I stand by my 5 star review. I wsd quickly and and professionally by the lady at the desk. I regret not getting her name cause she is a big part of this incredible team. Shout out to the lady who checked me in. I regret not having your name but I appreciate everyone there. Cassie the MA was very warm and friendly start to finish. Creating an environment of safe and feeling as though all will be well. And Dr. Savage was incredibly nice and very informative and I could feel his concern highlighting his career as a healer. I recommend going here if you should need care. It was a health woe that brought me there and somehow they managed to not just treat me and help but gracefully had me feeling blessed to be there. I thank your entire team far more then even this long review could help you understand!

Barry was smooth, quick, and professional. Forgot the main docs name but also the same exceptional level of care was provided from him as well. (Has some pretty dope tattoos) In and out in 30 minutes with a straight forward care plan. Nice clean waiting area with cozy fireplace. This place has 5 stars for a reason.

Nothing makes someone get their life back than a physician who listens. Your physician was great and wonderful to his work and I was very pleased to see him with my son. He did not hesitate to do the right test to find our misery. The MA , the front desk lady and some other people who came to my aid showed great concern. You guys are awesome 👌 04/22/23 The provider was wonderful, she listened and tried to look at every aspect of my body to find what was wrong or will be causing the pain I was having. That was magical.

The medical assistant (MA), Megan was great! I also liked the PA, Sarah. They were both friendly and professional. I did have a little bit of a wait but sense it was the day before Thanksgiving I thought I would have had a really long wait. But the little bit of time I needed to wait was WELL worth it! Plus, once I got into a private room, essentially there was no wait. Thanks for helping me feel better just in time for Thanksgiving!

This is my second time visiting and this time I brought my two kids for a strep test. ALL the staff are so patient, efficient and kind. It was super busy but it was clear they were all doing the best they could and everyone was receiving the care and the time they needed. I'm very grateful for this place. Thank you.

The doctors are all incredible. The staff, incredible. I've never had anything but high quality and people first treatment there. They are always busy, but a little bit of patience is more than worth it.

It was my first visit here and I received awesome service from the time I walked in the door. My MA Barry was awesome. Dr. Johnny Shen was very professional and addressed all my needs including a referral to an orthopedic as I am in need of one and am from out of town. I will be sure to refer this to anyone who needs medical attention.

This place is top notch!! The level of care and urgency displayed at Urgent Care Denver Park was incredibly refreshing. Despite it being almost closing time, the staff promptly tended to my eye issue with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan, and tried to get my script filled before the pharmacy closed which felt so considerate and helpful. The care and attention I received here was exceptional, and I would confidently recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

I am very pleased with the service that I received. I was met by a friendly receptionist who took my information quickly. I was seen in a timely manner and treated with courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and clear knowledgeable details by the staff to resolve my situation. This is the best urgent care facility. I had to return to this urgent care facility once again. I was treated with patience and kindness. This urgent care facility is absolutely the best. Tracey it is professional, thorough and very kind. Waiting time was minimal. They were efficient and listened to my concerns. Alejandra was fantastic. I was diagnosed quickly, given a prescription and left satisfied. Great service! Great attitudes!! And very sympathetic to my issues!!!

I have been to this urgent care many times and they have been amazing to work with. They see you in a timely manner, the entire staff is so helpful. Never thought I'd say "I love this urgent care" but, I love this urgent care 😂 Staff and providers are SO nice and genuinely care about helping you. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. Location is very convenient, hours are great, online pre-registration is really nice and cuts down on waiting time. Also the fastest urgent care I've ever been to - in and out in 40 min when I've waited over an hour just to be seen at other urgent care facilities. Waiting room is spotlessly clean and comfortable and they have a little coffee and tea station! I'm glad to have a great urgent care 5 min from my house and appreciate the wonderful staff here.

It is a very clean & organized clinic and I felt safe. It was quiet with just a touch of joy from the people placing holiday decorations throughout. I was swiftly provided the care that I desperately needed by an overall kind, attentive and knowledgeable staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The team that made my visit perfect included the sweet girl that met me at the desk, the MA that took my vitals and asked pertinent questions, the PA and his stenographer who met me with kind eyes, compassion and expertise and the X-ray tech who waited ever so patiently for me to get onto that table. The PA even made sure I knew my way out when I was leaving! Very convenient care. After I got checked-in, it was hardly fifteen minutes before Alejandra was able to bring me into an exam room and had my injury cleaned up. I saw the PA shortly thereafter and was on my way home for a total visit of barely 1.5 hours! Care was great, with lots of clear explanation. Thanks AFC!

I've been going to this AFC urgent Care pretty regularly when sick or injured for a while now. These guys do a great job every single time. Whether it's something small or something painful they always try to be very caring and provide you with a good solution. I have been treated the last few times by Dr Kramer. He is a great doctor. He always has such a friendly, calm, and caring demeanor. He really seems to be an experienced professional. Alicia the medical assistant that helped me was awesome at my last visit too. Also this location is usually not too busy and I've never waited more than 30 minutes for an appointment there. Thank you guys so much for your care :)

Had Barry as my MA and Dr. Zeeshan. They were fast, polite and professional. Their front desk lady helped me get a test scheduled and saved me from having to wait several months in order to see a pcp for a referral for a minor test. Great office, very helpful! Thanks so much!

