the apartment itself. Katie was instrumental in helping me make my decision. I did extensive research not only on the downtown area but on the various buildings within the area that I wanted to live in. Katie was super responsive, professional, friendly and immediately sent me pictures of the apartment and especially the view which is what I was concerned with and answered all of my questions to the point that it made me comfortable enough to agree to rent the apartment and sign the lease before ever having seen it. I do not regret it one bit! I have now been living in my apartment three weeks and I am very happy I selected The Quincy as my home.

This is the best apartment I have lived in. I had an excellent experience for the 1 year that I was here, and I would have stayed longer if I did not have to leave Denver. Leasing staff, concierge, and others were all very helpful and wonderful people. The unit I was in never had any issues and was very comfortable overall. Newer appliances, soundproof walls, and awesome mountain (+ downtown) views! The amenity deck is large and beautiful, with an amazing pool, hot tub, gym and balcony area to relax in and host guests. Pricing is fair. Security is good. Moving was simple. Accessible location downtown but still in its own little quiet pocket. And friendly neighbors. The only small issue I could complain about is the garage situation, as it became required to only park on the higher resident levels or we would have to pay the regular daily rate -- and no guest parking. Still, I really miss this place. Got really lucky as I was looking into different apartments from outside Colorado. You won't find too many other complexes of this quality and value.

I have lived here since 2018 and can honestly say this is one of the (overall) best complexes I have ever rented at. The community is great, the staff very friendly/helpful and the atmosphere is top notch for high-end living. This is my last month and I have no major complaints. If there are ever any issues, Quincy staff are fast to remedy. Thanks Quincy!

Overall the building is great, and the service is unparalleled. Had a shelf in my apartment fall, within 24 hrs a guy was in here fixing it - and Darius did a killer job! Got the shelf fixed up the right way and is more sturdy than it was before.

Lived here for 2.5 years and loved every minute of it! Great friendly concierge and staff, top quality amenities (especially the rooftop pool), and a great value compared to similar buildings.

They nor WellVue pay their vendors. This is unacceptable that a community of this size (or any community) would do this to small businesses. I have lived in a few "WellVue" communities and it has never gone well and this proves it even more. There is a list of other pros/cons for this building, but that maters little when they are screwing the little guys. Pro - Location, walkable. - Amenities (also a con) - Refrigerated Package storage ++ Con - ZERO communication from management (from elevators down to pools going down) ZERO. - Amenities ALWAYS down. - Elevators go down to often, sometimes months at a time. - WellVue, not my first building with them and just awful.

The scandal with wellvue is truly awful to hear about. I truly do not want to live at a place that has a contract with a company so awful. A company who been inappropriate with female staff. I have issues where though the staff is nice where my fiancee and I were being harassed on our floor and they did very little to protect our safety even with recording of him harassing us and multiple reports, though they talked to us and were sympathic. Ulimately wouldnt have stopped us or pther residents from getting hurt or property being damaged. Communication from manager is truly poor.

I wouldn’t sign another lease and am considering breaking mine currently due to the parking and elevator issues. You cannot usually come and go as you please, after paying $450 for two vehicles a month, I cannot freely leave (or come) in my cars. The wait time in the elevators are ridiculous. Plan time ahead if you’re in a rush anywhere. After dropping $4300 a month at this place, it’s sincerely not worth it. Can’t have guests in this building either without shoveling out more and more money.
