More people would come if you had happy hour karaoke. 9pm is too late to start.

Such a great dive bar. The prices were reasonable, there's inside and outside seating. Plenty of bar games, equipped with steal darts. The bartender was awesome and kept checking on us to make sure we were good. Definitely a chill spot to have some drinks and not worry about anything.

The karaoke scene here is tops. They'll play the most obscure music for you. Huge mix of people. Our cocktail waitress was on point. Only complaint is the giant banner advertising beer, that I barely looked at, is in front of the karaoke stage covering up half of the performers.

This place was fun! I went with my partner for a night of Karaoke. It had a local dive bar feel to it and as the night went on it got quite busy. As more people arrived, the DJ started staggering turns at the mike so new people would get a chance to sing as well. I ordered a snack, which came out hot and delicious and the price was very reasonable. My only complaint is that there wasn't really anything to drink that wasn't alcoholic, but my lovely server was very kind and brought me glass after glass of water throughout the night. Bathroom was especially clean for a bar!

We love this place - generally great service, good food, fun vibe- but had a really horrible experiences with one of their employees. This man was extremely rude. We were told we had to leave because our dog was sitting right outside the patio politely. When he didn’t have another reason to ask us to leave, he accusing us of smoking on the patio when we weren’t. There were several people smoking just outside the patio area, but he blamed us as an excuse to get us to leave. We talked to another employee who said dogs have always been permitted on their patio so we were really confused. Then told us people are complaining about the dog which we highly doubt.

Denver does dive bars like no other city I've been to. This one turned out exactly as I had anticipated, nearly perfect. Minimal draft beer selection cemented this as a true gem, in my opinion. Hope to be back soon and try the Foosball table. Would not recommend taking medical advice from patrons or staff, as no one appeared to be a medical professional. Curious as to how they landed on the name.

I have been here over 30 times. But the bouncer tried to kick out my wife while I was in the bathroom for something that was me. I come back from from the bathroom and my wife tells We’re getting kicked out. Earlier (30 min) to my own fault I was teaching my friends wife what angle to hit the ball as my friend hands me another beer and accidentally, I spilled a droplet of beer. I was around for another 5-10 min, then went to the bathroom and cam back into a drama scene. The abnormal and new bouncer couldn’t handle the pressure and power tripped, he wasn’t the normal bouncer. I simple wanted to figure out what was going and he got too heated too quick. At this point here’s my conclusion, if the owners do reach out to me (which I have more good news than bad news) then I will resolve the issue, but if not I will continue to write reviews and ensure that my softball teams wont return anymore. To note this place is still a fun little dive bar with kareokee and the staff, other than that once bouncer, have been really cool. Thank you Steven and everyone that works there that have been awesome. Hope we can make this work, if not we will all find another drive that’s more welcoming!

We flew into Denver and wanted to shoot some pool. Took an Uber and weren't disappointed with the place. Nice tables and great place to just relax and shoot a few games.

Thank you for your hospitality and making a lad from Liverpool feel like one of the regulars, my favourite bar from all my trips to America, will definitely stop by next time I'm in or around Denver! Tom

Great dive bar with impressive food! Our chips & salsa had freshly fried chips and house made salsa. Our chicken tenders had a great "Hella Hot" sauce that was hot but tasted great. We loved this place and hope to come again.

As someone who cannot sing, Kate never fails to make you feel confident and happy up on stage. They make all efforts to be inclusive and make sure you have your moment on stage. I would have never had the confidence to karaoke before coming to this bar. I could not have asked for a more fun, more comforting karaoke experience. Do not sleep on Proctors bar on karaoke night or Kate (the regular karaoke leader). You will never regret your experience.

Local watering hole with 5 pool tables and other games available. Atmosphere is Dive Bar all the way - from the soft spots in the floor to the hair bands pumped through the speakers. Cocktails are poured well and prices are great! A game of pool is only a buck!

