Friendly service and great food. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee was hit a fresh. Great variety of baked goods, bagels, sandwiches, and wraps. Fresh lemonade and juices. Great variety of teas.

I never do bad reviews EVER, but I feel like people need to know. I ate a salad from here today and 3 hours later I had food poisoning! So be careful ordering from here. I tried calling to let them know but their phone must not be working because there was no dial tone when I dialed to speak to an associate/manager. I don’t care about compensation, I just wanted to tell them so that they can stop giving out whatever I ordered. :(

I recently had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread and would highly recommend this restaurant to others. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I haven’t been to a Panera in over 6 years due to poor quality in everything. But was visiting and decided to stop in. Can’t say much about the service as we used machines to order, had to pick up our own food when it was ready and had to clean our own table. So for doing an employee’s job I can’t agree with the cost. I got the Baja warm bowl and my food was cold not warm. The baguette bread seems store bought and not fresh baked. Wasn’t worth it for me. I wish they were still as good like they were when they first opened! But they just went down hill.

Food is good, but they could use a really good training for their staff. This isn’t the only location going down hill. Being busy is one thing, being rude is completely different. 10:45 is not a busy time of day, only two of us in the drive thru… having sticky overflow of a drink is not necessary but happens sometimes, but then to refuse helping take care of it and give the customer an attitude… have you been trained for the job? None of your food is worth that. Bring on Stuff-A-Bagel, the extra drive is worth it! Everyone at Stuff-A-Bagel is always so nice!

They use to be good but they are slipping. I always order the green goddess cob salad but the last too times they were horrible. One the salad was old and i had to throw it away and this time it was only romaine lettuce in the salad. They had no chocolate cookies, telling me the bakery is closed at 8:15 pm on saturday.

Horrible customer service....I placed a "rapid pick up" order at 11:11 am arrived as noted at 12:07 pm....the time is now 12:46 pm.... no food and no explanation other than we've been busy....No Sh**! Hence the reason I was proactive and ordered "rapid pick up" an hour prior. Food final arrives is literally placed on the floor (catered order) by "the manager" and she walks off. For the record you should NEVER be too busy to provide common courtesy and apologize for your negligence as a business. Remember... your customers are the reason your business exists, David (General Manager) whose response was "well what do you want?" .....uugh, after which I understood the staff's lack of decorum.

I ordered yesterday at 7:30 pm March 22nd on a Tuesday !! My food was thrown in the bag sloppy! Also straw was not covered or the bread rolls for my soup .The sandwich was nasty with old stale hard bacon and old cold cuts! Your workers also look sloppy too and didn’t care ! It’s just a paycheck to them ! So disappointed at all these fast foods!

I love the broccoli cheddar soup!!!! I recommend The Greek and Fuji Apple salad and chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. The Half Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich is really good too! The pick two are really good, you will be satisfied. Try it! Try the steak sandwish with cheddar too! You will enjoy everything! 🤗

I just sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes. My food was also then thrown into the bag instead of individually wrapped like it normally is. Never coming to this location again

Food is always good, employees very friendly, big issue is that whenever you order from the bakery and hot food and or smoothies, they text you and say food ready, you walk up and only the hot food is ready and you have to come back every time to the counter to get smoothies or bakery items. They should not text until all ready. I got bagels, smoothies and Mac and cheese and had to make 3 trips to pickup counter. Seems like an easy fix, only text you when your whole order is ready.

Better than most paneras however the location is a bit odd. Never have gone through the drive through because it's usually bust but they have a good amount of staff working there during the day. When I did order in however they didn't say my name and I didn't have a buzzer because I had a to go order. The only complaint about the food was to much sauce.

I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and noticed it looked a little thin. I opened it up and sure enough half the stuff is missing! Very disappointed considered the sandwich cost me like $12 🙄

Don't get me wrong I love panera but not the one I went to. They were very rude. My food was suppose to be done by 8:38 and still waiting on my food until after 9pm. They also showed unsanitary conditions while I was waiting, like wearing no gloves while touching food and ate some of it. Took 30 mins for 2 items. They were very unprofessional.

I prefer one of their other locations, this one is always forgetting things that they charge me for. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 desserts. Only received one sandwich in the bag. Not even the desserts. Customer service isn’t the best either, but I care more about missing items that I paid and tipped for.

So many raw onions on my sandwhich, soup seems smaller than it used to be. Nothing else unusual to report.

I ordered my food from the kiosk, I retrieved my food from the window, I cleaned up my own table. For a family of four (kids are 12 and 9) the bill was $80. This was for salads and sandwiches. For $80 I was the order taker, server, and busser. I could have taken my family to a hibachi/sushi restaurant for this price and not have to basically cater to myself...

It is disgusting that they leave you pieces of tomato paper. After this experience, I will not revisit Panera Bread.

kinda get tired of the lukewarm coffee I get from them when I order hot coffee. The only Panera on pine island Rd in north fort Myers has it hot midday. Another one is the one near Gulf Center shopping on Alico road that has excellent service. I suppose they consider us subscription drink guests as second class citizens. Didn't you realize when I went thru the drive through that when you were poring it in my cup there was no steam!?! Therefore not hot. Why bother to put the cardboard cover for hot drinks when there was no need?!? I think I am cancelling my subscription

A very busy store, but the service was good. Their sandwiches are for a big appetite, so come hungry. A good selection of desserts as well. A worker also came by to take our tray once we were done and asked if we wanted to keep our cups for refills. A good overall experience.

