Best icecream I've had in a long time, the employees are all super kind, and the owners absolutely exceed expectations.

Rude 2-3 staff so busy cleaning not helping customers. Refused to make a shake. Stating they stop making shakes at 9pm. Its 8:35?? Upsetting!!! I wont be back.

I grew up going to this place and continue to go to this Cold Stone location. I've been here dozens of times and while the line can sometimes get long, the staff is always wonderful. I recently did a spur-of-the-moment birthday cake here, and the woman who did it was wonderful. I had my cake very quickly and was out of the door, without any prior notice. In all of my years going here, I have never had a bad experience. Just walk in, order your ice cream and leave. Like any service industry, if you treat the employees with kindness and respect, you will usually get it in return.

Fantastic place! The new owners have made the atmosphere so friendly! The staff seem to be working hard but still enjoying themselves. It's Coldstone so the ice cream is wonderful of course. The owner takes suggestions seriously. I would go out of my way to get this service, always puts a smile on my family's faces.

The employees here make sure that every single customer is happy with their orders and goes beyond satisfaction. The shop in general is a cozy atmosphere ❤

Went there today at 3:00 PM no other customers in the store and ordered a gotta love it size. Didn’t appear staff was trained as after i ordered the girl had someone else ring me in. Wanted to use my rewards so she rang it in wrong. Was busy watching what the cashier was doing and the girl mixing my ice cream added the wrong mixin. Asked when she handed it to me if she put the toasted coconut in and she said yes. Got home and not toasted coconut, regular coconut. Think they need more training!

I walked in and was greeted, but then I had to ask who I talk to about taking my order, there were three of them and I walked back and forth confused. I see another reviewer had the same issue. The bigger issue though was the hair I found on my ice cream afterwards.

I was looking for a specific Minnie mouse topper for my daughter's birthday cake. I called three cold stones. None of them had it, but this was the only store the offered to order it! I also gave rough ideas for decorations and they hit it out of the park! Great cake, great customer service, and amazing employees. Would go back in a heart beat.

Jordan ROCKS! His customer service is top notch. He ALWAYS makes my ice cream PERFECT and is joy to see every time I go in! If you have sweet tooth and want great customer service this is the spot!

The ice cream is always good, this specific time I was helped by an employee named Jordan, he was really cool and welcoming and stood out as a worker. He definitely is good at his job.

Better than average ice cream. Very creamy and great mix ins. But at over $7 or $8 for a smallish serving the price is just way too much. My wife and I each had mediums with 2 mix ins and paid over $16! It wasn't that much ice cream either. The waffle bowl I had was super stale too. There are so many good ice cream places now. I think Cold Stone will end up going the way of Blockbuster Video due to their pricing. Slow service too due to the process of mixing in.

I was in the area of Safeway at 38th and Wadsworth which put me close to a Baskin and Robbins. I thought about it and decided to try it. It had been a long while since I had been in there. The one young woman on duty was not nearly as friendly as all of the one who I encounter at Cold Stone. There are going to be different flavors no matter where one goes. I maintain that Cold Stone is the best yet for me. These same owners of this store also have stores at various places in the NW quadrant of the metro area. Therefore, to me, these Cold Stone locations are the best places in the NW metro area! Also, the dress code seems to be better at Cold Stone. Lee Stroud, MBA and ice cream lover
