    Fast Friendly Service! My wife waited 9 months to get this and they did not disappoint. The day after giving birth, my wife finally got to enjoy Jimmy Johns again. It was so good, I was back there the next day getting another one for her. Keep up the great service.

    Worst Jimmy John’s experience to date. We stopped in here on 9/8/23 looking for a quick meal. I normally enjoy eating at Jimmy John’s, but bad dynamics among the crew made this Jimmy John’s visit a rough one. The blonde kid who took our order was the main problem. Not too friendly, and disinterested in being there. He spent more time chatting up the girls behind the counter than he did doing his job. He made one of our wraps, but did it wrong according to the brunette girl who tried to explain his error, but he didn’t care and laughed it off. The brunette girl made the other wrap. No idea which wrap was which because they weren’t marked and I got no indication from her as she just put them on the pick-up counter and turned away to do other things. I didn’t think it would be a big deal as I thought my wife and I could figure it out, but both wraps tasted exactly the same so who knows what we got. Went back up to get some ranch dressing because my wrap was pretty dry and stood there for a while waiting. The big guy working the drive-thru looked like he was all business and hustling to take care of his customers, but was frustrated because his sandwiches weren’t getting made and he was waiting on the other employees. The blonde male, who still wasn’t doing anything productive, was complaining to a blonde female (who I think was the manager) about some issue he had and that he was going to tell everyone to shut up and such. He was getting all pissy with her and she was trying to calm him down. I got “dinner and a show”, but all I wanted was a decent dinner experience, which didn’t happen. I feel bad for the employees who have to work with him. Reference JJs response below... I would hope the local store owner would check his Google and TripAdvisor reviews at least weekly to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed, so there should be no need to share my feedback with him or her. It has already been shared above.

    I do not go to Jimmy Johns much. I ordered a unwhich. I accidentally order the wrong one. I explained to the worker i ordered the wrong thing. The associate made me pay for 2. The mistake and the correct one i wanted. Most places will not change you for 2.,I will not go to a Jimmy Johns again because of this. He did not even offer me a discount very bad customer service.

    For a company who advertises being freaky fast it is ironic that I stood waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. VERY SLOW! Employees acted unprofessional too unfortunately. Food tasted as you would expect from JJ's.

    Incredibly slow service. So much for freaky fast! Only a few people waiting and no one in line when we got here but as I sit here writing this review it’s been about 20 minutes and we still haven’t gotten the 2 sandwiches we ordered. Some large online orders are apparently more important than our time. Will not return. 1 month follow up: As requested in the owners response, I sent my feedback to the JJ website but did not receive any kind of response whatsoever. This experience has really tarnished my view of JJ as a franchise.
