Manager yelling. Forgot my donut. Place was horrible.

The woman in the drive through told me, “if you’re going to order $36 of food, you need to come inside because the people with mobile orders are trying to use the drive through.” I asked her if that was a store policy and she told me “no, but it just makes sense.” The general manager, Kayla, delivered our food and said she agrees, that while it’s not store policy she doesn’t want anyone without a mobile order to come through the drive through.

My didn’t do my order right and they gave me old donuts. The person taking my order was very rude

I go there routinely and it pains me to post this. The DD app is touted as order ahead and skip the wait. The clerks have 3 points of sale: 1) walk in counter 2) drive thru and 3) mobile ordering. I have stood there and watched as walk-in after walk-in come in and are served while I continue to wait. I watch as a car that is half way around the building get served while I am still waiting. Finally a clerk will pick up the order slip that has been sitting on the counter and ask me if that is for me. This has played out numerous times. Mobile orders are not even in sequence to all activity, they are addressed until the traffic slows down. Even the app lets you specify criteria and I have rarely gotten what I ordered. All they seem to see is the cup size but no other details. I always order decaf and after getting regular a couple of times now I wait to see them doing mine and stop stop them when I see them going for the regular pot. The number of cream is never right. Always their default amount and I always order only 1 cream. Atmosphere - the shift manger or someone routinely stands behind the walk-in counter and yells orders back to the kitchen or other employees. There is no one at the counter but will stand there yelling orders. I am in customer service also, so I never am make a scene. But some oversight needs addressed.

I didn’t appreciate that they wouldn’t let me add 2 small items to the drive thru window while I was already waiting 15 mins just to order. Had to go back around and wait another 15 mins. It’s just really ridiculous to wait a whole 30 mins just to order food. Customer service is lacking at this place.

Stopped for coffee before meeting my seller to get photos to list their condo for sale in North Fort Myers. If you are an early riser it is one of few coffee shops open near the area. Service was the best and always enjoy the free wifi to get my work done.

I'd say the other employees could've been a little more friendly/ welcoming. My cashier was great, attentive, apologizing for wait, friendly courteous service!

First time dining in this Dunkin location. Were very happy with our order it was correct and tasting good. The staff were nice and sweet very fast service. The restaurant was clean. Overall it was a good breakfast we enjoyed our time there.

I never go to this location but has the worse experience this morning . Ordered my food and they only had 1 guy working the counter . He has to get my order and take new orders on top of getting their order . I ended up having the leave without all my good . He kept having to take new orders before finishing mine . Obviously they need more help and I don’t blame him. I probably did him a favor by leaving without everything I paid for . Hire more people .

Hours posted on google maps and the Dunkin website are incorrect. Actual store hours are 5-8.

Nothing like getting a hash brown with 4 tiny little hash browns that taste like they been between the floor and freezer for weeks

Bad customer service, always forget items in drive thru orders. This has been my regular dunks for years and it keeps declining. The drive thru speaker is impossible to order thru and you have to repeat your order many times to get the right response. Seems like they’re constantly training people and they don’t know what they’re doing. Very disappointing.

Worst Dunkin ever .When I started going they would have my order perfect and ready fast .Now it’s been twice I have went and I have an issue with the same lady .Not sure if she’s a mama get but she needs to go she’s extremely rude she slammed the window in my face and kept using sarcastic remarks talking to me as if I was a dog .I will be calling corporate.

I always go to this Dunkin during the week it’s in my way to work. I get great customer service during the week. Today my son rode his bike up to get us donuts, his was treated terribly and was shorted food. So when he went to ask for what was missed she said….what? He told her and she threw it in the bag! Now when i try to call to talk to mgr no one will answer the phone!!!! I just want what i pay for and good customer service. It’s not rocket science!!!

It's good, starbies be Killin y'all tho. Oh and start using liquid sugar in EVERY ICED COFFEE. Nobody wants a bitter iced coffee with grainy unmelted sugar at the bottom.

Ordered strawberry frosted donuts they had a nasty medicine ( like penicillin) after taste. And they were NOT fresh . Also ordered hash browns they were ok BUT shouldve been crispy not mushy. And i believe they should come more than just 6 in an order. Even Mcdonalds and BK have alot more. Do NOT recommend the strawberry frsoted donuts in this place.

Ordered this drink and it tasted like chemical. Then, noticed a screw in the bottom of the cup!! Tried calling the store, no one picked up. Sure hope someone calls me back!!

Tried explaining to the woman that I wanted a french vanilla coffee colada. She gave me what I didn't want and I again at the window explained what I wanted and she snapped at me this place needs better manager because this lady than said we don't do those anymore.

One staff member was a little short with me but the food and coffee were great. The lady that ended up helping me was amazing.

Food is usually very fresh but the service is horrible. On Sunday’s the drive through wait is at least 45 minutes. If you know a specific day is going to be packed why not schedule more workers.?

