OrthoONE at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center

Orthopedic clinic

👍👍 I have had such an amazing experience at OrthoONE at Presbyterian/St. Luke's that I have to share. I am in need of a hip replacement and from my first meeting with Dr. Tuttle and the time he took explaining my issue and how we could correct it I have felt so comfortable. He then introduced me to Eli... People often mention surgery, time, office, visit, pain, care, center, experience, Tuttle, Sobky,

I have had such an amazing experience at OrthoONE at Presbyterian/St. Luke's that I have to share. I am in need of a hip replacement and from my first meeting with Dr. Tuttle and the time he took explaining my issue and how we could correct it I have felt so comfortable. He then introduced me to Elizabeth who has been with me for everything since and she is so knowledgeable and personable. The staff even went to bat for me to help move my surgery up 2 weeks to get me out of the pain I am in. So thankful for all everyone there and what they done for me and my family.

It started out so well. Dr. Cao really gave me enough time to talk and was reassuring. But this office referred me to a place that doesn’t take my coverage to make me some splints and I can’t afford them out of pocket. l’m hoping they’ll send me a new referral. It stinks they didn’t make sure this other hand place would take me. I was hoping these splints would help with the pain.

My time was wasted. I was lied to by receptionist and MA. I was confirmed that my broken sacrum I would be seeing surgeon. To my surprise this place is so money hungry that they force me take the exams on my spine then PA not even doc then tells me truth. For this I want copay balance waived and reporting my insurance deceptive business practices orthone.

The Home Of Limb Preservation Society. I've been a patient for over 28 years. First Dr Hahn , then Dr. Tuttle, Now Dr.Daniel Lerman. I can tell you they all are Gods Gift to Orthopedic Surgery, anyone that has issues as I Still do you cant go wrong here. They care and hope along with the patient and do all thats medically possible to save the limb and give the patient the best quality of life. Thank you all for believing in my healing even when I didn't at times and not giving up on me or my leg.

Dr. Tuttle and Charlie are an extremely efficient team. To the point, responsive and very knowledgeable. My first knee replacement in 2008 was damaged, falls from a bad hip. The revision was painful and was never right. Dr. Tuttle put in a replacement specifically for difficult revisions. It is stable and pain-free. I really appreciate his expertise.

Two years of excellent care and counting - just scheduled second knee replacement for next month. Everyone at Dr Tuttle's, Dr. Charley's, and Dr.Mose's office, as well as St.Lukes Medical Center, are superb and reflect an ethic of excellence and personal care that is unmatched.

I have had a pretty unique and persistent knee problem that has been bothering me on and off for years due to childhood Osgood-Schlatter's. I had met with various Orthopedic surgeons over the years and had heard different recommendations, while consistently hearing that this was a fairly unusual injury. It got to the point where I was unable to walk for weeks at a time, so I made an appointment with Dr. Sobky who said he had seen this before and could patch me right up. Was he right! I went from a literal 8 out of 10 on the pain scale the week of my surgery to a 1 out of 10 on the day after my surgery. I was popping PKs just to sleep through the pain before my surgery and only taking advil within 48 hours after my surgery. The relief was immense and immediate. Dr. Sobky and his team are all athletes and had such empathy for me wanting to get back outside doing the things I love. It has been 4 weeks since my surgery and I am back to the mountains biking and hiking. My only regret is not coming in here sooner. Highly recommend this team for any persistent knee injuries, especially those resulting from Osgood-Schlatter's, as Dr. Sobky has perfected his technique with treating this.

Great practice with great people. My surgeon, Dr. Sobky could not have done a better job at repairing my shoulder or helping guide me in the recovery process. His friendly demeanor makes a scary situation feel like it's okay and the staff are all doing God's work to help broken people get fixed.

Great experience. Very kind and respectful staff, felt genuinely heard by the medical practitioners. Was grateful that my knee pain was not blamed on my recent Christmastime weight gain, and was instead rightfully understood. The P.A. showed me my own X-rays on a huge screen and explained them to me at a level that was respectful of my intelligence, and the orthopedist Dr. Sobky helped refer me to a reputable physical therapy center. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better visit, and wish everyone had the bedside manner of the lovely folks at this location.

