😠 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The amount of times I was told “I don’t know” when I asked a question was astonishing. When I first got there the ladies seems to be more concerned with their monthly Amazon budget then me. Took almost an hour to even get seen by someone. Every question I had for the doctor... People often mention care, time, staff, told, recommend, wait, urgent, doctor, professional, kind,

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The amount of times I was told “I don’t know” when I asked a question was astonishing. When I first got there the ladies seems to be more concerned with their monthly Amazon budget then me. Took almost an hour to even get seen by someone. Every question I had for the doctor or receptionist I was told “I don’t know” they didn’t seem to care to get me an answer at all. Then the doctor told me I can go somewhere else to get treated so I wasted an 2 hours of my time to get zero help or treatment. When I have to pay $75 to get help this is the last thing anyone deserves. The amount of carelessness and laziest was not ok with me.

Came here due to being in between insurances and needed a decently priced Urgent Care to go to diagnose a chest injury. My PA Justin was awesome and took the time to fully ask questions and took xrays. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming even though most businesses were closing early due to the snowstorm and I’m sure they wanted to go home. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Unhelpful. I was looking for a CV19 test. Staff ignored me upon my arrival. I had to capture the attention of one staffer. After sending me back to my car to complete a registration form, I returned to the front office. I was ignored again and had to ask for help. I was given a ticket #, told to return to my car, and asked to wait for a phone call. A time was not provided. The staff called and asked for information not in the original questionnaire. I explained that I simply wanted a test and should not be required to provide more information. The staff told me that someone would be out soon to take my vitals and gather the sample. I was told to wait again. I asked how long it would be, and that it would help if they could text me the results. I explained bluntly that I was missing appointments. The staff told me that a call would be impossible and that I would need to wait another ten minutes for the NP to bring the results. My results were negative. The NP explained that she did not like the way I was treating her staff. Two drunk, high indigent individuals were located next to the office. One was highly animated, so much so that I called 911. He appeared dangerous. It is interesting to note that the staff had no issue asking me to wait in the car while two sketchy individuals were close by, one of whom was yelling at the top of his lungs and waving his arms wildly. The NP explained that walk-ins do not get priority and that previously scheduled patients get priority. I understand this and appreciate the feedback.

Adrian the training tech was amazing, super professional hut not super serious. I literally go to this location more than my regular doctor because they are fast & efficient, always clean, and they LISTEN to their patients, something rare in Healthcare these days. And they get you back on your way. I just went back there recently and they handled all my regular STD testing, COVID testing, and for whatever crazy flu has been going around. These guys are amazing and very fast & efficient.

The staff was very delightful and helpful! Thank you so much for your kindness and help with my pain today! Best location! Update 08/25/2023 Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location! Called to talk to someone to see if they had What I needed to go to this location, they said yes! Told them what was going on. I go in they sit in the room they don’t. They had me pee in a cup to run tests requested by physician ! Come back and tell me we could run tests but what good would that do! They wasted my time and money! Good scam to get money from a person! Don’t lie be real!

I called ahead and was easy able to reserve an appointment, fill out paperwork online and when I walked in they took me right into a room. The nurse who took care of me, and subsequently the doctor, were more than professional. They were kind, they listened, they took their time. I felt very taken care of.

Worst Urgent care I’ve ever been. I was told it would take 3-4 days for my results to come back. I waited and called everyday after the 4 day mark and was told they would call the lab and get back to me. No one called me back I followed up a week later just to be told my test results were in and I need antibiotics. I would never recommend this place. If I could leave a zero star I would.

Leslie was great!! My husband had a particle stuck in his eye and she was able to get it out so quickly. Friendly & professional!

I was able to schedule an appointment online the evening before and had a quick check-in process. The entire team, from greeting to goodbye, was welcoming and supportive. They provided clear communication and built trust that is so necessary in a visit to urgent care. The nurse practitioner was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Had a great experience here after trying multiple other urgent cares with very long wait times. I was in and out of advanced urgent care and was taken care of by the amazing staff, very understanding and you can tell they listen to you, and want to help. Will definitely be returning to this location.

I had been to 2 doctors who couldn't figure out what was wrong. Advanced Urgent Care took the time to listen and found the issue. I was so relieved to finally get better after a month of tests and other doctors just saying they didn't know what else to do.