Two very different experiences at this store. In the morning there's a young lady there who scrambles to help, she's friendly and she gets your service done very very quickly and efficiently. The afternoon staff is completely different. I went in the late afternoon The people working there completely ignoring anyone standing at the register. I had to call out to get their attention. When I asked why it took so long for him to get to the register he claimed he was cleaning up so that he could go out later on and not have to spend so much time cleaning the store. So, I placed my order and he was ignoring me while texting on his phone. I apologized for interrupting his day and his personal life and left the store without anything.

On my way into work at night (5:30pm) I’ve stopped to order drinks and have been told multiple times they are out of cold and hot coffee and out of donuts. How? You are a coffee/ donut shop

They choose when to serve frozen beverages. Three times out of the week every single week. If you can’t handle to run a business then close. Leave it for the big boys.

We stayed at the hotel next door because it was close to this dunkin. I went inside at 7:01 am, on a Monday morning. Kathryn, who took my order was as pleasant as on could be. We came back later the following day, and ordered coffees, Romeo was very helpful and got our drinks quickly, which was a welcomed treat from the hot sun. While he was a good up seller, we passed on the donuts because we were on our way to dinner. Definitely recommend the location!

I ordered a Matcha and finished it in 5 minutes because of the absurd amount of ice. I ordered snackin bacon and got the regular bacon with no flavor The drive thru also took forever to get anyone on the speaker and took a long time to make my drink and bacon. It was only me and another car in the line. It was 2pm in the afternoon. Very slow time.

Had a great experience inside! We typically drink our coffee at home, but got some coupons and figured we’d go get a coffee and a donut. The staff was ON IT! Rob, was observing and cleaning the dining area and changing trash bags, working quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly. The woman at the counter with the red hair was friendly and sociable and took our order and made nice conversation. We will certainly be returning.

Did a walkin order for convenience/to avoid the long line at drive thru and turns out lobby was closed. Then to call and cancel you have to call corporate 🙄. Not the first time either.

The most terrible experience I ever had in dunkin donuts .the workers are very tired or I don’t know what the food wasn’t made as is on the menu and as I always get.I eat at the dunkin donuts at least 3/4 times a week and it’s the most horrible experience I ever had .

I stop by every morning before going to work at the hospital. You know what is worst way to start your day with disgusting water down coffee that cost me $7. Save your money or pick a different location.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee with cream and 1 sugar at the drive thru. When I got to the window, the girl said here’s your coffee 1 cream and a Splenda. I politely corrected her and stated I ordered 1 cream and 1 sugar as she handed me the coffee. She looked and at and shrugged her shoulders! After not offering to fix it, I poured it out and stated I wouldn’t be back and headed to Starbucks! Wow.

I placed a mobile order. So when I got there to pick it up in store, I walked up to the pickup area only to find my food. I took my food but had to ask several times for my coffees. I was ignored by every employee. Customers were telling me I just had to ask but I did with no communication back from anyone. I know they heard me because I wasn't quiet. I feel the lack of customer service in this establishment is inappropriate and for that I'll take my daily business elsewhere. There was no manager or anyone willing to claim the position. Just rude women with no customer service skills and one polite man who was cleaning the lobby. Do better Dunkin!!

The girls there are so intuitive and know what customers want after of time. Every time we go there as soon as we start our order, the girls will say hi ladies the usual and I like that. We call ot home base

Ordered the Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and paid for extra bacon, they made it normal without extra bacon, so we gave it back and let them know it was paid for and there's no extra bacon, so they made her a new sandwich without even melting the cheese on it and the sandwich was cold.

less then one star! they have staffing issues. the wait time is ridiculous and all they have is a drive thru! they dont actual open their doors. i have been their many times unfortunately because so close to my work and i have been burned now way to many times

I order from here pretty often with grubhub and 7 out of 10 time my toasted bagel is either cold, burnt or both and slathered with enough creamed cheese to cover 4 bagels . The last few time i ordered croissant sandwiches they are also burnt.

I love D&Ds and I was craving a good coffee and a sandwich. I asked for 3 Splenda & cream which she repeated back to me. I got home and it was 3 pumps of liquid sugar. YUCK... Had to throw it out.

Love this place but don't understand why they close around 6 or sometimes sooner

I visit this location at least five times per week on my way to work and sometimes during a break. They always provide excellent service. The staff is a pleasure. Fifteen cars could pull up in drive-thru all at once and you wouldn't even have to wait a few minutes. They are fast and efficient. The food and beverages are always great. I leave here looking forward to returning.

Drive thru was very busy so I understand the medium wait for two coffees and breakfast sandwiches. The concerning part was who appeared to be the shift manager complaining LOUDLY about the drive thru customers not ordering how she preferred. I understand foodservice frustrations, but go in the walk-in and punch a box. Don't help in front of customers.

Don't eat any food, i tried calling the store several times because i got salmonella from this location and they didn't even have the decency to pick up my phone call. y'all are nasty and need to be shut down
