The service sucked 2 employees just standing there not doing anything they could of done something like let people pay for there food

This Subway is one of the better ones that I have been too! They are conversational, if you ask them what is good on a sub they give you what they like and/or say what they see most often. Usually have everything ready to go and hardly out of anything. The store is always looking clean. Also what is great is this location you can do orders from the app from your phone and they can make it and you just come a pick it up after 5-10 minutes of they aren't having a lunch rush. Overall I always have a good experience.

Food has been cold the last few times we have gotten warm subs. Service and quality has also started to take a huge dive. Pretty sad.

My new favorite... Roast beef wrap.

Was there on a Sunday, super busy even at 2:30. The gentleman making the sandwiches was amazing. Very kind and knew what he was doing. I'll go back if he's there!

Last few times quality has gone down hill...chopped salad= half a bowl of warm mush

The subway in Benson MN was by far not only the best subway I've ever been to, but the best restaurant I've ever been to. In terms of customer service, welcomeness, awareness, talkative, understanding. They hit all the right spots in all the right places. Every single person that works here deserves a raise.

The last few times I have gone in, the employee (s) have a very bad attitude, like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. My daughter (4) only wants a small sandwich with cheese and mayo, so cost wise and size wise a slider is a good fit for her. So I order, say no meat, explain I’ll pay for the meat if it has to be rung up that way, but don’t put it on there please. I ask to not toast it, (they get rock hard and she can’t eat) but they toast anyways. I ask for mayo and have to repeat myself 3 times because no ones listening. We get home to eat, and her sandwich is rock hard, and have to throw away. This isn’t the first time, I mean, is it difficult to give a person what they ask for? Especially for small simple requests? This is a common occurrence, but we keep going back, because not only do we like the food, but I’m always hoping it’s a different crew of people. Pretty disappointing