I recommend going elsewhere. When I went, they told provided a diagnosis for viral infection and then proceeded to give me a bacterial test. They also were out of all other testing kits, and I think they only gave me that one to say they were fully out.

Wonderful experience with the kindest nurses and sweetest physician, Casandra. She was seriously a delight in a stressful moment for me. What an angel. I recommend this place for sure. Easy in and easy out and felt very well taken care of!

Leslie McKenna was amazing. Wonderful bedside manner, seemed genuinely compassionate. Felt heard and like I wasn’t being annoying for being there (something I’ve dealt with with most denver doctors unfortunately) I actually got help, as well as just feeling emotionally lifted by the time I was done with my visit. Thank you Leslie!!

If you need a DOT physical, this is your best bet. I made my appointment online and I was in and out within 60 mins! The combination of Dr. Bartek Lipko and nurses are exceptional. Absolutely flawless and painless visit. Thank you

Had to run in after getting a rather large cut on my hand that wouldn’t stop bleeding. All in all, was nice to be rushed in and dealt with quickly due to the nature of the cut. Got stitches and was in and out in likely around 30-40 minutes. Thank you for the kind treatment and the sense of urgency

I had a televisit with a physician whose first name was Michael, and he was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. He checked the meds for interaction and prescribed the safe one, he found the pharmacy where it was available (not easy) and called me several times assuring I can get it and start treating my mom who tested positive for Covid at 88 years old. His help was critical and I feel immensely grateful! The front desk assistant was efficient and kind, thank you! Wishing everyone good health!

Super quick, super nice! Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I've been twice in the past year and both times have been great. I will always choose to go here for any urgent care needs.

I was so impressed and grateful for the level of care I received at Advanced Urgent Care. When I was unable to see my primary doctor, I went to this clinic with concerns and fear about pain I've been experiencing. The entire staff was fantastic, and Dr. Michael Camp went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He was attentive, caring and communicative and helped me get the imaging and follow-up I needed. I can't thank him enough.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. I have asthma and sometimes I want to avoid going to the ER for the waiting and cost. Every time I’ve been here everyone has been so attentive and kind. Also quick! I make and appointment online and it’s super easy. I’ve been struggling a lot this year with my asthma and today Leslie helped me more than most of my regular doctors have in so long. I’m so appreciative of the staff and was so overwhelmed with joy I cried in my car. Thank you so much for your help.

Bartek Lipko is so thoughtful and attentive. He took his time during his examination and listened to all my concerns. He truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend this urgent care highly enough.

If you want shorter wait times and professionalism, go to Denver Health's urgent care literally a 5 minute walk away. The provider failed to call in my prescription refill (a non-abusable drug I've been on since I was a teenager) at time of my appointment. Went in to correct the error on 11/24 and was met with no apology and an absolute refusal to fix the very easily fixable issue despite the notes backing up what I said. Unprofessional and lacking even the most basic accountability.

If you’re high risk and have Covid, go to another place that is interested in actually helping you get better. Otherwise you’re just paying them for a Covid test that you can get for free at Walgreens.

I love zip clinic! Everyone is so nice and I have never had to wait very long as I always walk in. I’ve been going to them for about two years, I feel like they are my primary care provider. I had to take my two daughters to get treated for an ear infection and covid testing and they left saying “I want this place to be my doctor for my entire life.” They are so caring and nonjudgmental.

If im not mistake, says on door closes at 7 pm. I went in today around 4:30 pm. Said they were closed. If your in a tight spot might be better going somewhere else with more stable operations.

I felt truly taken care of at this clinic. Shauna was kind, compassionate and thorough. She really listened to me and did her best to make me feel comfortable. And the cost (self-pay) was very affordable and upfront. So thankful to find a compassionate healthcare facility in the city.

I went to my PCP primary care physician 12/04/23 ACHIEVE MEDICAL and he would not even examine me because of the way I looked and escorted me out of the building and said that I needed to go to the ER, contacted these guys went in the girls there did a great job. Took a urine culture, throat culture prescribed me a antibiotic and within a couple days I was feeling great. First time in over 3 years with my regular PCP that anything else besides my blood pressure was checked. My head was checked eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs everything. Walking out of that office, I just felt like a new man, the mental stress was so bad because of my PCP (personal care physician) when I was walking in, nothing but relief walking out I actually felt for the first time in a long time I got what I paid for. Very professional they know their stuff. 😊☺️
