I
go
there
routinely
and
it
pains
me
to
post
this.
The
DD
app
is
touted
as
order
ahead
and
skip
the
wait.
The
clerks
have
3
points
of
sale:
1)
walk
in
counter
2)
drive
thru
and
3)
mobile
ordering.
I
have
stood
there
and
watched
as
walk-in
after
walk-in
come
in
and
are
served
while
I
continue
to
wait.
I
watch
as
a
car
that
is
half
way
around
the
building
get
served
while
I
am
still
waiting.
Finally
a
clerk
will
pick
up
the
order
slip
that
has
been
sitting
on
the
counter
and
ask
me
if
that
is
for
me.
This
has
played
out
numerous
times.
Mobile
orders
are
not
even
in
sequence
to
all
activity,
they
are
addressed
until
the
traffic
slows
down.
Even
the
app
lets
you
specify
criteria
and
I
have
rarely
gotten
what
I
ordered.
All
they
seem
to
see
is
the
cup
size
but
no
other
details.
I
always
order
decaf
and
after
getting
regular
a
couple
of
times
now
I
wait
to
see
them
doing
mine
and
stop
stop
them
when
I
see
them
going
for
the
regular
pot.
The
number
of
cream
is
never
right.
Always
their
default
amount
and
I
always
order
only
1
cream.
Atmosphere
-
the
shift
manger
or
someone
routinely
stands
behind
the
walk-in
counter
and
yells
orders
back
to
the
kitchen
or
other
employees.
There
is
no
one
at
the
counter
but
will
stand
there
yelling
orders.
I
am
in
customer
service
also,
so
I
never
am
make
a
scene.
But
some
oversight
needs
addressed.
