This is my go to for appreciated gifts for people I love. I can always find something unusual that I can’t find anywhere else. The store is always clean, well-staffed, and the people who work there are kind. Can’t ask for more than that. Someday I will let myself buy the big decorated tin of ginger snap cookies for $19.99. I admire it every time I go there, and I love Ginger snaps.

I have to talk about Jackson. My kiddo has a birthday coming up and she wanted a chair she saw here. Well due to an accident I was late in getting there to buy it. I was so sad I had missed out. WELL, Jackson listened to my dad tale. Found the chair at another location..called had the location hold the chair. He even put the address in Google maps for me!! Above any customer service experience. Thanks again Jackson!

I love this World Market location- they have the friendliest staff in the world and high-quality products with ample selection. I was genuinely stressed about guests coming into town and so I was doing some last-minute shopping. I didn't realize Wprld Market was closing and I had a bunch of bigger things in my cart. TO BOOT, it was SNOWING! And they didn't blink an eye at me and just helped me check out and even load my car. I was so grateful for their patience with my stress level. I wish I could remember the names of the staff... I want to say THANK YOU! It's not every day you get that type of high-quality customer service.

Well...they have my favorite snack foods, so I will be returning for shrimp chips and German chocolate...might buy some furniture or decor...but the foods...they even had goulash soup mix!

Spent way too long in this store because their selection is incredible! I will say that my check out process was the highlight of my visit. Jackson, my cashier was much more than just that. He was incredibly polite, helpful, charismatic, and genuine. I left with a smile because of him, he was a gem.

Jackson was probably one of the most helpful retail workers I've had the pleasure of talking with! He helped me realize the tricks to getting as many coupons from my membership as possible and was just overall a delight! Been going here for a long time and just wanted to shout him out 😊

Jackson was so fun to "shop" with! What started as a request, by me, to look at some pillows on the top shelves, turned into a full on shopping spree, mostly, because of Jackson's willingness to not only graciously facilitate, but to exuberantly participate, and expand the possibilities. I hate wandering around retail outlets, so I generally only shop in person, at a retail store, to view items that I have already curated online. This evening I went in just to take a first look at sofas, which led to me halfheartedly looking at pillows. Jackson made asking for assistance a pleasure, as opposed to me feeling like an inconvenience. I ended up with three pillows and a big, fake, sheepskin rug, which I'm lovin', but would never have stuck around long enough to even look at if it wasn't for Jackson. Also, I have very little patience for signing up for memberships, so I rarely become a member anywhere, unless I know I will be I shopping there regularly, regardless of the savings, but Jackson was so accommodating, he quickly, and painlessly, got me signed up, and I saved some money that would have been forfeited otherwise. I visited this location with my mother to purchase dining chairs and a couch, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Jackson and Delaney were extremely helpful in the process of finding what we needed along with moving the heavy furniture into our vehicles. I have been a customer with World Market for over 10 years. Today I received the worst 'service' from the store's manager 'Stephanie'. As a business person I am quite appalled to see someone with zero problem solving skills in charge of leading this store. Obviously she is not interested in customer retention.
