The
customer
service
here
is
TERRIBLE.
I
have
a
friend
staying
here,
and
it
is
impossible
to
reach
a
room
via
the
hotel
phone.
No
one
ever
answers
the
phone
and
you
can't
call
the
room
direct.
The
few
times
someone
did
answer
they
never
spoke
a
response
to
anything
I
said
or
asked
me
to
hold.
Just
put
me
on
hold
which
eventually
just
disconnected.
I
literally
spent
3
days,
repeatedly
calling,
sometimes
letting
the
phone
ring
for
over
4
minutes
at
a
time.
I
probably
tried
calling
over
30
times.
Got
through
to
the
room
I
needed
once.
I
don't
even
know
how
anyone
could
make
a
reservation
if
no
one
ever
answers
the
phone.
They
should
not
advertise
as
having
phones
in
the
rooms
if
you
can't
receive
calls.
I
have
never
been
so
frustrated
and
if
you
do
get
an
answer
and
ask
about
this
problem,
they
ignore
your
question,
and
put
you
on
hold
until
the
phone
simply
disconnects!
There
is
also
no
option
to
leave
a
message.
Good

reaching
anyone
staying
here
that
doesn't
have
a
cell
phone!