Our family visited Panera near us one day and we regretted doing so. The order was all wrong & they were very unprofessional. The manager had to intervene to help us out. We had notified the corporate office so hopefully they will get their act together here because we felt like we lost our good hard earned money. Good way of losing business if you ask us because there are so many places in town to choose from to get better food and service. Too bad you don't deliver to the tables anymore so we took our food to go by way of the drive thru window. Well, maybe that was our mistake.

Ordered at Drive thru My gift card was saying "inactive" I'm told. Employee made no attempt to solve issue. I suggested pulling over & calling 800 #. Did that and was told take care inside to activate. Came into store waited in line almost 10 mins. Cashier didn't know so called another women over...Spv? For the next couple mins she continued a personal call about after work plans through an ear piece. Other employee kept answering her not knowing she was on a 📞. Finally she looks up at me for the 1sy time says " it's inactive call the # on back of card" I said I had & was told to come in. She disappeared came back with call the number. Do I expect better assistance- YES!

This Panera location always delivers the best quality foods, fresh, hot (if appropriate), and accurate. And usually exactly on time or a bit early in their delivery. After only one hiccup after switching from their own employees to Door Dash, I am now confident when I place an order from the Panera app it will not only be correct, but on time. Keep up the great work!!

Food is always delicious and they have the best salads and sandwiches. My kids love the Mac and cheese it's like no other.

Unfortunately they had sold out of the orange scones that I love so much by 11:00 AM.

This visit was just ok. Only dark and light roast coffee was available.My fruit cup was wonderful and fresh. Soup was as expected. Ordering AP needs help.

Absolutely amazing as usual! Went to location away from home. I'm so pleased to find out it doesn't matter which location you go to; they ALWAYS have top-notch recipes and ingredients! Panera is one of the few places I can take my granddaughter for wholesome delicious nutritious "fast food" that we all truly enjoy! She had turkey chili bowl and half sandwich and I had creamy tomato soup with grilled gouda cheese sandwich. (Sorry no pics, it was so appealing and appetizing; we devoured it instantly! A little pricey for a soup and half sandwich, but the high quality makes it so worth the price.

It's pretty good but they beat the Mac and cheese to much and it dries it out a lot...

I work in the area and have been to this location several times, usually via the drive thru. I got the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl with a large iced coffee. Service, coffee, and food was great as usual.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food however you would expect that because it is a franchise you would get consistency. My smoothie was bitter and grilled cheese soggy and way too oily. I would definitely give them another chance as they were probably having a bad day and that’s understandable.

I've been trying for two days to revise an order placed online. After menu options, phone goes silent for two minutes and then disconnects. This happened throughout day, starting at 9 am to 4 pm. I then call customer service and they couldn't get through either. They advise to cancel order and reorder ... sigh... oh the frustration!

I called 3 times this evening, twice after the busy meal time and I was never able to speak to a real person. I wanted to know if the dining room is open before going to breakfast tomorrow. (someone told me it wasn't) The recording says the dining room is open and the website says "Dine in" but I'd like to know for sure.

i hate leaving bad reviews but Panera had this one coming since ever. I’ve order a few times from the app and if it isn’t one thing it’s another. I’m either missing a side, a drink, etc. Las week: I ordered a Fiji apple and chicken salad and what i got was a small caesar salad 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ today a place and order and i was near by so i went to pick it up. I was missing half of my order but yet they charged me for it. i didn’t realized that my food was missing till i got back to work. I’ve been calling all afternoon and oh boy. I feel like it would be easier to talk to the president before i get ahold of someone from this store.

The food was delicious!! Had chicken terriaki and rice with broccoli and cheese soup and fresh bread and my grandson had the chicken Caesar salad and devoured it! Incidently my grandson is 6! Score for Panera bread for letting my 6 year old grandson enjoy some healthy food happily!!

I love the Panera Brand. The one in Cape Coral is amazing. This one, OMG, I only ordered a lightly toasted everything bagel with extra butter. They gave me a very toasted bagel with No butter on it and just threw my bagel in a bag with the small butter packs on top of my food. Crazy, I never seen that before. My worst experience at dining in a panera location, used to come here all the time, not going to do that anymore! Staff doesn't seem to care to help you, had a bad experience at drive tru once. The restaurant was closed 15 minutes before the stated time on their schedule. Made an online order to pick up at 8:50 on Sunday feb 13 at 8:40. I live 6 min away from this location, when I got here the place is closed. Tried knocking on door to make sure that at least my order is canceled and I get my money back since I won't be getting my food. Staff was walking around cleaning up and not one of the 3 people inside acknowledged my presence. I tried calling with no answer. I understand they are close the the end of their shift, but still they're supposed to help customers between business hours. I also checked for any signs stating they might have a different closing time for this particular day, but none was posted! I don't feel comfortable spending my money somewhere with not even the least sense of customer service.

The Signature Take and the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwiches are quite good, with distinctive ingredients and flavor. I ordered my Signature Take as a standard, with creamy tomato soup as the side. I liked the flavor and tenderness of the chicken, the cheese "chunks" (kind of like a cracker), the aoili, and the greens, as well as the brioche roll. A couple days later, I ordered the Spicy Take with extra spicy pickle spread and extra Buffalo sauce, and chips on the side. The sandwich was quite messy, but it had a big and bold taste.