If there is a negative star, I think I will give it to this center. I don't doubt the other patients had good experience since most staffs there are nice. Unfortunately, it didn't happen to me and my experience is mostly negative. There are two points that frustrated me the most. 1. Unnecessary office visit. I visited this center for the ganglion on my left wrist at last Nov 2022 and met with Dr. Lerman. Dr. Lerman kindly explain what's the ganglion and the surgery to remove it. He also mentioned if it does not bother me, let's leave as it is since it may recur after surgery. At that time it didn't bother me, I agreed with what he said. From this July, the ganglion started to pain and I called to schedule an office visit and would like to have a surgery to remove it. In this office visit, Dr. Lerman spent around 3 minutes and said he is not specialized in hand surgery and he referred to the Dr. Cao. Though I understand every doctor has his own domain to work on, why nobody had ever told me this fact? I pretty clearly explained the reason I want to see the doctor. Why I need to know this in an actual office visit? I had no choices and waited another 10 days to meet Dr. Cao. As a patient, I have no idea about the area the doctor specialize in. The second office visit can totally be avoided, isn't it? 2. Cancellation of surgery appointment just in the morning I am going to the surgery center. I met with Dr. Cao and he kindly explained what's the surgery looks like and what I need to do for recovery. It was a nice office visit and Dr. Cao scheduled a surgery at 1:45pm 10/18/2023. I was called by a lady at 10:15AM 10/18/2023 and she said Dr. Cao has higher priority surgeries to do today and mine is cancelled. What she can do is only to reschedule. The times she offered don't work for me since I need this surgery to be done asap. Why your center does not have a backup plan if a doctor is going to have a emergency? Just cancel the scheduled appointments at the time I am going to head the surgery center? Since the surgery requires anesthesia, I also beg my friend to take the day off so that he can send me to the surgery center and pick me up from there as well. Our time is not valuable? Why I need to pay for this? This is my first time I feel like I am not respected as a patient or even a human for the service I pay for. I have to pay this unhappy experience since they bill me for each office visit. Also I really don't like the tone from the lady who called me in the morning. She didn't care the inconvenience this cancellation brought to me and the time she had didn't work for me. For me, it was a terrible experience and paid but not solving the problem.

receptionists openly judged me for needing a payment plan despite breaking a bone while unemployed and uninsured. had to fight tooth and nail for months trying to get care, was never informed of proper channels to get the care i needed as a single woman with no financial support net.doctors were highly dismissive and inattentive. swotched to denver health and immediately got better care.

Excellent staff at OrthoOne. They put the patients needs first and did a great job caring for me and explaining everything clearly. Dr. Sobky is excellent and was able to schedule surgery quickly after an initial consultation for a broken collarbone. Keep up the good work! I’d recommend your group to anybody.

I wish I didn’t even have to put a star. I’ve been trying to get seen at this clinic for whatever reason they’re turning me away. Ignoring me, the on call doctors are ignoring me as well. Never get a call back. Do people not like doing their job anymore? You call the front desk and the receptionist acts like you’re taking time out of her day. You wouldn’t even think this is a doctors office. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here. By reading the reviews maybe it’s a blessing I’m being ignored LOL

My visit with Dr. Mark Tuttle at OrthoONE has been my best clinic visit ever. Everyone at the clinic was just very professional but at the same time very warm, informative, and welcoming. Dr. Tuttle gave me the assurance that I had made the right decision in picking him as my orthopedic surgeon! I will recommend him to anyone.

One of the best if not the best Dr. Visits I've ever had. From the beginning on the phone scheduling with the intake coordinator, to the front desk personal. also the MA, PA, and Dr.Kelly also the x-ray tech. everyone made me feel very comfortable....which isn't easy as I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks.I go to a lot of Dr. appts and I know how busy they get. I felt like each member of the staff gave me their full attention and listen to my concerns.

I was very happy with my orthopedic appointment at OrthoOne. They were able to get me into the office the same day I called. I had quite a bit of shoulder pain, so I was very grateful for that. They treated my shoulder that same day and set me up with a physical therapist that's right by my house. They even had that therapist contact me the same day as my appointment. I was very impressed!
