me and my ex stayed here a few years back and we never came back because the owner refused to give us our money back after a night with a bunch of bed bugs in our room and roaches the size of half a thumb in our room, when I pulled blankets back I could not believe it and to hear a child was killed in there doesn't surprise me. We were faithful guest and hes nice until u ask for a refund. I got out and slept in my car till office open just so he can tell me no, very scary here and surprise it is still open due to conditions. How can a place be so infested but you cant smoke in rooms? scared me so bad I never turned back. The bugs were so big and running down the walls and I mean everywhere! Thank for looking out when we needed you but no thanks, people be careful.

I've spent over 1500 dollars here I just had a baby three months early and needed a place so came here my last night I loved hotel rooms to bigger one . I didnt get in the bed until around 2am I found myself waking up at 430 am itching on areas I had exposed to the bedding. I went to report it to the hotel and they told me to check out and that they didnt ask me to rent a room. Bodies have been found here there is so many drugs and crime in this hotel and area. If u have kids or one this hotel isnt it please.

a 6 month old infant was killed in one of these rooms, and an adult body was found in one room too. You can google pictures from inside rooms with bodily fluids (blood) smeared on the walls. This place is disgusting. Not even sure how they're still open after all these years. If you want to share a room with bugs and aids on the wall, this is the perfect place. Michael Myers might even live under the bed!!!

Be careful at the Prim...stay in your lane and mind your own business. Remember, nobody seen anything....

How is this place still open? Police are called here over 200 times per year for the past decade? Won't be long till this place is leveled after seeing the latest news report. Stay away!

Do not stay here, we were here fpr 2 night bc we didn't want to be sleeping in our car the people next to us were fighting and beating his wife, infested with cockroaches, and the heater didn't work. My 2 month old daughter was freezing even cuddled up to my husband & I. And when we asked for our money back she hung up on me. Sorry this place is not the place to be. Do not go here.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. I have a friend staying here, and it is impossible to reach a room via the hotel phone. No one ever answers the phone and you can't call the room direct. The few times someone did answer they never spoke a response to anything I said or asked me to hold. Just put me on hold which eventually just disconnected. I literally spent 3 days, repeatedly calling, sometimes letting the phone ring for over 4 minutes at a time. I probably tried calling over 30 times. Got through to the room I needed once. I don't even know how anyone could make a reservation if no one ever answers the phone. They should not advertise as having phones in the rooms if you can't receive calls. I have never been so frustrated and if you do get an answer and ask about this problem, they ignore your question, and put you on hold until the phone simply disconnects! There is also no option to leave a message. Good luck reaching anyone staying here that doesn't have a cell phone!

Room Number 11 sells drugs. Crack heads constantly in and out of that room number I am next door to it and people constantly ask for blues and meth, heroin you name it... I have grand kids and police do nothing about it. Update: I've contacted the DEA about this matter. And ofcourse this is not my real name and secondly put a camera that way and ull see how many crack heads go to that room they are like roaches attracted that way.
