My
worst
experience
at
dining
in
a
panera
location,
used
to
come
here
all
the
time,
not
going
to
do
that
anymore!
Staff
doesn't
seem
to
care
to
help
you,
had
a
bad
experience
at
drive
tru
once.
The
restaurant
was
closed
15
minutes
before
the
stated
time
on
their
schedule.
Made
an
online
order
to
pick
up
at
8:50
on
Sunday
feb
13
at
8:40.
I
live
6
min
away
from
this
location,
when
I
got
here
the
place
is
closed.
Tried
knocking
on
door
to
make
sure
that
at
least
my
order
is
canceled
and
I
get
my
money
back
since
I
won't
be
getting
my
food.
Staff
was
walking
around
cleaning
up
and
not
one
of
the
3
people
inside
acknowledged
my
presence.
I
tried
calling
with
no
answer.
I
understand
they
are
close
the
the
end
of
their
shift,
but
still
they're
supposed
to
help
customers
between
business
hours.
I
also
checked
for
any
signs
stating
they
might
have
a
different
closing
time
for
this
particular
day,
but
none
was
posted!
I
don't
feel
comfortable
spending
my
money
somewhere
with
not
even
the
least
sense
of
customer
service.
