As
I
(23M)
was
getting
into
weightlifting
last
summer,
I
began
having
low
back
pain
issues
especially
when
back
squatting.
Other
back
pain
issues
arose
related
to
mild
scoliosis
and
I
decided
to
go
to
a
chiropractor.
After
several
sessions
that
did
not
go
well
and
worsened
pain,
I
cancelled
my
chiropractor
appointments.
A
few
months
later
when
skiing,
my
low
back
pain
flared
up
intensely
in
the
middle
of
a
run
at
Copper
Mountain
and
I
was
brought
to
my
knees
several
times
just
trying
to
make
my
way
off
the
mountain.
I
decided
to
get
X-Ray
and
MRI
imaging
done
and
visit
a
Sports
Medicine
Doctor.
I
was
then
referred
to
Rocky
Mountain
Spine
and
Sport
for
physical
therapy,
which
I
was
uncertain
about.
Jordan
Palma
did
my
evaluation
and
already
I
was
feeling
better
about
the
decision
to
try
physical
therapy.
Jordan
is
a
practiced
strength
trainer
and
is
an
excellent
therapist
to
go
to
if
you
are
having
trouble
with
any
aspect
of
physical
movement
for
sports.
After
2
months
of
visiting
Jordan
twice
a
week,
I
am
back
to
squatting
pain-free,
have
set
a
new
personal
speed
record
skiing,
and
I
know
exactly
what
exercises
and
stretches
to
do
any
time
back
pain
arises.
Jordan
is
great
at
manipulating
body
parts
to
identify
the
root
cause
of
pain
and
has
a
wide
variety
of
exercises
that
he
can
implement
for
any
ability
level
to
get
you
functioning
the
right
was
again.
If
you’re
an
athlete
experiencing
pain,
you
definitely
need
to
give
Jordan
a
visit.
I
was
surprised
that
so
much
of
my
pain
was
related
to
muscle
imbalances
and
weakness
of
muscles
I
didn’t
even
know
could
impact
my
back
stability,
but
now
I
feel
better
than
I
have
in
a
long
long
time.