Had a great experience here, had a bad cut needing stitches and everyone here killed it (no pun intended) on the entire job. Sasha really helped me with the paperwork stuff and the clean up process at the end and Dr.Ahmed? I could be wrong on name. But man this is the place to go if you need a quick fix and awesome attentive and appropriate customer care. Thanks again guys!

Starting with the call center, I was grateful for an ASAP appointment. Although I was feeling miserable, AFC Urgent Care delivered quality care which assured me I would get better. Registration went quickly because of the competent, polite front-end staff. Wait times are posted which is informative. Alicia was professional and compassionate, as vitals & tests were taken. Smart & caring PA. For a Sunday visit to urgent care, everything went as well as it could.

As usual intake & prep work for doc’s visit were caring, swift and insightful. Jamie &Alejandra took care of me on short notice to make sure the doc & I had a productive session w/o a long wait. Waiting room cleanliness, spacing & soothing video content are also a plus. Who doesn’t love baby animals?

I had a perfect experience at my visit with AFC Urgent Care at Park Hill! The facility was kept very clean and it was obvious to me that all members of the staff highly prioritized a healthy and safe environment. I met one-on-one with Alicia, who took absolutely amazing care of me during throughout the entirety of my examination and treatment! I came in for a bit of a personal matter and Alicia did a great job of explaining things to me and making me feel comfortable during my visit. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future for my future healthcare needs!

10 out of 10 would recommend. Barry and Bethany were absolutely amazing. And didn't laugh too much when I admited my broken foot was rhe result of a Labrador Retriever "hit man" (actually lady). The people who saw me were very patient with me, friendly, specific, professional, attentive, and didn't make me feel like another statistic. They conversed with me about why I wasn’t feeling well and listened and asked me questions about me and it made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with the visit. Derek was awesome. Easy to relate with and be open with. Derek, the woman at the front and the nurse (whose names I forgot) were very kind to me in the end and definitely made the trip worthwhile

The staff was Awesome!! Everyone was so nice & friendly!! Dr. Kevin was Awesome too!! He was so nice, patient, & caring!! He took his time with me, didn't rush through the visit & was willing to answer any questions I had. I went back to this clinic for the second time this year because of the wonderful treatment from the entire staff & providers!! I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Denver Park Hill! Thanks to all!!

I had a fantastic experience. I really wasn't feeling well and the woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated! The person who did my testing was really fast and also very customer friendly. And, Sara, the provider that I spoke with was very helpful and focused on getting me the best outcome for my health. This AFC urgent care was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Very satisfactory experience. Very easy to make an appointment online. Was seen on time. Quick recognition and diagnosis of my issue, with a prescription to fix it. In and out in 10 minutes maybe (your mileage may vary of course). Jordan and Emma were very friendly and professional. Thanks!

Had to go here twice in the span of like 3 days and both times, everyone was super nice and helpful and I was seen pretty quickly and everything went smoothly! Sidney helped me the second time and made me feel really relaxed even though I was pretty nervous for my visit. Will probably go back and would definitely recommend!

Great staff! Kalei did my intake, and they were very kind and personable. Definitely made me feel comfortable :) Same as everywhere else, staff is short and the wait time was about 1 hour even though I had an appointment. So if you can, make your appointment early on in the day and leave yourself plenty of time to wait!

I'm grateful for the Park Hill staff. They're kind, considerate, communicative, and reassuring. I've been choosing this location as my designated urgent care since I moved to CO in 2018. In the fall of 2020 I had a bad reaction to a new medication which sent me to the ER. The doctor there didn't run any tests & his bedside manor was dismissive. The following day when I still felt awful I called AFC urgent care Park Hill for a second opinion. The doctor working was incredibly diligent and encouraged me to advocate for myself in the future. She explained that it's not a doctor's job to guess or assume - it's their job to assess and utilize testing to rule out possibilities that can be tested for. She was incredible and so were her staff. I have been to this location for half a dozen covid tests over the past two years and the results always come quick. I truly can't say enough nice things about this location and the people who work there.

Absolutely outstanding. The staff are respectful and kind. Dr Derek was fantastic. Extremely professional and kind. Best ER I have ever been to by far. Simply amazing I couldn’t be more grateful. Also the prices are extremely affordable considering this is America with the worst health care system in the world.

I took my 9 year old daughter here, after our pediatrician office was closed. Everyone was great. The check in process was quick. Staff were super friendly and appropriately concerned. They treated her kindly and were very efficient. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. Megan, our MA was lovely. It's great to know we have such a good resource close to home.

Excellent Service. The AFC Park Hill Location is by far the most efficient, kindest, and cleanest AFC in Denver. I only go to this clinic. I was able to book an appointment and reschedule effortlessly online within 1 hour of the appointment. Sofia took excellent care of me and was extremely empathetic. I felt protected against Covid-19, as everyone was wearing masks and practicing safe distances. I checked in and was seen all within 10 minutes and from my car for strep throat. I consistently and only go to this location for all my medical urgent needs! Thank you staff at Park Hill!