Dr. Proctors is my favorite bar, legit, EVER. The food is delicious, I love the daily specials (yum!), and the ONLY place I enjoy karaoke. I am fragile and shy when it comes to singing in front of people, but the DJ is awesome!! DJ Kate makes me feel comfortable on stage. :) I’m normally super nervous but she is the best!!! This is THE PLACE to go to have fun with your friends and have a good time. Uplifting energy to help to get me on stage to sing :) chill vibes, pool, great food, awesome employees. Let’s sing!!!! Thursday- Saturday!

It's a fun place. Good people and drinks. The food is surprisingly good, and karaoke is always fun with Kate. It seems like they have free pool on Sundays and trivia on Tuesdays. A good little community. Also 5 pool tables.

I love wings. If I go a week without wings, something went awry. Dr. proctor's has some of the best wings I have ever had, coast to coast. Frys are great too. Sometimes they run out of tots though :(. Food here is high end, with low prices. Even the 4 carrots and celery sticks that come with the wings are great; similar quality to a whole foods. There's no real way for me to tell you, dear reader, how good the wings are, so give them a taste! Dive bar vibe + dive bar prices + high end wings = Dr. Proctor's. PS.... Great beer prices!

It's still a great place, even 38 years after I first went there! May be the place that's still the same in all Denver metro! Great drinks! I'll have to go back and try something to eat. But seriously, after all the years, it's surprising to find anything that hasn't changed. Perfect little old bar!

Super friendly staff, very welcoming environment, the karaoke was amazing! Great energy and super cozy! If I ere local, I’d definitely go back. I was visiting from out of town and was told about this bar from my hotel. It was definitely a hit!

Karaoke night! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. It doesn't matter if you don't sing; you will have fun singing along with the rest. I go Saturdays, but they also do karaoke Thursdays.

Nice little place in the neighborhood. Only been there once so far but I'll go back. Drinks are reasonably priced. Atmosphere was chill. Not many pool tables, and one of them was not working, but it wasn't very busy so we were able to get on a table without waiting. All quarter tables and the change machine only takes $1 and $5 bills. The bartender was nice.

While I was getting a drink here a few nights ago I heard the bartender telling the regulars that she had a bad cold. She was wearing a mask, but was coughing into her hand and touching her face without washing her hands or sanitizing after. Seeing how my previous drink was handled, I knew I was done for. Not trying to bash this place, but that was pretty gross. Update: I am now sick.

I don't go out much but on Thursdays heard they had kareokee. Their drink prices was great and the staff was amazing. I miss little places like this like back in Ga.

Good little bar. Lots of pool tables and TV's showing sporting events, but the jukebox will override the sound system

Was feeling super depressed last night and so I came in to release my emotions through singing at karaoke. The KJ who was visibly intoxicated told me and others that she was skipping everyone who put their songs on for her regulars. She let the same people sing over and over again. The list was only 12 songs deep and I was only able to sing 1 song in the 4 hours that I was there. I asked her to sing one last song and she shook her head profusely and then stopped acknowledging me. One of the regulars started recording me complain. I could tell he thought it was so hilarious and showed the KJ. She came up to me and gave me a snide and intentionally insincere apology. I left feeling even worse. I just needed a break from all the things that have been happening to me this last week but I couldn't even get that at a karaoke bar. My suicidal thoughts are back. Thank you KJ.

Disappointing service. Every item we ordered was incorrect when brought to us. Brought a totally different type of salad than that I ordered, wrong dressing for the wings, quesadilla was priced differently on the bill than on the menu. Server totally forgot to bring us a beer we ordered for about 15 minutes. They do have pool tables ($1/game), foosball ($0.75/game), and giant jenga and darts for free (you have to give them your ID to get the darts). It looks like it has fun karaoke and game day events, but it seems like the kind of bar you go for *very* basic service with low expectations. Not the type of place to get anything to eat or expect fast, accurate service.

Very close to our hotel so tried it ( didn't stay long) - basic neighborhood hole in the wall. Regulars outside smoking recommended not to eat there... My Bf had already ordered wings, which I don't eat, he will eat almost anything and said they were AWFUL! Server was a verynice young man doing his best while also trying to kick a very under the influence of something??? lady out who was sneaking back in through the back door. Apparently it's a fun place late at night to play pool, but we didn't stick around. People watching is great and interesting characters. Strong pours.
